Im a man. I don't get my nails typically done, I get my pedicure for sure because it's my time to enjoy something with my bride that she enjoys. So if we go do something she enjoys, it needs to be enjoyable. Today we went in to do just that before leaving for vacation. Both the techs that took care of her and I just had a sour attitude. When you provide a service, provide it with some form of enjoyment. Their services, that I'm willing to pay for, are pretty steep, but, because my wife didn't chose to pay $20 for gel, they absolutely charged 5$ for taking it off for sure though. Can't say I'd come back. The nail tech only used a dremmel on my nails instead of soaking them off - nails are still tender and hurt even the day after. Burns and stings which I am not used to. Seems like they just try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They are rough! read more

The facilities are nice, lots of colors to choose from, I was offered a beverage. I was able to basically get a walk in appointment right away on a Saturday afternoon. My nail tech had her AirPod in the whole time and was listening to her music and never really talked to me at all. I walked away with a cut from her dremel on my ring finger and acrylic crusted around my thumb nail. The acrylic is crazy thick and pretty uneven and she didn't paint the ends of the nails so they look unfinished. Can't say I wouldn't go back but I definitely wouldn't go back to her. read more

At a glance the place is beautiful! My first irritation was parking. This is a small shopping center that is relatively busy (one way in one way out) so parking is tight. They have some parking in back but you will have to walk a bit. To be as fancy as it is inside it was not as clean as it could be. The front desk was messy and unorganized. They could use a bit more customer service but it wasn't a bad experience. It just seems the process is different for each technician, some offer a drink others don't. They have an abundance of color options so no complaints there. My technician took his time and did exactly what I asked for. They did not rush me by trying to do the nails while I was getting a pedicure (I hate that). I was able to enjoy my pedicure and relax after my nails were done. I would go somewhere else that has professional knowledge and experience with nails. I stopped by for a simple gel nail polish removal and now all of my natural nails have indentions because the technician only used a dremel tool and did not use gel nail polish removal. I emailed the Owner/Manager and they said to stop by and they would make my nails better. When I stopped by to see how they could fix my nail damage the Manager was rude and only offered a refund. I have to wait until my nails grow out now to be able to polish them and that could be 3-6 months and the owner just says she is sorry. She offered no solution to help my nails from the damage that occurred at her store. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience and ZERO customer service. The first time I came, I asked for basic cuticle cleaning--which is a standard part of a manicure. I was told I had to pay extra, even though we had already agreed on a total of $70. Paying $70 for a basic French manicure without cuticle cleaning is unacceptable, especially when a fake nail was simply glued on. That feels like a scam. I decided to give them a second chance because my daughter was somewhat satisfied with her service. I made an appointment two days in advance. When I arrived, I was not greeted at all and was told they were running behind and that I'd need to wait 30 minutes. I agreed and left to return later. Five minutes after leaving, I received a call saying they "couldn't take care of me." Canceling an appointment like that--after the customer already arrived--is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. RUDE STAAF, POOR SERVICE , misleading pricing, and NO RESPECT for customers. I strongly recommend staying away. read more

Do not go here if you have an important event. Got engaged and came here to get my nails done for pictures and my upcoming trip to Japan. I grew out my nails and just wanted a simple French tip with a bow. The nail tech cut my nails down super short and made me bleed. She butchered my nails. Then another nail tech had to come in and try to save it but then blamed me for having shot nails. I told her they were long when I came in. Basically they butchered my nails then blamed me. I booked my appointment online, and called this morning to confirm because I did not get an email confirmation. Spoke with Wendy and she actually did my nails. I had scheduled 3 pedicures and when we came in we were not greeted in a friendly manner, just can I help you. We each had our own nail person and only one of them spoke to us. The atmosphere seemed to shift when we didn't opt for the deluxe pedicures. When we checked out, one of the workers - the one who asked "can I help you" - came over and asked the person checking us out, how much did we tip. One of us had to ask for the disposable slippers before we left. The work was good but the customer service is awful. This was our first and last visit to this establishment. read more

This was my aunt and I's first time here and we WONT be coming back. The nails I received were nothing like the French tip I requested. I brought in an inspo pic (the last pic shown) but with no clear lines on top just the shape and French like this and this is what I got. I had to have the nail tech redo each French tip 2-3x EACH nail and they still did not come out even. They are so thick and they did t file the nails much on the sides so they look super fat. As well as I went with my aunt, and the guy who did her nails was incredibly rude. One of her nails did NOT match all other 9 fingers and she asked him to fix it and he was laughing and arguing with her. This is a newer salon and I am so glad they are in the area. This salon has wonderful techs, and even on busy days (weekend), you can get in the same day by calling or going online to book. I get gel pedicures and get either the Milk and Honey or Collagen package. It's crucial for me to have a technician that listens, because as someone with back pain and occasional leg/foot pain, they are gentle when needed so I can feel safe but still relax and enjoy my time. read more

I previously left a 5 star review for this business and have been going here since they opened. I had a terrible experience yesterday. I made a reservation to see my favorite nail tech and I arrived on time. I was told they were running behind and asked if I could wait. I was disappointed as I made the reservation a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't wait as I had another appointment scheduled. That was why I made a reservation ahead of time!! I was told that someone else could do my pedicure. I had an older man do my pedicure. He never offered me anything to drink, was rude and did the worst pedicure I have ever had. He never pushed my cuticles back or cleaned under my toenails. It was awful. He painted my toes and left polish around my skin, to make matters even worse the polish had bubbles in it and was old! I was not happy at all. I spoke to the manager Wendy and she said that I could come back the following day and they would fix the shoddy job and would fix it. I returned today and all the new nail tech did was remove my old polish and repaint my toe nails. The nail tech did a good job but again I never had a proper pedicure. I thought and expected them to give me another pedicure. I gave the nail tech a $10 tip. The manager Wendy then asked me to pay for the service. I was not happy at all as the original pedicure was terrible. I had to return a second time. Plus my original appointment was not honored! If I had the nail tech I originally booked with there would not have been such a disaster. I don't think I should have been charged for the service. I am extremely disappointed that I had to pay. This place has gone downhill since they opened. The many 1 star reviews are proof of that. They didn't value my time or the fact that I made a reservation. I don't recommend the business any more. They have lost a loyal customer. They need to get rid of the older man who has no clue how to do a pedicure. Also the manager needs to manage properly! read more

I only come here for pedicures and I have to say, everytime I come here I leave feeling like I've had the best pedicure I've ever had. EVERY TIME. You always get the full amount of time on the massage, and it's always amazing. It does feel a little more expensive than other places I've been but the technicians do a fantastic job and it does seem worth it to me. read more

I'll start with the Salon is nice. It's new and clean, and I liked the layout....but then....... The first person I saw was a man sitting at the front door doing someone's nails. He was not only unwelcoming, but rude. I was looking at colors and he told me I could sit down. I thanked him, but I kept standing. He gave me a look, and seemed annoyed with me. As soon as I did decided to sit, a woman wooshed me away to a pedicure chair. Cool. She was very nice, offered me a drink, asked which Pedi I wanted. I had high hopes. I really did. - [ ] I was barely filed and not clipped. - [ ] No cuticle clipping. - [ ] She was missing my foot for the entire 14 seconds she was using the foot file/grater thing, because she kept looking behind her and wondering what her coworker guy was doing at the checkout. - [ ] She set the timer for my 20 minutes. - [ ] When she was using the scrub on my legs, she was only rubbing it in 1 spot and talking to the other techs. Which is fine (really). But that 1 spot had had enough. - [ ] Then the lotion. I appreciate the lotion part, but she used so much she had to wipe it off (at the 20 minute mark). Then she said 'ALL DONE'. So she really meant at the start, 20 mins from start to finish for the leg work. - [ ] She painted my toes really well, which ultimately is what I want. I tipped her, not my usual, but a bit over 20%. That was very generous. I likely won't cheat on my regular 'Pedicurist' Kimee ever again. read more

I had my nails done once here and the lady did great. Now I have my pedicure another try because first time was horrible I never even my feet rubbed!! Well second time was horrible again, she didn't use scrubber on my feet or callus remover until I asked! It states all the things in the deluxe pedicure, they rush the service. If you're black, stay away from this place. I called in and asked for availability for a family of 4, including myself, and they said there was availability. However, when we arrived there, the lady at the front desk looked us up and down, and said they were booked up. In the pedicure area right behind her, there were four empty spots. When I asked why we couldn't get in, she acted as if she couldn't be bothered and continued to deny us. Right as we began to leave, a white couple came in and was immediately helped.
