I went for the first time earlier in the week with my daughter. I chose this place because they offer a princess manicure and I wanted to make sure it would be child friendly. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. We got there a little early at 3:20. I had no expectations of being seated early and I am forgiving of lateness as well because I am reasonable, but I was not seated until after 4. My daughter's appointment was scheduled at 3:30 as well but they didn't see her until after mine. She was being patient but it was frustrating. During my manicure they didn't at least 5 layers of gel color which I thought was a bit excessive but I didn't think much of it. During hers they did the same but after the gel was put on they did not file or shape her nails so they looked awkward and unfinished. They also didn't even clean under her nails. Less than a week after the manicures were done both of us have had the gel peel off our nails. Alls I can say is I am disappointed and won't be back. read more

went in yesterday around 930 to get a gel manicure. I showed a picture of the popular 'hailey bieber - glazed nail / chrome. he said no problem- again showed more than one picture. he started using a white polish- which I did speak up and say that was incorrect as the under was opi bubble bath/a nude pink color.. he switched and then started doing the chrome and it was completely wrong - it was so messy that I didn't think I could stop to redo. the color is so off. I left and had an event I was at all day - at which within a few hours my nail started to chip. I woke up first thing this morning and went to the store to see if they could fix which they did but I did express how the color was wrong and the nails were just sloppy. she was very quick to say I should have called yesterday and that the guy who did the nails needs to see in order to do anything. she quickly just fixed the one nail but made me feel like crap and that I was in the wrong. will never go back or recommend with how that second interaction went. paid $53 for nails that are sloppy and are nothing like I asked for. update - my gel nails lasted 4 days. do not go here! read more

I have never in my entire life been refuse service like I had today it's New Year's Day is New Year's Eve, and I broke my nail. I got my nails done with my aunt which is a rare occasion that I do in Franklin Indiana and she told me to go back there and they would fix it for me. I'm not driving clear over there so I thought if I went over there, they could fix that one nail no she didn't. She's rude obnoxious and no wonder I used to go there but I know why I didn't go back, if my nail place was open, I would've been going there never received any kind of talk back like that in my life they should not be in business read more

I feel like people only leave reviews on yelp when they have something bad to say. I've been going to this nail salon for about 3 years. I absolutely love it. Normally, Sean does my nails and he knows exactly how I want it done, so I don't even have to saying anything anymore, except for the polish or if I wanted a different shape or something. I absolutely love it. Yes, they break sometimes, but that's not the nail salons fault. That's me wanting them super long and still slamming my hands down on things. Lol. Obviously I've had some evolution and some growth. I started with short and rounded off oval and now I have lonnngg stilettos! However, they've always looked so good and people always ask me where I go. I absolutely recommend modern nails. read more

They made me bleed not once but four times. They put a liquid skin protector and kept going. Then making the same area bleed again by irritating it. Putting paint on blood. No relaxing just feeling a constant sting despite telling her I have bled alot during this manicure. I'm not on blood thinners there's no other reasoning except bad ownership. I quiver at how those utensils got cleaned after I left. I will not be back. read more

I had a 4:45 Appointment for pedicure with my friend. We sat until 5:05 and no one ever acknowledged us. Will never go back again.

I have never left a review before but felt compelled to do so after the experience I had. I walked in wanting just an eyebrow wax and thought- why not get a pedicure while I'm here. He set me in the chair and was very polite. The girl that did my pedicure was rude and spent a total of 10 minutes on my feet. When I told I could still feel ridges on the left foot she became aggressive and sloppy painting on my skin making comments such as, "you painted your own toes didn't you? I can tell". When she was finished she looked at me and asked, "do you still want the eyebrow wax"? She was the one doing it. I said, "no, thank you". She grabbed my shoes and said, "you can leave" Didn't offer for my toes to dry, nothing. I paid and she walked away. The owner asked what was wrong and why was I not letting my toes dry. I politely said to him, "she told me to leave. I am a travel nurse and I travel all over the United States. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully by anyone, but this tip is for her because I'm not nasty like that. I left the top and walked out." It's a shame because I was looking forward to some relaxation after working 6, 12 hour shifts in a row and I was also looking to see if they could do anything with a nail I broke at work last night. I watched he lady beside me get her pedicure (they were started at the same time). He hadn't even made it to scrubbing the bottom of her feet by the time mine was completely over... and I paid for it. read more

Love that all the staff are wearing masks and customers are required right now as well! i called ahead for an appointment and they were able to get me in asap today. I went here for a gel manicure. 3 days later, there's dirt and gunk in between my nail and my polish. The polish was never smooth and the french tips look very sloppy. I would not recommend this nail salon. read more
