This review is for Tony, he showed up on time for our appointment. We give him an A+ for this :). He took his time explaining to us in details of the fumigation process. We don't feel any pressure from him to move forward with his service. Tony is a genuine person. He gave us a reasonable price of his service in compared to other quotes that we got. It's just we feel obligated to go with a long lost friend's service, who came after Tony and came to give us a quote for termite service as well. In the future we would highly recommend our friend and family to go with Viking Termite. read more

I used Viking Termite to inspect and treat my home for termites. Tony came to my house he was punctual, honest, and does not over charge for services. I highly recommend Viking Termite. read more

Tony and his team were great! We just purchased a home and were told there was termite damage in multiple areas. We were given a couple of quotes from other companies that seemed quite high. I decided to call Viking since they had such good reviews, and I'm really glad I did! Not only did Tony provide me with a much lower quote, he explained the process and the chemical they would use. He was very informative and genuinely seemed like he cared. He was very communicative via text when I had questions and confirming timelines. I highly recommend him and his team! read more

I am a new homeowner and I needed to do an emergency tent fumigation before moving in. I called Tony on Friday, he showed up on Saturday, did the measurements, and walked me through the process. The job started the next Thursday and was completed on Saturday. I had a great experience with Tony. I would have not imagined finding a person to deliver on such short notice and with this great quality. I would recommend Tony's service to everybody. read more

We had Tony come out to give us a quote for fumigation services and he arrived on time, provided a thorough explanation of the entire process and gave us a competitive quote right away. Although we went with another company to address additional pest issues, I would highly recommend Tony for his great communication, professionalism and honesty. read more

I Just had Tony out to my house to show him two areas that had termite damage. After inspecting my house and attic area, he gave me instructions on how to take care of the problem myself since it was very minor. Tony took the time to answer all my questions and advise me on all my options. I was very impressed with Tony's knowledge and truthfulness. If and when I need something professionally done because of termites, I will definitely hire Tony with confidence knowing he put my best interest first. It was a pleasure meeting Tony and I would recommend him to anyone needing a termite expert. read more

Big thanks to Tony and his crew at Viking Termite. They are a professional and efficient team. Tony followed up with me every step of the way and insured that I was prepared for important dates. Our house had not been inspected for termites since we moved in 4 years ago, and had some termites kill a tree in our back yard, so we were concerned we might have termites in the house somewhere. Tony came by and provided a free inspection of the outside of the house, the garage, and the attic. Based on how recently the house had been tented, Tony was pretty confident we did not have any termites, but he still did a very thorough job inspecting the house. He did a great job of explaining why he thought we were at low risk of having termites, walked me through his process, praised the previous company that tented our house, and recommended that we shop around if we still had any concerns. I can't recommend Viking Termite enough. read more

This review is for Tony!!! I called Viking Termite because my real estate agent friend recommended them. I unfortunately did not use them, and went with someone else that my general inspector recommended. Boy was I sorry. This guy wanted to charge $3,000 to repair some termite damage. This was concerning because the seller had a termite person come and quote the damage at $500. SO I call Viking Termite to potentially get a third quote. I spoke with Tony, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He looked at the 2 reports and gave me his opinion and even drove to my new home and told me the $3,000 quote was crazy. This is my first home and for Tony to go out of his way to do all of this with 0 compensation, goes to show what a professional he is. Who clearly loves what he does and is not trying to screw you. I am going to use Tony with any termite damage in the future and I highly recommend his services. Thank you Tony!! read more

I had a serious ant problem and my attempt to get rid of it failed. I called Tony and he came out same day to spray the outside of my house. After a couple days I still saw some in the bathroom and he came out within an hour to do the inside. Problem is completely gone now and I really appreciate how quick and easy it was. read more

Tony's the best! Took great care in doing a thorough job, and was always available for questions. Fair price. Would definitely use Viking Termite again for my termite or pest control needs. He even sent pictures of the job, which was reassuring it was done right! read more

Tony is one of the best! He's down to earth and straight to the point! He really does care about your property and he provides you recommendation on what you can do to minimize infestation moving forward after tenting. Very pleased with the service and will recommend to others for any termite needs. read more

Viking fume is an honest place for your fumigation needs. My home was fumigated 5 years ago and I have been completely satisfied. I was given a 2 year warranty on the service. The owner of the business Tony really knows the ins and outs about the fumigation. Whether it's fumigation or termites you can be sure that Viking Fume will be a service recommended for you. Also available on the spot treatments. The crew is fast and hard working, tents go up and come down when told. read more

I agree that Tony is a nice guy, and refunded me a little bit of money, but it doesn't make up for the aggravation of having plants destroyed and having holes dug in my yard. I understand that the guys are in a hurry (they started tenting the house while I was obviously still inside). I understand that there needs to be a flat surface for the tarp to have a good seal. It would be nice if Tony had explained to me that they would scrape clean a 12" swath along the edge of my house footprint. If there were plants in that zone, too bad - they're gone now. Also, where there were areas that couldn't be flat, the guys dug a hole (yes, even in my decomposed granite patio) to get dirt to pile onto the tarp in those uneven areas. For cripes sake - why don't they bring their own sandbags instead of digging up my yard????!!! And where there was an option of digging up a plant or digging 1' to the right, oh no - dig up the plant. Also, the guys stomped on and crushed the plants in the planter when they used the planter as a step stool. The crew supervisor went inside my house (after it was tented) to ensure the cabinets and drawers were all opened, and to open a window for ventilation. After I got back inside my house when the process was completed, I saw that the toilet lid and seat were up. Is that a requirement for tenting, or did he use the toilet? If you use Viking, you'll get a competitive price, but be aware that they plan to dig holes in your yard (or tell them to bring their own sandbags so they don't dig holes), and ask Tony to clarify which plants will be destroyed in the clearing for the 12" swath. Make sure to detach all of your hoses from the hose bibs, or they'll do it and fling your sprinkler timers out of their way. read more

I highly recomend Viking Fume, Tony and his crew were very friendly, courteous and professional as they completed an outstanding fumigation to our home. I called Tony when i noticed termites at the back door area of my home. I could not fumigate at that time, so Tony treated that area for me, would not take a payment and said call me when your ready to tent. I called Tony back to fumigate some time later and he even honored his original quote. Every structure will get termites at some point and time, save yourself some time shopping around for a fumigation company and call Tony at Viking Fume...Thanks for all the extra effort Tony. read more

No hassles, great value, and excellent service. I needed to have a vacant rental house in Costa Mesa tented. I was looking for a wholesaler, to avoid paying the middleman and their advertising, but stumbled upon Viking which does do their own work but is capable of providing customer service. An estimation appointment was scheduled the day after my call, and Tony was on time. He looked around while I was dealing with some other contractors and came back with an excellent bid. So good that I cancelled a couple of other estimate appointments for the following week. On fumigation day the crew was on time, organized, and efficient. I drove by later to check things out, and I've never seen a neater, tighter tent than these guys set up. I'm happy to recommend Viking. I will use them again. read more

Viking Fume did a great job for us. Tony was very informative, personable yet professional. They do not subcontract out the work to other shops like some other companies which is a great plus. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Thank you Tony. read more

Owner's nice, and the price is great. The problem is the people who work for him. They broke 160+ tiles. Sure, I've been told that some tiles would be broken but, at the same time, was promised that they'd would do everything to keep the damage to a minimum. The repair cost more than $5,000. I got what I paid for. I would never use them again. read more

My neighbor recently used Viking Termite to tent her house. She was extremely happy with them and especially with Tony, who helped with the process from beginning to end, and the cost was competitive. I wanted an inspection since my son witnessed a huge swarm of termites flying out from under my house. Tony came and did an inspection, at no charge. He showed me several pictures he took, and explained I had no damage whatsoever. There was one small area around an outdoor vent were there could have been some activity, and he advised me to go get some termite eliminator and then showed me how to apply it. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. read more

Great customer service. Great work. Great price. Shout out to tony for taking care of my home

Very helpful and easy to work with. Came out as soon as I requested an inspection. Pleasant to work with. I would request Tony again!

Tony came out first and gave me a very thorough size up on my termite situation. He and his crew were very professional and efficient. No damage after the tent came down, all I can say is positive, I have already recommended him to a friend who is going to use him as well. Great job Tony!!! read more

Tony was very helpful throughout fumigation process, extremely reliable and prices very competitive.Highly recommend Viking for your termite fumigation process read more

We just had our 2 story home in Huntington Beach treated by Viking Fume, tented and sprayed the attic with borate to protect unpainted wood (not necessary but I wanted it anyway). Tony was great, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. If you are planning on treating your house for termites/bugs, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not calling this company. They are like our Milgard windows, "Clearly the Best!" And since they are the company quoting the work and doing the work (one of the few that do), you will also get the best price with no extra overhead cost, no unnecessary up selling, and a 2 year warranty. The crew that did the work was very thorough and efficient. Javier explained what they were doing and put us at ease knowing we were leaving our home in his and the other crew members' hands. Aside from some footprints, clean up was completed as well or better than any other contractor who has worked on our house during the past 15 years. I did drive by a couple times while the tent was on and it looked very sound, not like a bunch of patchwork I have seen on others. We also needed some wood repaired/replaced that was very reasonably priced. Oscar like Tony was very professional and did a thorough job, explained what was needed, and primed and painted any new/patched wood and he showed me a cluster of dead termites stuck in one of the fascia boards we replaced... exciting to see dead termites! Lastly, I would be remiss not to mention Michelle in the front office, who is just awesome, if you like always having your phone calls answered, knowing the status of your job, calling you if needed, and she is very professional and pleasant on the phone. I know it is a pain having to research this and move out of your house for a couple days, but these guys made it as easy on us as possible. I hope this review helps and good luck with...out your termites! read more

Tony with Viking Fume was outstanding from initial inspection to tenting to wood repair. Punctual, upfront, courteous, and professional; what more can you ask for when making the decision to fumigate. Although having your house tented is a huge inconvenience, I felt comfortable with Tony from the start. Viking Fumes is an actual fumigation company and performs all the work. They don't subcontract the fumigation out like most other pest control companies do. In fact, if you ask most pest control companies if they perform their own fumigation services, you will quickly discover that they don't! Chances are, if you decide to have your house fumigated by another pest control company, there is a high likelihood you may cross paths with Tony anyway, since he provides the fumigation services for several other pest control companies. This is something that should definitely be taken into consideration, especially when many homeowners are taken by surprise when they find out the most important part in termite extermination is sub-contracted out! It was for me. None the less, Tony and his team were great throughout the entire process! read more

I honestly was dreading tenting my house but Tony explained the process & was very flexible with the schedule. Very professional & friendly crew. Thank you Tony for a great customer experience. read more
