I called Jeff on a Friday morning, and he and Audrey were at my house within hours. They inspected our pool and gave us a great price for our weekly pool maintenance. We've had some minor issues with our pool but Jeff and Audrey are always taking care of these issues and do a great job of keeping us informed if something odd is going on with any of our equipment. When I have a pool issue, I know I can count on Jeff to answer my phone call or texts anytime of the day. Jeff has always made himself available to come anytime during the week if I have an issue that requires immediate attention. And to me, that is priceless! Jeff and Audrey are amazing let me first start by saying how thankful I am for them coming to my rescue. I was recovering from surgery and no pool service company wanted to come and service my pool! I had black algae really bad. Mind you it was my first time renting a house on my own and my first time maintaining a pool. Cheap service but expensive pricing. They will nickel and dime you and once you are their customer they will find ways and excuses to charge you more then what was agreed. Sorry to say but I've had a horrible experience with clean water pools. I did my research like many of you on Yelp and saw the good reviews on this company, good service, competitive prices, and fast response time. This is what I experienced, I called this company twice last Monday June 19 to set up a time for them to come out, after calling twice in the morning they finally answered in the afternoon when I called a third time (slow response time). We talked, I told him my situation; I bought my house in November 2016, pool was in prestige condition and I didn't maintain it throughout the winter and spring and here I am in the summer trying to get my pool ready for this 4th of July weekend this week. On June 19 we set up a day for them to come out June 23 at 4:00PM which is a Friday he tells me they'll give me a call Thursday to verify and I never got that call (more on that to fallow) . So I stopped shopping around and waited for them to come out Friday. Friday comes around and not only did he not fallow up with me Thursday like he said, it's 12:00PM Friday a few hours before the appointment not to mention I moved everything on my schedule so I can get my pool fixed before the party at my house 4th of July weekend. I call him wondering what's going on and he tells me he lost my number and they'll be at my house around 4pm, you know I understand people get busy and make mistakes so I let it go. 4pm rolls around and I'm still waiting and nobody shows up I call nobody answers, he text me back saying he got into a car accident around 430-5PM. I just wasted my whole day Friday, and actually the whole week last week trying to get my pool serviced because this company's lack of communication and service. After telling me they won't be able to make it, I'm a very understanding person I told him it's ok well set something up for this week. They don't fallow up with me, they didn't answer the phone when I called, and they couldn't even reply back to my text. Do not use this company if you value your time! read more

I can't say enough good things about Jeff and Audrey. My pool had issues with a broken skimmer and pool equipment that was not only out of date but also not functioning properly. They replaced the skimmer with a much better product but also saved me money with much needed replacement valves and pool equipment. I highly recommend using Clean Water Pool service for the care and maintenance of your pool. Our pool was not in good shape with a lot of algae built up on one side and I was convinced they would have to drain and acid wash it. Jeff and Audrey were amazing and confident they could get rid of the algae without draining the pool. Jeff said to give them four weeks to get it in shape again. By week three the pool and water looked great. There were areas I thought would never clean up (like in the corner of the steps) and now there is not one stain left in the pool.
