I have been coming here for a couple of years and I love it. I have occasionally tried other shops, but I am always disappointed. Annie does an amazing job on my nails. They are light and thin, and she is a very talented nail artist! Everyone there is so nice. The store is clean and they are careful and make sure that their equipment is clean and use good sanitation techniques, especially in the pedicure stations. read more

I generally like this place but woah, the prices have increased drastically over the past 3-6 months- I spent $90 before tip for a gel manicure and a non-gel pedicure, which is more expensive than good nail salons ten minutes away in nearby Zionsville. The pedicure is nice- the massage and products they use are good quality. My only complaint is that they push gel nail polish on pedicures (a $10 upcharge) to the point where I have to repeat multiple times that I do not want it. I bought a giftcard for a friend's daughter to go here and she mentioned she was also pushed into getting gel- for a 6 year old- without requesting it. I appreciate that they are trying to upsell but also think it's important to respect customers when they say no. read more

I went and got my nails done on Monday i asked for long acrylic just blue nail polish and coffin shape. They ended up not doing that I got square the car cut me more than once with the file thing. I went back today (Wednesday) for them to fix it because one side of my nails were longer then the other gel nail polish got on my skin, air bubbles, specs of glitter, nail polish is streaky, streaks of the brush hair, and they aren't anything I wanted. all they ended up doing was getting the file and it looks like shit. read more

I typically love this salon! But when I went the other day, I had to tell the guy doing my pedicure how to do it. And then the girl doing my nails was rude that I didnt leave a "big" enough tip. Well if I have to tell the guy how to do his job, I don't think he deserves a tip. And she is sent all that nice either. read more

Beautiful nails, though the guy that was using the sander tool was laughing and joking with the 2 women working there knicked me 3 times. The 3rd time, sliced the bottom of my nail open on the skin causing me to bleed and the skin to turn red. He still sprayed it with alcohol! Some polish seen on my skin around the nail I could overlook if it wasn't for the pain. Still didn't keep them from charging me full price. read more

While I own my own gel polish kit and can do my own digits, I appreciate a nice pampering from time to time, and in this case, I wanted professionally painted nails for an upcoming wedding I am in. Add to that a busy schedule that had me rolling in their parking lot about 1 hour before closing. I walked in and asked if they had time for me. Both of the manicurists kindly told me yes, warned me if may be a small wait, and showed me all the gel options.... Gahhh! The OPTIONS. So so many! Loved looking at them all while I waited, but I finally decided I couldn't pick a color! So I opted for a classic - french manicure. The manicurist was very kind, efficient, and did a really great job! I was worried about how a french mani would look on my nails (I was a french mani virgin), but they look great! Sweetening the deal, it cost less than I expected! Gel manis often run $30-35 with French being an additional $5-10. So I expected $40. I was pleased it was $35. :) In short, good quality, clean place, nice folks,...I'll be back! read more

My hubby got myself and my bestie, gift certificates on Valentines Day for full Manicure/Pedicures. We finally got to go today. Let me say that I have never had a mani/pedi, my friend has had several. Making the appt. was easy capeezi. We got there and were immediately greeted warmly. The atmosphere was relaxing. No strong odors and light current music was playing. We were seated, offered a drink and then spent the next hour and a half being pampered to the nth degree! The pedicure was simply devine! Deep reflex massage with hot towels and nail care which included a complete gel polish. Then a manicure that left my poor chipped and scraggly nails looking professional and polished! I cannot recommend any other nail salon other than Paradise Nails of Lebanon, behind Starbucks just off I-65. They are moderately priced, professional and incredible! I have been here a few times and no impressed.... they always charge me a different price than the menu says, I was charged 35$ for a fill and gel polish that should have been 28$. They cut my fingers every time. My nails are chipping and have only been repainted for almost a week, keep in mind, with gel. 35$ for my nails to chip. read more

This place is trash. I got a full set there a few weeks ago, and the paint job was awful. I didn't complain at the time, as that is not my style. I just assumed the lady was new, and she would do better on the other hand. I went ahead and got a pedicure too, and it turned out okay. Once I got home, I began to inspect my nails further, and realized the paint on 7/10 had some sort of blemish, the nails were not the same lengths, and they were not even remotely close to the same thickness. My total bill was about $75, and my nails were not a $75 job, I called to see if I could schedule a time to come in to get them fixed. They were so incredibly rude. I mean down right hateful. The woman told me they couldn't just drop everything and fix it. I couldn't believe an establishment would be so rude. They actually don't even deserve one star. Do not recommend! read more

The shop was immaculately clean. They opened sterile equipment for my mani/pedi and even had disposable wraps for the pedicure basins! There were several options for pedicure treatments. I chose the basic treatment, but it was still very relaxing! The technicians were very pleasant as I easily had a conversation with them. I got a gel color for my fingernails and it lasted well over 2 weeks. No chipping or fraying at the edges! That's saying something because I'm a full-time critical care nurse. Me and my friend went there about two weeks ago the guy convinced us to get a whole new sets and we did. Little did we know that the sets would start falling off within a week after wearing them, and no we did not hit, scratch, or bump our nails on anything they just started to break too easily. So I have been going to this place since they opened. I've always had David do my nails because I personally think he's the best at this nail salon, but let me warn you you'll never know what type of mood you'll get from him! In the past few months he's been extremely moody and rude. Today for example he was shaping my nails and after he finished with the first hand and had started on the second I told him I would like them shorter. He literally threw the file down pushed himself back in his chair all while he was huffing and said "Really!!! You could have told me that earlier! I did all that work for nothing!!!" Based on reviews here on Yelp I decided to give Paradise Nails a try. I hadn't been to a nail salon for a couple of years and wanted to get a set of acrylic nails. There was a couple of clients in the salon when I arrived, but I was promptly greeted and with a genuine smile as I came in the door. The ladies working at the time were sincerely friendly, professional and took interest in me. I've frequented many nail salons over the last 20 years and this is the first time I felt completely comfortable on a first visit. My nails were not rushed, the tech was careful and concise, and she asked me several questions along the way to ensure the finished product was to my liking. The salon was inviting, well maintained, pleasant music was playing at a reasonable volume, and most of all... clean! I have definitely found my new local nail salon! read more
