I think it was like $400 for everything. Yeah, sure, there was a hole in the wall he made for access to the pipe that needed replaced. But I didn't even need a drywaller and was able to patch it myself. He did suggest just putting in a $10 access panel but we really didn't like the look of those. Now my downstairs shower is leaking but luckily it's an unfinished basement with easy access and a clearly visible problem. If I can't fix it I know who I'll be calling!

The original stopper rotted out and when removing it, the top came off but the threads remained in the pipe. After trying a couple of ways, the technician was able to carefully remove the remaining part for the original plug and successfully installed a new one. This saved us the expense of having to cut through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom and replace parts of the drain and overflow. It was refreshing that he tried multiple times to do it the "easy way", and avoid a more costly repair. I would recommend them to anyone.
