If I could give 0 stars I would. This past Saturday was my second time coming into this salon…read more First time was during 4th of July weekend, theretore I was very understanding of the wait time and rushed service. However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later. I wish they would've been more honest about the timing. Nonetheless we got sat with Angel and Mia, Mia was very dismissive and dropped some of my orange juice on my brand new Birkenstocks and did not care to clean them off or even apologize. Already, off to an even worse experience. They did not even cut enough of the cuticles or nails whatsoever. When we asked them to cut shorter they grew upset and just rushed through our mani/pedis. I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. Try a different location or salon, save yourself the troubles.

This rating is based on my experience today... I arrived…read moreright before 930 am and asked for Brian. The gentleman in the front mentioned "oh yes, he will be here soon you can have a seat at his station" I sat and my wait was about 15 to 20 minutes (which to me was long) being that I was trying to get a simple refill with powder.... So, here is where it gets confusing, Brian comes and I explain to him what I wanted and that was white powder. He goes on this rant about why I need to get rid of the set I had on which were on the yellow color side and how it wouldn't work and I said "why wouldn't it work can we at least try" he then goes on to say " if you want you can go somewhere else" and I was like " why are you talking to me like this? After I bring you plenty of customers" And he goes on to say "do you want it or not"... Cutting this long story short. The end result, I allowed him yo do my nails and in the end he says "if you feel like we are overpriced you can go somewhere else " I said to him " Overpriced??? You all are the CHEAPEST in the area AND I come here because I USED to like the service here" listen, I am tired of putting my money into these establishments that feel like they can talk and treat ppl anyhow. ITS NOT RIGHT AND I WILL NEVER BRING ANY MORE BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!
