When we first walked it in there was not that many customers in there which was good for us because we were able to not have to wait. The workers had asked us what service we were looking for. We both wanted pedicures. I got the Luxury pedicure with gel polish on my toes. While in the chair I was able to explain to the worker I wanted my toenails trimmed down. The will working on me noticed my big toe was cracked so she had put glue on it but I explained she could clip it down. The quality of my pedicure was great. The message and the paint job looked good. I wasn't disappointed at all. It was very relaxing in the shop and they had offered us something to drink which we had took some wine. They had massages on the chairs. It definitely made the experience great. The price for my pedicure was not bad at all. Fast forward to Sunday morning. I noticed that my big toe the toenail somehow chipped off so it had small missing piece. I had came back to the shop and explained the issue and asked if I could get my one toe fixed which they agreed to do. They had ended up having to put acrylic on my toe to fix it and repaint it. I have never had acrylic on my toenail so this was something different. I was appreciative that they were willing to fix it with no issues.

She noticed I was bleeding on one finger then proceeded to rip away at it after. I was noticeably cringing. I don't feel like this should be okay, I didn't even feel like I could say anything due to the dismissiveness. I've never had someone just tear up my cuticles like that. She tried to blame it on me shaking. My fingers are still in pain. She sat on the left side farthest down in the row. Definitely will not be coming back and neither will my mom or sister. On top of that they all seemed upset that we made an appointment at 6pm and had walk-ins. Just overall not a good experience.

I was told a 20minute wait but it was more like 30-40. No complaints though, I had time and I was a walk-in. The place is beautiful and smells great!!! Plenty of polishes choices and the staff was friendly. I was on the phone the entire time so I didn't engage much w/ my nail tech. I was offered water or a drink and i appreciate that. I was not offered any extra pedicure add ons like a scrub or anything like that. There was a menu I found on their cart with options but it was never discussed. No big deal...I would probably have declined but it would have been nice to be offered. I didn't notice any posted signs of prices but next to that menu of add ons...I found a menu of services (which was also used as a make shift fan to dry my feet in between coats of polish) where prices were listed. My pedicure was completed nicely and I'll update later about how long it lasts!! I can typically get a solid 3 weeks ..so I'm hopeful! I chose the Lavender pedi with the Hot stone add on(will never pass on hot stones lol) Idk if it was the Lavender working or the kind lady doing my pedicure but I definitely dozed off a few times and felt so relaxed after the massage. Bonus points for her catering to my inability to control my foot sensitivity(being ticklish smh lol) but still making sure she hit any rough spots.
