Went in for a gel fill, I've tried a couple of different places since moving to this side of town, without the results I was looking for. A completely different experience was had today! Mary was incredibly pleasant and gave me nails to jump up and down about. Great shape and length, and the color and art were fabulous! Booked my next appt. (with pedi this time) before I left. read more

Not impressed. My friend and I came in for two pedicure right after opening. They got started on mine right away but my friend waited 30 minutes with her feet soaking in water for their other employees to show up. No heads up about the wait. The lady doing my nails was FaceTiming her boyfriend and texting during my pedicure as well. After my pedicure was finished, they had me leave the chair next to my friend while her pedicure was finished, even though there were SEVERAL other open chairs for other customers. Also they don't sterilize any of their tools and are not sanitary. Overall a very poor experience and service. Would not recommend. read more

I went there recently with my daughters and we had an appt. When we got there it was very busy. We were seen more than 20 minutes after our appointment time because it looks like they had accepted way too many people for the workers they had. And when we got our manicures done they tried to rush so much through them that my daughters both got less than 10 minute manicures, did not buff their fingernails and the Polish was sloppy. When I told them my problem with the manicures they just said sorry and didn't do anything else about it. I will not be going back to this nail salon. read more

My first experience was great but they try to push you to do more than what you went there for. Ended you spending more than I wanted to but i figured it was a treat for my daughter and i. My second time though was not as great, again they try to upsell the whole time to have you do more, again I spent more than i had budgeted. I got the shellac and for some reason or whatever she put on my nails it weakened them, its been a year later and my nails are still not as strong as it was before. I will not go there ever again, they speak in there language the whole time it makes me feel like they are talking about me. They overcharge you and would not itemize things when you ask them to. read more

I've been going to Vina Nails for years. I LOVE this place!! A little more than a year ago I moved out to the Valley but I STILL go to Vina to get my pedicures! Everyone is really friendly and the pedicures are A-maze-ing!!! Best ever!! They last forever. Nowhere I have ever been before spends quite as much time massaging and I have been to a ton of different salons in California and up here. I would say don't bother making an appointment because they deal mostly on a walk in basis and don't turn anyone away. Which I like. I don't have to worry about calling and I've never had to wait longer than about 20 minutes. But for a Vina Nails pedicure, I'd wait an hour!! read more

Great experience. Mary is the greatest. My first pedicure. They stayed open past closing for me and my daughter. Will Def make this my permanent nail salon. read more

I have been to this place a couple times and I love it! Very Classy and high quality service plus cheap and affordable prices! Just needs to work on the smell.. read more

My nails hurt for 2 days after I got them done. The shape is funky too. I'm finally getting them off today.

I haven't gotten a pedicure in a long time but decided I needed to since I was going on vacation. I called about an hour earlier and made an appointment. I was seated after I was told to choose a nail polish color. The lady thats was helping me was very sweet. I could tell she didn't know that much English so she would ask another worker to double check with me. She obviously didn't want to make any mistakes, which was nice to see she was trying her best to do her job. read more

I went here last week for a mani/pedi. I got the deluxe pedicure and my feet did not feel smooth at all, they actually felt worse than they did before I got the pedicure. The lady doing the pedicure made me bleed and it's still pretty touchy. The pedicure hurt more than it felt good. She ended it with a cheap massage. The lady doing my shellac manicure was really nice, but not even a week later I am having to take the polish off due to chipping. I wasn't doing anything rough with my hands, so it should have lasted longer. I am definitely not coming back again. read more

I was taking my Mom for her second pedicure and manicure, and this was the WRONG place. The one sort-of positive, is that we were walk-in's and they got us seated after waiting 15 minutes. Here is where it went wrong. They kept turning on the massage chair- when I said I do not want it on, now I have a pain in my left shoulder that won't go away. I asked them to cut my nails, and they barely cut them- I had to trim them when I got home. I asked them to not razor my heels (I am in CA most of the time, and have NEVER had someone razor my heels) and they did anyway, told me I needed it. We asked for mani's but no color- just buff. They moved us to tables, not near each other, and then I all of a sudden had some guy, Jim or Ken?, start on my nails. He put my hands in scalding water, and then did not touch my cuticules (I had two hangnails I wanted trimmed, no such luck), and I also asked him to cut my nails. Instead he filed them down (not even, and not the same length), and then started buffing my nails with this electric thing, that actually burned my nails. I asked him to stop, but he just looked at me like he didn't understand what I was saying. Finally he finished, after taking of the top layers of my nails, and then slapped my hand around, called that a massage and then had the balls to charge me an extra $10 for the buffing- they said that was extra! He left me sitting there, I had to ask him to file my nails because I was already catching them on my pants and jacket. What a joke. I have never, ever, been charged for a buff. My toes have already chipped (2 days after the pedi) and my nails hurt and are weak and still catching on things. I will not be going back, and I will not suggest this place to anyone. read more

I really, really liked this place. After having a horrible experience at Modern Nails, I was hesitant to ever get another pedicure, but my friend and I decided to do manis & pedis before her sister's wedding. The staff was very nice and attentive, they took their time and did a great job. The place is pretty big, so my friend and I were able to get in right away and sit next to each other. We both had french manicures done, and the lady doing my nails said that the other lady was better at doing the tips and let her do that part for me, which I thought was really considerate. Their prices were reasonable too, but I would go again even if they weren't on the cheaper side because I thought it was worth it. I have tried a lot of nail salons, but this will be the one I go to from now on. read more

Fast and sloppy. I could have done it at home and way better job. She spent 20mins and paid $40. Not worth it. I now have a month of crappy nails. Do not get station 8! Run! read more

I don't think I will be going back here. My experience wasn't to great. I got a French gel polish and it came 3 days later and before you ask I didn't do anything that would make them come off, called and they would fix it for free. Went in and they charged me 12 dollars to fix and it hasn't even been 2 weeks since I got them done and they are coming off again. This isn't right read more

I usually go here for my Pedi's. Have been for many many years. I recently had hip replacement surgery and have nerve damage in my foot so I was hesitant to get a pedi done (its been 4 months.. I couldn't go without any longer) when I went in I told the lady that I needed them to be a bit more careful with my right foot. She told me she would tell the guy doing my toes and it would not be an issue. It was an issue. The man didn't speak English other than "hahah, it tickle?!?!" Each time he asked me if it tickled because I was jumping or saying ouch I would tell him "No.. it hurts, please be careful" to which he didn't listen once. I really don't think he understood anything I said and if he did.. he didn't give a crap. He also cut my toe nails so short that my pinky toe bled. UGH!! I will be going back because ive had great Pedi's from here but I will request to not have him again. Plus, I will be asking for someone who speaks English or atleast understands it. Even if that makes me a bad guy.. I don't care. I do understand that my foot is a bit more sensitive than it normally is and that makes me a bit on edge but I was very nice to the man. When im paying for a service I expect the person to understand what im telling them. People from all walks of life get their nails done and not all of them are perfect and will just sit there and let people do their nails. There are certain things the nail people need to know and if people like me (customer) cant relay that to them.. its almost pointless. Im very unhappy with my recent experience and like I said, I will be asking for someone who understands what im saying next time. read more
