This is my favorite Vietnamese place and I've been coming here for years. The garlic beef cubes used to be my favorite but I stopped eating meat, so Now get the the pepper garlic tofu cubes and it is flavorful and amazing! Great vegetarian options including egg rolls. This place is awesome. I'm from Michigan and I came to Colorado to visit some friends and we decided to try this place close by. I got the chicken curry. My sister and friend got the sesame chicken. It was all so fresh and yummy. The curry chicken has a lot of coconut milk and curry so if that's what you like give it a try you won't regret it!! There are no Pho combos...Its 1 meat only. What if I want rare steak and meatball? Tough bananas kid, 1 meat only. The broth was ok, meatballs were really good and the noodles were good. Regular was only 6 bucks I think...so fair but was a little small bowl...next time I will get the large. Spring rolls were pretty good but $5 seemed a little high compared to other places ($3-$4) but only talking a buck or so. Love the Tour of Vietnam plate, we share it and there is plenty of food even for three. All the veggies are super fresh and you can taste the difference. We come here 1 or 2 times per month and the service has been always excellent. Their lunch menu is just 8.50 and everything we tried so far was good. I had driven passed many times and finally decided to have dinner here last night. The interior is very nice and comfortable. The service was pleasant. My only real complaint is that this was the first vietnamese restaurant that I could not substitute chicken or beef broth for vegetable broth in pho. There was not a vegetarian or pescatarian friendly pho that wasn't made with chicken or beef broth. Since I went there in hopes of eating pho, I was pretty bummed. Instead, I ordered the grilled shrimp bowl. Our food arrived quickly and I was pleased with my choice. We also ordered the tofu spring rolls and the peanut sauce was absolutely delicious. read more
