I'm happy to report that I had a fantastic pedicure that transformed my feet; they now look much better, and I am truly grateful for that. Additionally, I had a full set of nails applied, and they turned out beautifully. The technician was attentive and took the time to listen to my requests. I believe she may be one of the co-owners, and I appreciated her pleasant demeanor, gentleness, and efficiency. Overall, she met my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my nail treatment.

They have been in the same location for 25 years. They are located in an aging strip mall in Lebanon. The shop is not fancy or upscale inside, but has a homey feel. I came in as a walk-in about 30 minutes before they were supposed to open. They took me right away. They really connect with customers and know most by name. I got a gel manicure. Kevin did my nails. He did a thorough job including a nice hand massage. He was super friendly. We talked about gardening. My manicure is going on 3 weeks now with no chips, and I'm hard on my nails. I'm not sure if they are using a better quality product or what. I'll be back. Couldn't be happier.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. We got there a little early at 3:20. I had no expectations of being seated early and I am forgiving of lateness as well because I am reasonable, but I was not seated until after 4. My daughter's appointment was scheduled at 3:30 as well but they didn't see her until after mine. She was being patient but it was frustrating. During my manicure they didn't at least 5 layers of gel color which I thought was a bit excessive but I didn't think much of it. During hers they did the same but after the gel was put on they did not file or shape her nails so they looked awkward and unfinished. They also didn't even clean under her nails. Less than a week after the manicures were done both of us have had the gel peel off our nails. Alls I can say is I am disappointed and won't be back.
