What an incredible pool care company. I found Premier Pool Care by word of mouth. Several neighbors use John's services and each and everyone of them raved about the quality of his work. I know John is highly sought after and I wasn't sure if he was accepting new customers, but thankfully he was and we couldn't be happier. John just doesn't come over, drop in some chemicals and call it a day... he's truly a scientist. He takes his time and great care in ensuring our pool is as healthy as it can be. It's as if he treats it like his own pool with his kids playing in the water. Never has our pool looked and felt better. John is a wonderful guy, very friendly, and a pool genius. I highly, highly recommend Premier Pool Care. A+++ read more

John maintains our pool for 7 years now and never once have we had issues with his service or algae. I don't know much about the pool, but John is very knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, reliable, and proactive. He cares for our pool as if it were his own and is very cost-conscious. He's on schedule for pool filter cleaning. When we need further professional pool repair, he has names for us, and they are all very reliable. John was consistently reliable in providing pool care and resolving any issues that arose beyond his initial service. read more

The best you can get. I've had several pool services over the years, and experience with a dozen or so more through neighbors and family. The consistent theme of your run of the mill pool services is eyeballing their chemicals and not doing any other maintenance if there isn't anything obviously amiss. John breaks away from that trend and gives your pool the attention it deserves. People forget that swimming pools are dependent upon proper chemical balance and maintenance. With John's services, I've not once been able to tell the difference between my chlorine pool and a soft water (salt) pool. He has brought life back into my 30 year old pool and it looks and feels better than ever. The knowledge, know how, and consistency are what a pool needs. John delivers. read more

All the good things you read about John are true. He knows everything about pools. He can do anything to fix your pool, or at least tell you what you need to do to get the problem solved. There might be a dozen pool companies out there, but you won't be disappointed if you give John a call. read more

John was so nice to come out and give me advice on what I should do with my pool. We just bought a new house and was told the pool water needs to be drained because of the extremely high TDS levels. It was great to get a second opinion from him. Sadly he was not able to offer his services because of how far away our house is from his route. However he was very helpful in offering suggestions and referring another company to help me out. read more

When we bought our home in fall 2018, John had been servicing the pool for the previous owners. Having never owned a pool before, John did an amazing job walking us through our pool and spa equipment, showing us how it all worked and getting everything set up for us to enjoy right away. We were so happy that we asked him to continue servicing our pool. Soon after moving in, our single speed pool pump died. John explained our options to us and we decided to install a variable speed pump due to the energy efficiency and potential connection for pool solar. John provided several recommendations for local companies to consider for pool solar. He also explained how the pool solar would work with our existing equipment and the benefits pool solar can provide. This year we decided to add the pool solar and we are so happy we did. John is very reliable, takes tremendous pride in his work and is very customer focused. With John's help, our pool continues to be an oasis especially now during the coronavirus pandemic. read more

John was very accommodating when it came to making time for my panicked call about my sick pool. He had to go out of his way to MAKE time for me and that is a rare level of customer service in today's service businesses these days. John analyzed my pool's problem, made recommendations and even demonstrated some simple things to try. He was knowledgeable and professional. All without any pressure to buy his services. I even offered to pay for his analysis and he refused. John is a class act. I will definitely be contacting him once I get several other issues resolved read more

John is extremely professional and and honest guy. Prior to Premier, I was using another company that was completely unreliable and dont have the time to deal with someone who can't do their job properly. I definitely recommend this company! read more

My wife and I have had John at Premier Pool Care taking care of the maintenance of our pool and spa for the last 1/2 year or so. John is extremely competent, professional, and reliable. Over the years that we have owned our home, we have had to hire various maintenance and repair people for various types of tasks, and sometimes we ended up with people we were not satisfied with for various reasons. We have had John working for us long enough to feel confident about giving him an A+ recommendation, which I don't easily say for just anyone. He is easy to get along with, personable, and intelligent - someone whom you can easily talk with about what tasks you want done, and he understands what needs to be done and gets it done, and gets it done well. Recently we had a problem with the pool equipment not running the way it should, and we asked John to take a look at it. We were expecting some type of repair that would cost a lot of money. However, John discovered there was a very simple solution which just took him a couple of minutes to take care of, and our pool equipment was up and running smoothly again; better yet, because it was so easy for him to figure out how to correct the problem and to do so quickly, he refused my offer of money to compensate him for his service in repairing that particular problem. He could have charged us for what he did, or charged us for some repairs that were not necessary, but he treated us honestly, fairly, and with integrity. We also liked the fact that John could tailor what services he provided to us (and what he charged us) for the weekly maintenance of our pool, in order to match our particular needs, rather than charging one price for everyone on a take-it-or-leave-it basis. I don't give out recommendations lightly, but I would definitely recommend John to anyone needing pool service. read more
