I came to this brewery with friends for our regular trivia night, which we attend every other Tuesday. As usual, we ordered the pretzel with cheese dip to share. There were four of us, and after the first bite, we all immediately noticed a stale, rotten taste. During a break in the game, I brought it back to the bar, apologized, and explained why I was returning it. The owner, Elliot, who was working behind the bar, seemed surprised and insisted the food was fine. He offered to replace it, and I agreed to try another pretzel. When the replacement arrived, all four of us tasted it and found it even worse than the first one. I returned to the bar and requested a refund, but Elliot refused, again insisting the food was fresh and good. A waitress, who later identified herself as the manager, said she would still charge us 50% for the dish. I objected because the food was clearly bad. At that point, she became extremely rude, started yelling at me, ordered me to leave, and threatened to call the police. When I said, "Fine, I'll take this pretzel to the health department," she immediately grabbed the plate from my hands. She appeared furious, and I genuinely felt intimidated. She continued shouting throughout the interaction. I would also like to note that I did not consume any alcohol that evening. We ordered two glasses of cola, which cost $11 and were watery and disappointing. This was not my first issue with this business. Three months earlier, I ordered four margaritas for our table and was charged twice. I contacted Elliot, who promised to resolve the problem, but he never followed through. In my opinion, this establishment treats customers with disrespect and charges premium prices for poor-quality food and drinks. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant in Denver. My experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not be returning. This place is a rotten mess! read more

This is an embarrassment to the brand and to the bar and restaurant industry as a whole. Service is very underwhelming. I hesitate to call it service. More like inattentive employees on payroll. Food is absolutely horrendous. Bland meats. Over sauced or coated with dry rub (wings) to make up for the lack of quality ingredients. Beers are hit or miss with many of the core beers regularly being unavailable. Going before a concert is just asking to get to the show late. Service is slammed and the kitchen and bar are understaffed and unable to get you served in a reasonable time. I live across the street from this place and was so excited it was here having been to number of them in the UK. My excitement has now been replaced with hope something more deserving of that spot moves in soon. read more

I'd like to preface this review with how excited I was to try BrewDog. The location is super close to our office and the atmosphere is amazing. Laid back and fun environment with lots of great music. Right when we walked in, we were so excited to find such a great location, decent parking in this neighborhood (which is incredible) and what looked to be a strong menu. Sadly, the positives end there- our group came for happy hour after work. We liked the variety of drinks and food on the menu. Alas, the service was aloof at best and there appeared to only be a few people actually working in the establishment. Visits from our server were few and far between and she seemed annoyed when the ordering system was not working properly. They have the scan to order/pay option on the end of the table but it didn't seem to be working during our visit. Given some of the previous reviews, we just ordered a few items to try and did not really enjoy any of the food. Some of the beers and ciders were pretty good but the food was barely tolerable. My friend ordered a burger and we ordered truffle fries for the table to share- the burger was bland, over sauced, and under cooked. The truffle fries were a bit soggy, under seasoned and very over-priced. I paid for 1 cider, the truffle fries, and my friend's tea and paid nearly $40 between the fees and the forced tip for service we barely received. The audacity to charge that high of price for such low quality food and poor service while demanding tip is outrageous. It isn't common for me to give so low a rating but I am hoping to be able to spare others the pain of our first and last visit to this establishment. My husband is a vegetarian so he got the mushroom quesadilla and was disappointed in the size of it. Luckily he also ordered some chips and salsa. My daughter got the kids chicken tenders and they were fine. Overall it felt like the prices were too high. We spent $80 (with tip) for 3 people. Over 20 different beers on tap and prolly one of the best places for wings. While the wing sauce options are limited (Honey Adobo, Buffalo, BBQ and Korean BBQ) said wings are crispy delish, albeit mild. My son and I ordered a small of the Honey Adobo (my favorite) and Korean BBQ. I did expect the latter to have a little zing, but it didn't. Still good in that the flats and drums both were not skinny by any means. With the buttermilk soak, it definitely makes them very tasty. First time diners should note that their menu is condensed on concert event days, so if you have your heart set on tacos, do not expect them. We hung out at Brewdog in the afternoon of a concert (just a short 5 minute walk from Mission Ballroom) and were disappointed upon discovering this. Nonetheless, the service from the kitchen was quick and the food delicious. The bar staff were very attentive despite the crowd and that one employee was going thru first day job training. Another bonus is the patio. Brewdog has not one, but two patios available (front and rear of business) so perfect to enjoy a tall cold brewski on a warm summer day. Pet friendly too! We arrived at 7 pm on a Tuesday night, wondering if we made a mistake not making a resv. Well, no need to fret. There were 4 people in the restaurant 6 including us. We ordered the giant pretzel and I will grant that it was tasty. I ordered 2 birria tacos, smaller than street tacos for $6 each. They were far from remarkable and my partner ordered wings and a burger. The wings were good, but not worth the trip. The burger was tasteless. The internet said they were ooen until 10, but the lady on duty started stacking the chairs by 8 pm. Though we were expecting to have a leisurely evening of conversation, which also was cut short. This is a great brewery restaurant in an industrial neighborhood. The space is fantastic. One side is mostly large high top tables and booths and the other is more lounge style with low 4 tops and smaller expandable tables along a wall-long booth seat. They have shuffleboard tables in the back near the restrooms. This would be a great venue for both small and large groups. The cobb salad is great. They have wings, but they don't actually have normal buffalo sauce, only sweet & spicy, bbq, etc. It would be nice to have the traditional option. Brewdog is typically where I go before catching shows at the Mission Ballroom as it is about a 5 minute walking distance. They have a decent selection of beers ranging from $6.50 to $12+ and have a large selection of IPAs if that's your thing. They also have some ciders but no cocktails which is unfortunate. I've never had food here but heard that it is pretty decent and standard bar food (burgers, wings). Also Cory who took care of us was amazing! I'm in RiNo all the time but had no idea BrewDog existed until I got invited to an event here! It's a pretty big brewery with lots of seating. Feels weird to say this as the highlight, but I really enjoyed the food - mac n cheese balls, burgers, cauliflower. Better than average bar bites for sure. The beer was alright. They have tons of different options, including NA. I'm an IPA girlie but wasn't impressed. Their Elvis Juice tasted kinda watery. Their Punk IPA was 7.5% ABV but didn't seem hoppy at all. So, we found this when we were at Dolton cheeseburger across the way. We only had beers out 1st time going and decided to go back on a Wednesday for their wing Wednesday. We did not know we had to RSVP for wing Wednesday so we didn't get the deal. I decided to get the wings anyways and my boyfriend got a chicken burger. He did not like it. The wings were okay. It was breaded and lots of it I got buffalo since there were o my like 3 flavor my daughter got it naked. We got a side of ranch that is extra and it was a small serving. The service was okay. There's a QR code on the table to order and pay we did have a waiter who took our order and checked on about once and when we wanted the check he told us about the QR code. I cannot wait to come back here this summer with my puppies! I attended a Yelp elite event here on Monday night. The place was beautifully decorated for Halloween, packed with people and really cool costumes and so many pet friendly little nook. It's got a huge parking lot right next-door, which I loved. Tons of different beers from all over, my favorite was the Palisader - fruity and delicious! This place is huge, much bigger than you think when you get inside. I tried to capture a few photos from the corners to give you a good idea. It seems to just go on and on. I really liked how many different seating options they had to offer, it felt like being in different places throughout the evening. It also has a giant patio and I can see it being the perfect doggy hang out this summer! Cold beer, snacks, big bowls of water for the dogs and the Colorado outdoors - the makings of a perfect day. Everyone working there was really friendly and genuine, they all seem to take a real interest in what we liked when we were ordering. They had shuffleboard and arcade games and lots to do once you got inside, but what I like the most was all the details reminding you to bring your pooch on your visits here. Brand new Brew Dog location (opened a couple of months ago). Definitely a good spot for a new brewery, seeing that they're in the very brewery heavy RINO area; but they are as far out as you can get. We arrived around 7:30 on a Sunday night and there was a few groups of people watching the soccer game; we took a seat at the bar (only a few other people sitting at the bar). Our bartender was fantastic and his service was amazing! We ordered a flight of beer to try some different ones. Each different style was good. They also offer food but we had just eaten. The design is very similar to the Las Vegas location with a lot of seating inside at the bar and at tables, there is also an outdoor area with seating as well. Alright ya'll. I finally got the All You Can Eat wings at Brewdog and man was it good! You will need to make a reservation for Wing Wednesday so do that first. The 90-minute timer starts after ordering the first plate of wings. Service was EXCELLENT, from host to table, and Cameron made it feel like a warm hug of welcome. I started with a birria taco which was OK. The wings are finger-licking good, had just the right amount of crispy crunch, served hot, and were some of the best flavors I've ever tried. I got the Korean Bbq sauce, adobo, and buffalo and made me feel like Remi from Ratatouille. There are games and a photo booth. Indoor seating, high tops, and patio tables outside. I liked the small waiting lounge area at the entrance, poster signs, and portraits along the walls. Off-street parking only can be tricky but a space will free up eventually. read more

We ate here twice. The first time, we had a couple tacos that were amazing and a good burger (the Patriot). So happy with that meal, we actually went back the next night and got the same meal just adding one more taco. The serving size of the tacos were larger (yea), but they were dry and we had to fix it ourselves (boo). The burger was overdone (ordered medium) on the first night (but still tasted good), so, I asked if they could back off the heat just a bit, but still "medium". When I got home, it was barely cooked, no taste and red rare. Maybe Thursdays are the day to go and not Friday (it was quiet with no other meals ordered). Just shy of $50 each night and one was amazing. Luckily, we were able to salvage the food on the 2nd night. It was okay. We went for the all you can eat wings. Firstly, in order to go on the all you can eat Wednesday, you have to make reservations ahead and if you have to cancel, they'll charge your card. I guess it's because of all the prep ahead of time because it sure could not be for lack of seating. This place was huge and not busy at all. We all got the endless wings. They were $15 per person, and as soon as I saw them I knew it would be overpriced. The wings are breaded! It's probably an equal ratio of batter to meat. Which means you're filling up very quickly. The portions are 10 wings and we could only finish about 5. We wished they would do away with the breading and start off with only 5 wings so we could try different flavors. Also, they charge extra for ranch dressing! Very odd. The drinks were not good. We ordered lemonade and they tasted bad. Weak and like they were made with that bottled lemon juice you get from the grocery store. The sprite was out of syrup, and instead of replacing the syrup and getting us a fresh sprite, the server asked if we wanted a Dr. Pepper instead. Service was very slow. I've never waited that long for some wings--especially for a night where hardly anyone was there. I would not go again, and I don't recommend their all you can eat wings. We ordered 2 flights of beers which took another 15 minutes to get and then we were trying to flag someone down to put a food order in. I ordered the Cluck Norris chicken sandwich and my hubby had the fish and chips. My chicken was a bit over fried. Very chewy on the edges. Fries are good! My husband's fish was hot on the ends but the center of the fish was COLD. Not appetizing at all. I loved the ambience at Brewdog. They have a huge array of seating that could accommodate the big groups or small. I also loved all of their decor and signage, so fun to read through while I was sipping on my beer. We also loved that they had TVs all around to watch some football while we were here. We've been trying to hit this spot for awhile, but there is no parking (and since there's ALWAYS a show at Mission, there's REALLY no parking), so we had never had any luck until last week. Well, I wish we had kept having bad luck. The service was not great - our server checked on all their other tables 5 times before remembering us. And that was after our many attempts to get their attention. The only good food we had was the pretzel, and it was excellent. Everything else was mediocre to downright bad.
