I sat in the foot spa and put my foot in lukewarm water. I look down and there is polish all over my shirt... and I later found out the same happened to my mom and she was googling how to get it out the whole time. I ask the tech for some acetone but she didn't understand and just stared at me. She barely scrubbed my feet (mind you I'm on my feet 40-50 hrs a week... so they're crusty) and rushed to get to the polishing part. I asked for gel. She put the polish on and put the lamp over it... and it falls and knocks into the polish several times on several layers. Once everything was done, she didn't put my flip flops on but instead threw them on the ground and walked away to her next customer. I won't be back.

I chose the Lavender pedi with the Hot stone add on(will never pass on hot stones lol) Idk if it was the Lavender working or the kind lady doing my pedicure but I definitely dozed off a few times and felt so relaxed after the massage. Bonus points for her catering to my inability to control my foot sensitivity(being ticklish smh lol) but still making sure she hit any rough spots. Interior is nicely decorated and clean and i will definitely be returning.

We were told that they cannot get any designs and could only get designs if they got gel nail polish. I did not want them to get gel because the kids are 7 &10 years old & i have been getting my nails done since i was very young and know what can be done with regular nails. I pushed back and got upset. Showed them the design and then they said they would do it after i threatened to not come back. For the record, the designs the kids had settled on were polka dots & hearts. Not something that is complicated. Polka dots came out fine but I was very disappointed with the hearts. My pedicure job was also regular paint and could've been much neater but was fine. I've been to this place a few times and i'm just pretty upset about the customer service aspect , communication aspect, quality of work, & their ability to work around what a client is asking for. Don't think i'll be back.

They always have 5-7 technicians working there and it seems to be very busy on weekends. So if you walk in on Saturday or Sunday you will likely have to wait. Book it in advance! For the last few visits, Winky did my gel polish and she is very thorough, detail oriented and a perfectionist. Everyone here gives me undivided attention most of the time. I'm so used to seeing nail technicians talking on the phone, chatting or streaming videos while they work on my nails. So seeing them dedicating all the focus and energy to me feels nice. I will keep coming here for the foreseeable future 100%! They take credit cards.

She Inquired what type of pedicure I'd like, offered me a selection menu of the various pedicure types. My nail tech also asked for consent to cut down nail, which I appreciated. She also asked what shape I wanted my toe nailed, I asked what she thought was doable and she gave rationale for rounded edges with a square top based on my current toe nail shape in a professional manner. The place was clean, the nail techs all had on face masks and gloves which made the cleanliness factor go up in my opinion.
