The old sump pump (10 years old) was working fine but based on the expected lifecycle I wanted to be proactive. I already have a Generac 15 KW backup power generator (natural gas powered) so we did not need to put in a battery powered backup. The install took 2-3 hours. Absolutely super 100% job. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. In order to get a replacement tank, the old one needed to be returned to the place it was purchased, which happened to be Washington Court House. Nicole cheerfully took care of all of the warranty and return work needed. She removed and returned the tank.
