The massage portion could've been a little deeper, but that was on me for not speaking up at the time. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer a firmer touch. I have never waiting over 5 minutes to get it to their place if they have availability - but they always let you know if there's some sort of wait. The awesome lady of the house is always busting it, and multi taking answering the phones and setting appointments while she does manicures. She's the bomb DOT com! The technicians are always super nice! I've only gotten pedicures here so I don't quite know how their mani techs are - but watching hem serve other patrons while I get my toes done - the patrons always seem to leave happy - 11/10 would recommend!

She is gentle, thorough, and consistently does a great job. I have never had issues with chipping or breaking. I've only had a gel manicure when I got French gels for my wedding in 2022, done by another gal here, and they were gorgeous. What really stood out to me was how much she cares about the health of your natural nails. Mine were damaged from thick dip powder done elsewhere, and she immediately noticed and took the time to gently work with them while explaining how we could get them back in shape. This girl is talented!! I've always struggled with having builder gel/hard gel last, it always used to lift at the cuticle. Leila is so meticulous that I don't have they problem anymore. She is thorough in there ability to perfectly clean up the cuticle and prep the nail for polish. My manicured last for 5 to 6 weeks now, something I never would thought possible. Leila is incredibly talented, she can do pretty much any design that one would desire and she's always coming up with new techniques to make your nails stand out. Leila is located inside of Lola's Salon, there is usually parking but sometimes another business in the strip mall seems to have an event going which clogs parking up. Leila maintains a clean and comfortable space with a soothing ambiance. She is polite and always on time. She always is just a genuinely nice person, you can tell that she loves her craft and she cares about her clients being happy. Leila also offers a loyalty punch card which is so cool. My son has ingrown toenails and they've been able to really help him with those so they haven't been a problem since he started having pedicures there. She says she wasn't going to charge me. Not painted firm to the cuticle line so regrow tho is going to be fast. Messy paint. Finish up and was charged $40! Double the posted price. For what?!!!? My nails are messy and I had to file one when I left because the edge was not smooth. Super disappointed and pricing is misleading. My nails should not have cost double. I will not go back. --------- It's been 4.5 hours since my appointment and the decals she put on have already lifted and one came off completely. -------- Jade messaged me and said the sign is for shellac polish for $20.
