No hospitality, no good table service, and it takes too long to prepare food especially when the server has forgotten that you had already placed your order with her about 45 minutes ago. The best yet --- it was a slow night that particular evening. One waitress can easily handle only a dozen people without a problem, however the server that night couldn't ask you if you would like another round while running around with her head in the clouds. Take some lessons. Fix your shit business. And try smiling for f**k's sake.

Cozy bar seating, friendly staff, and a relaxed vibe make it a great spot whether you're stopping in for a quick drink or settling in for the evening. The service was excellent from start to finish--attentive, personable, and genuinely hospitable. The bar team made great cocktails, and both the Aperol Spritz and Espresso Martini were spot on. Food was equally impressive. I love seeing escargot on a pub menu, and Pag's executes it beautifully. The personal pizza was delicious with a crisp crust and great flavor, and the stuffed mussels were a standout appetizer. Everything came out fresh and well prepared. Another highlight is the bourbon selection. Whether you're a casual whiskey drinker or a serious bourbon enthusiast, there's plenty to explore behind the bar. If you're in Doylestown and looking for a comfortable place with great food, strong cocktails, a solid bourbon program, and friendly service, Pag's Pub is absolutely worth a visit. -- Jeffrey Umaña IG: @jeffrey.umana

Quite empty on a Wednesday afternoon at 4:30. I assume they get a younger crowd that works and comes later (we are retired). The happy hour menu impressed us. Speciality cocktails normally $15-ish were only $9. That got our attention. Plus $5 appetizers. Never see lemon drop martini, manhattan and expresso martinis on happy hour afterall. And those were our picks (3 of us). We were celebrating Mom's 93 birthday. For the $5. appetizers we picked pork spring rolls, potato chip nachos, and mozzarella sticks. The chips were the winner. BUT "never" get the spring rolls. Two very disappointing , tiny spring rolls that had a microscopic amount of pork. It was pathetic. Not even worth it for $5. I would stay away from those. Silly only two on the plate and there were 3 of us. Too small to share. Our server was efficent and sweet. She added to a nice happy hour. We enjoyed playing a few rounds of table shuffle board. Nice addition. The best part of our happy hour was a friendly couple (we just met them) at the bar surprised us and paid for a round of drinks since they heard it was my Mom's 93 birthday!! That surely made her day extra special and memorable.

The Good: Gloria Fries Gloria spice, Cooper sharp cheese sauce, truffle parm aioli. Easily one of the highlights. Well-seasoned, indulgent, and flavorful. The dipping sauces were very good. Especially the cooper sharp cheese sauce. $8 happy hour price, normally $10. Truffle Shuffle Pizza EVOO, mozzarella, mushroom, truffle honey, rosemary. The best of the three pizzas we ordered. Balanced flavors, well-executed, and this pizza truly delivered! Definitely worth the $10 price, otherwise $19 regular price. Boardwalk Pizza with Pepperoni Bianco Di Napoli sauce, mozzarella, fior di latte, parm, oregano. Solid pizza with good flavor and balance. Paid $12 happy hour price, otherwise it is $19. Just Okay: Stuffed Grape Leaves Mediterranean-style dolmas with lemon rice. Fine, nothing memorable. $7 1/2-Pound Smash Burger Two smash-seared patties, Cooper sharp cheese, LTO, umami sauce, toasted brioche bun. Decent burger, but didn't stand out considering the price of $16 Not So Great: Margherita Pizza Bianco Di Napoli sauce, fior di latte, basil, EVOO. Came out burnt (as shown in the photo), which is hard to overlook. Fortunately we only paid $10 (happy hour price) regular price $18 Jumbo Wings Ten pieces served with buttermilk blue cheese, celery, and carrots. These should not be labeled "jumbo" as there isn't anything jumbo about these wings. At $1.50 per wing, they're overpriced and not worth it. Final Thoughts: Gloria Sports and Spirits describes itself as an elevated dining experience, but that mostly seems to translate to elevated prices. I would only recommend ordering from the happy hour menu. The pizzas aren't worth the nearly $20 price tag, and the wings are neither jumbo nor a good value. One final note: root beer is apparently the only soda without unlimited refills. It's $5 per order, which isn't disclosed until the bill arrives. An unpleasant surprise. Overall, for future visits I'll be sticking strictly to the happy hour menu. And that's all I can recommend for anyone else when visiting Gloria Sports and Spirits.

There's a lot of mixed reviews on here so I want to share mine ! Yes does it look like a "dive bar"…read morekind of but mostly it's just old - they have regular seating as well. I have dined in now and also had takeout and I do have to say that dining in, was a much better experience ! The tables are definitely a little squishy and our waitress wasn't the most attentive but the food rocked ! My fiancé and I both got burgers - one was a special burger and we also got I think a special appetizer. The chicken parm eggrolls were so good and the - I think it was an Elvis burger with jalapeño cream cheese - oh my god so good ! We also got the Texas toast smash burger which was good but the special burger out best it in spades. Honestly one of the better burgers I've had. The consensus is that they have really good burgers and I cannot argue with that - just try one and it may change your opinion of this place. Both the fries and chips are good but there is an upgrade charge for fries. Now when I go takeout I got the carved turkey dinner which was also very good. Tasted very fresh and was decently proportioned but I know that they give you more when dining in. I also would have loved a green vegetable with all the carbs. If you get takeout you're supposed to just slide up to the register that's squeezed at the back of the bar. Which I didn't know , but no big deal! Their online ordering was also not working. Overall come here for good food - especially burgers and yes you can drink. It's not a fine dining restaurant but it excels at what it does have on their menu which yes - is a lot of "bar" food.

Draft prices are a bit high in my opinion, but it's a great atmosphere and a consistent spot. The chicken was a little bit greasy but the Nashville chicken was better than most spicy chicken. Still a nice spot, fries with your burger shouldn't be an extra $3.99 for the record. It would be 4 stars if that was not the case.
