Indulge Salon still earned five-stars from me - but Jewel was really the reason my experience was so wonderful. Jewel exceeded my expectations when I arrived for my appointment. She was on time and I really liked the pleasant surroundings both in the salon and in her private area at the back. Her products were top of the line! The European facial I received was a French line of items that she also sells (but she's not pushy with the sales at all). The facial was relaxing and rejuvenating; both for my face and for my mind. I left feeling cleaner and prettier, and it was noticeable for days after. My immediate thought at the finish was how many people would love to experience this treatment. Facials can be good, or they can be bad. Jewel's was awesome. Treat yourself; treat your wife; treat your dad. It doesn't matter who gets to lie on her comfortable table, wrapped in her soft robe, whoever that person is, they are lucky!

Ivy is personable, friendly, and somehow manages to laugh you through the pain, she truly makes the whole experience so much more comfortable! I was so sad to hear that she's moving on to her next adventure and ending her waxing career, but I'm really grateful I got to see her one last time! She will definitely be missed! They offer individual waxing prices or memberships. You can call to make an appointment or do it online, it was very simple. I needed to cancel my original appointment that I booked online, so I called and they made it very easy to change it. I love how they have designated parking spots too. They have items for sale. I purchased the PFB roller and exfoliating gloves after Ariane said she highly recommended them and explained the benefits. I'm pleased with both items. The salon itself is very cool, with tons of different beauty vendors located inside. The Waxing Spot is located in the back and has a little sign outside of its pocket door. The owner was kind and does all of the waxes herself. She's been doing it for over ten years and is super efficient. Important note: they do big strips of wax at once to get the hair off quickly. This is a quick and efficient way to do waxing, but is also more painful. If it's your first wax ever, I'd say go to a place that does the small pieces of wax for an hour or so (takes a while but helps ease the pain), but everyone else will love it here. After waxing, she also used tweezers to make everything perfect and it was clear she cares about her work. Thank you!
