There are always excuses. In comes Jeff and Audrey at Clean Water Pools. My experience from day 1 (been over a year of them servicing my pool) has been nothing but positive. The communication is great, service is top notch and they are all around great people. It's nice to know anytime I want to use my pool or spa I can trust the water is clean and chemicals are where they need to be. I wouldn't suggest using any other service in East County. Thanks Jeff and Audrey!!!!

We had a great experience with Blue Moon all the way from beginning to end. Because of the detailed presentation and price estimation given by John Virissimo, my wife and I decided to go with them. The project manager, Rick Higareda, was very helpful and instrumental in getting the job completed to our satisfaction and we were very happy with the tile and plaster options offered by Blue Moon. What really made us feel good about our decision to go with them was, a few months after the job was completed, there was a small issue and John personally handled it the very next day which is very rare, these days. Our pool has never looked better! We highly recommend Blue Moon Pools.

They did a pressure check for me and gave me a bid that involved moving the plumbing for the pump and the gas line for the heater a few feet. I was happy with them and I really liked the owner. It's been a few years because I ran it into some greater financial priorities. But I recently contacted them and they declined to do the work for me. I asked why and they said they're not doing projects like that. However, I would've been coming to them when it's time to plaster my pool and do the coping and tile. But now I will seek elsewhere. I just don't like that kind of way of doing business.

The day after the storms had passed, a day after our normally scheduled service, I received an email from Backyard Pool & Spa stating they would be coming out to inspect my pool. They were on it before I even had the idea of contacting them to see if they would be willing to come out sooner than my next service date. Water was brown and the bottom of the pool was covered in dirt which required a solution to allow the dirt the settle over the course of a couple days. Backyard Pool & Spa came out shortly after to vacuum out all the dirt, and ensure the correct levels of chemicals. Within four days, Backyard Pool & Spa had my pool back to normal. Totally blown away this was possible, and even more impressed with the their customer service. They reached out before I (the customer) had to, and fixed the problem without delay. I look forward to the continued relationship with Backyard Pool & Spa and will recommend at every opportunity. Thank you!
