I am very happy with my experience with VIP Smart Storage. I first went to their showroom, as some companies don't even have a storefront. I also did my research online before ever going there. I was impressed with the quality of the cabinets and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Chris came out and measured the garage, and offered some great ideas. On the day of installation, Raul came on time and did an excellent job. I am doing this in 2 stages, as I couldn't envision myself emptying the garage completely for them to do the entire job. I got the cabinets installed on the left and right side of the garage, and I am to working to put the stuff I had moved to the middle of the floor, into the cabinets. In another month, I will schedule them to do the back wall which includes a workbench with cabinets above, and another tall cabinet. I will definitely request Raul as my installer again. Everything about our job was Excellent. We stopped at the Showroom great information with made talking to Chris the Salesman easier. Chris walked us through the entire process and kept us informed regarding on our job. When our job was scheduled the Installation crews were here when they said they would be (we live in Eloy). The cabinet installers were excellent the cabinets were installed perfect. They cleaned up our garage and made sure we were happy before they left. The next phase the epoxy floor. The product knocked me away. Mike the Installer was knowledgeable and explained every detail. He gave us tips on cleaning and how to prolong the life of the floor. My experience with VIP Smart Storage was fantastic from start to finish. Jason was the salesman that came out to take measurements and show me my options for my garage cabinets. He made the process very easy and even provided a quote at that moment. We decided to move forward with the quote and we are so happy we did. The cabinets are way better quality than expected. We just bought a new home and we were looking to have cabinets installed in our garage. I was also looking to have some cabinets and storage installed at my office. We went to the showroom and we were impressed enough that we did not plan to get any other estimates. We scheduled an appointment for them to meet us at the house for a quote (I believe it was Jason), and he no call no showed us. I called a few days later, and I was apologized to profusely. Being a small business owner myself, I decided to give them another chance. We rescheduled for another quote, and again, no call no show. I don't get it? I had to get some new cabinet doors for our garage cabinets for our house in Chandler. My wife pulled the car in a little too far and hit the tall doors on our garage cabinets, it left a nice crack in two doors that looked horrible every time i pulled into the garage. I worked with Gene from VIP to install custom cabinets and desks in my workplace and am so pleased with the results. Gene was informative and asked great questions to get us exactly the look we were going for. He even designed an area for our bankers boxes, something we never even thought about. I recently had some garage cabinets installed by VIP. I was extremely impressed with the timely manner in which the project was completed as well as the professionalism of the employees.
