Nuts & Berries Salad + salmon, Jalapeno Explosion Burgerjalapeno
Jana J.

My fiancé and I came here for a date night and had a great time! The place was empty on a Friday night which was a surprise as I tried to make a reservation online and it showed everything was booked. I called ahead to make this and they took my name/time but this was not needed when we walked in and the bartender told us it was open seating. There are too many levels/areas in the spot to count! I was confused walking around as we went up to the rooftop and passed so many seating areas! We sat on the rooftop and this was absolutely perfect. Not too noisy at all, and such a fun vibe! My fiancé doesn't love going out but he even complimented this spot and the table we got on the rooftop! My salad was amazing!! I love the flavor of the dressing, and it has a great amount of nuts and berries as the name suggests. The dates were my favorite part--such a nice touch! The salmon was cooked well, but not flavor/nothing exceptional. My fiancé loved the jalapeño burger when it finally came out--it seemed our server rang this in right, but a runner tied to bring us wings first, then the server mentioned his 'wrap' coming out, but the burger made it! Overall our server was nice just maybe had a lot going on. I would highly recommend this spot--I've been to a different location before and loved it. This is one of my first go-tos when in town!!

Carnitas nachos

Stopped by for some pregame nachos and drinks. Really delicious the nachos! We ordered them with carnitas as recommended by our waiter and really loved them. I never want to have nachos without pickled onions on them thanks to ViewHouse. The house margarita wasn't anything special. Your basic margarita which got the job done. Plenty of beer variety offered. Service was decent. It was self-seating and wasn't awfully busy given it was a Friday before a Rockies game. Relaxed ambience and family friendly.

Came to pre game the Rockies game. The memories I have at the view house from years ago are plentiful. We love the vibes at the place and the staff is super kind and fun. Will be back to play more mega jenga!

This is a sports bar with a good rooftop view of the baseball stadium. My friend got beer, and the server informed me that they didn't have cider, so I asked what sweet drinks they had. She offered two cocktail options, and I chose the Strawberry Fields. It was a tasty drink with strawberry, lemonade, and vodka. I was astounded that this drink at a sports bar was $15 though, plus tip. We weren't given a drink menu, so I had no idea what the price would be, but it was literally just a spiked strawberry lemonade in a plastic cup. The food menu looked like typical bar food, so we opted to go to another restaurant for dinner.

We stopped in here for our first stop in Denver after the field tour. The service was good. The place was kinda run down looking, I imagine it is because it gets crazy packed and just normal wear/tear from large crowds. We stopped in around 2pm on a Saturday and it was pretty slow. I thought it was pretty cool that they had all types of outside games. We got the cheese sticks, which were really good. The multi level was really cool. Pretty cool place.

After leaving a concert down the street, walking to our car we saw they were playing the fights that night and decided to stop by. It was late and the main event was about to be on but they were still seating and serving people as normal. We got a booth right away with a TV and ordered the buffalo wings. The food came out quickly, our server was great keeping our waters full. We really enjoyed watching the fights. But the wings were not great, the sauce had an odd flavor and texture. Wouldn't order the wings again but would come to watch the fights again. Do keep in mind this location is like a night club, so lots of noise and music blasting.

Grabbed an unexpected bite at The Viewhouse on the 4th because the lines to get into the Rockies game were much longer than expected. We sat in the bar and the service was tremendous. We started with the pigs in a blanket (ostensibly for our 4 year olds dinner). They were great and he's still talking about them. I had the but chicken wrap and it was good, but a bite of my husband's jalapeño burger left me feeling a bit jealous.

Trendy bar type spot right across from Coors Field. Patio has tons of games while you snack, drink & enjoy your company. Vibe is chill & relaxing, definitely a spot to check out with some friends. Service was good. Attentive, quick and accurate. Food - I had the mahi tacos as my main it was good but not sure I would get it again. We had the chicken nachos for the table and it was huge, definitely more than enough to share.

I always appreciate how many rooftop bars Denver has and the locations always make it perfect, this one having the best view of Coors Field! For my drink, I ordered the Strawberry Fields, which was pink lemonade vodka, lemon, strawberries, Sierra Mist, and mint. I loved the fresh strawberry flavor and the drink was very refreshing for being lunch time. For food, I ordered the BLT Chicken Wrap, because I desperately needed something healthy, and it was actually very good! I swapped the French fries with sweet potato fries which was the best idea! The wrap itself tasted great, a tad dry, but I didn't get the sauce, so my fault! Highly recommend this spot, especially if you're going to catch a ball game!

ViewHouse Ballpark is one of the best sports bars I've ever been to. I went with a group of six other friends and had an absolute blast! They do get mobbed during games, so be sure to arrive early if you're in a larger group to secure a table. Located next to Coors Field in Ballpark District, ViewHouse is a multi-level sports bar with giant TVs, great food and drinks, and an exciting atmosphere. If you go up a few levels you get a view overlooking the city on their rooftop. But even on the first level this sports bar borders beautiful Coors Field, and has an indoor/outdoor area where there's cornhole being played, various areas for sitting and standing, plenty of spots to order drinks, and a multitude of enormous TVs. Our server was INCREDIBLE. I'm talking the best I've ever had. Not only was he incredibly attentive, but he gave us food and drink recommendations for the entire four hours we were plopped into a booth. He came back to check on us every ten or fifteen minutes. Everything we ordered was great! My table got pizza, burgers, nachos, chicken wings, and more. We pigged out! As far as drinks go, we were recommended various beer and hard seltzers. I cannot stress how impressive ViewHouse is. The location cannot be beat- it's a great starting point for barhopping Downtown Denver after a game. I really don't understand the poor reviews. ViewHouse is a sports bar, yet some seem to think they'd be receiving Michelin-star leveled food. I thought the food and drinks were very very good. Not the best I've had, but still had plenty of flavor (or punch)! It's called "gameday" food for a reason and I truly enjoyed everything I had! If there's a Nuggets, Broncos, Rockies, or Avs game, ViewHouse is the spot! If you're looking for an experience with a group, ViewHouse will give you that and more! Especially as an out-of-towner I'd never been to a giant multi-leveled sports bar with such incredible views. 5/5 stars!

This was the most painful dining/drinking experiences I've ever had. Manager was quick to make a bad service issue worse. PAINFUL.

Do they do ladies night? I can't seem to find info on it

Hi Maly! We do Ladies nights every Thursday from 9-10pm!

- Is there a cover on Friday nights at 730pm? - Is the covered rooftop deck warm enough in October?…

Depends on what event is going on whether they have a cover or not. And October....we all know Colorado weather is unpredictable. But the covered area is warm enough. The music does get loud but closer to late night!

We didn't take advantage of the patio vibes or rooftop deck with a fire pit, but this is still on our list! While waiting for a table, we cozied up to the bar and ordered drinks. One of the bartenders noticed I ordered the hibiscus margarita and asked me, offhandedly, if I was a fan of spice. Yes, please. With that, he cancelled my order and made me something "not on the menu" but what I called the "Patrick special." So good. Thanks, sir! We ordered burgers and shared their buffalo cauliflower starter. This, my friend, was absolutely amazing. Loved the buffalo spice paired with the bleu cheese. Easy way to enjoy some veggies. And along the same theme, I ordered the Buff and Bleu burger. This was so good, so flavorful and so messy. Don't judge me, but I resorted to using my fork, lol! It was so well balanced. Will have again. Parking here means street parking, but there were plenty of open spots on a Saturday night. The walk was nice. We can't wait to return, maybe on a game day, or maybe to enjoy Sunday brunch on the rooftop. Maybe a sunset for another date night. With this level of yumminess, the possibilities are endless.
