I found this nail shop on the way to attend an event. I didn't have an appointment and always in a hurry. Vie Nails got me all the way together. I needed a pedicure and told the tech I wanted no extra services , just a clean pedicure. I didn't have time for massage or the other services but she did a simple scrub with real oranges. She was very good and detailed and I left happy. Check in was easy on the iPad and the salon is up to date and decorated nicely. They offer complimentary beverages too. Excellent service.
This nail salon is smaller than I'm used to to but the are amazingly talented. I took my niece to get her nails done. We showed our nail tech our inspo pics and he did an amazing job. They were super accommodating. They made sure we were happy with the end result. We even received a gift with our service. We went on the right weekend. Parking was easy. We did not experience a long wait.
I love this place! I have been going here since moving to Spring in 2018. I used to go to sandy but she left and I tried a few others everyone has done a good job. However, my go to now is DT for both acrylics and pedicures. He is super attentive and detail oriented.
Came Thanksgiving day with my niece and friend and they sat us down right away and offered us drinks! Also had a holiday promotion going on team is super nice and place is clean!
Four of my nails have broken and it hasn't even been three weeks with the nails on. I had to glue one about a week and a half in and the backs are coming up and the sides as well are separating from my actual nailed. I feel like I paid way too much money for the nails not to even last three weeks. Also, I'm not overly rough with my nails. Usually my nails last at least four weeks and have to be soaked off without breaking from other salons.
I tried something new the last time and decided to get my nails powdered to make them stronger and hard since my natural nails aren't. I was told they would not chip or crack and would last at least 2-3 weeks. In a week's time I had multiple nails chip and crack. I was going to drive back to get them fixed but it's at least an hour and half round trip for me and not worth it. I am disappointed to say the least.
Overall, my nails turned out great and my nail tech was quick and knowledgeable. I did a gel manicure. Tech and overall quality I'd rate a 4, but the reason I'm doing 3 average for across the board is because when I called, I was told it was 35 and was charged 40 at the end. I still tipped extra because she did a good job. No drinks was offered and overall ambiance was a bit loud. A lot of native speakers which I understood everything, but even for someone who doesn't speak the language - it can seem unprofessional. Overall, still good but was just in the area for a short time.
This was my first time at this salon, and I'm very unsatisfied and disappointed. It has only been a week and a half, and my acrylic nails already feel loose and ready to pop off one has even completely come off already. For the price I was charged, I expected much better quality. On top of that, I was quoted one price when I first came in, but at checkout they added extra charges without explaining what they were for. That felt misleading and unprofessional. Overall, I don't feel like I received what I paid for. The only good thing I have to say honestly is my nail tech was nice just wish I received what I paid for I've gone to other salons and paid less for better quality and longer lasting nails.
$80...$45 Solar Nails $5 Length $5 Shape $25 Design Don't waste your time! My daughter said the guy told her $58 but he claims he told her $80. At the end they refunded for $45 - they also made my daughter wait to take off the color and redo them for a solid color. NEVER in my life have we paid that much for basic nails. I only rated 2 stars because they gave the refund. This was our 1st time here and we will definitely not be back.
First let me say the nails are not bad. Not sure what the guys name is because he didn't speak a word to me the whole time except when I asked him about a nail being too thin then he seemed like he had an attitude. Now what I came here to say. I looked on their website and it stated the price of a fill in is $27. When the time came to pay the total was $44. When I pointed out that the website said $27 first I was told that I got shellac. I told them o didn't get shellac but regular polish. I was told that they charge $12 for Just regular polish!! When getting your nails done isn't regular polish included? Don't think that you will be paying the price that is on the website. They will find a way to up charge, even if you just get the basics. Don't think I'll be going bac
Candy did Amazing on my nailz !!!!!!!! The shape is perfect ! But the older lady doing my toes gave me a hard time about every service i asked for. And she didnt even give me slippers or anything, candy went to get them when she realized i was stuck with nothing. If it wasnt for candy doing amazing on my nails i would never come back.

This is my 2nd or 3rd time here and they've been great every time. I don't have a set person I usually go to but I haven't been disappointed. Lucy did my nails today and I believe Don did my pedicure. Don helped me pick out a color and I loved it. He did a great job on my deluxe pedicure. Lucy also chose a great base color for my nails and took her time to make sure that they were to my liking. Everyone is always so nice. This was just what I needed after a stressful week. Will definitely be coming back! read more
Came here after MONTHS of holding back due to Covid and was quickly reminded of how much I missed getting my nails done. My regular was closed so after taking to Yelp I decided on Vie Nails and was not disappointed. The Check-in process was easy and they enforce sanitation rules right away. Vicky absolutely blew me away by how thorough she was with my pedicure. The foot massage was very relaxing and perhaps my favorite thing about this place besides the mimosas! Also, I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman that did my manicure did a wonderful job at giving me what I asked for as well. He suggested dip powder for the look I was going for and he was right. Nails are looking good again! I'm very happy with my nails and services provided :-) read more

After reading all of the reviews on here I was excited to check this place out. Especially with the location being right down the street from my house. Needless to say, I didn't receive the same experience and my nails came out horrible! The nail tech was so rough with my nails that I had to pull my hand away a few times and asked her to be gentle. My nails came out really sloppy as if my little sister were doing it. The product is on my cuticles and i asked her twice to go over the cuticles again with the drill machine. Still a sloppy mess and a waste of $52 read more

Sadly they have no clue what they're doing, even if you show them a picture and explain. They will say yes they know how to and they understand but they don't. The only thing they care about is trying to get as much money out of you as possible. I'm not sure if they're intentionally trying to scam customers or if they just honestly don't understand English well. Regardless it's horrible here, was a complete waste of time. I've tried giving them several chances but each time it's been horrible. Some of the nail techs and the owner have attitude if you don't want to spend a lot of money. read more

I moved to this area a few months ago & was driving over 30 min to my old salon but I decided to try something close & I am so glad I did! Trish did my nails & she knew exactly what I was looking for. I usually have long nails but decided to just have my natural nails dipped. She did a great job & actually listened when I explained what I wanted. I think i found my new salon & tech read more

What a horrible experience at this potentially good place. We came in for pedicures yesterday for a quinceañera we are in town for on Saturday. Unfortunately, my daughters polish must've been old or defective because it literally melted off her feet after taking a shower. She was so excited to show off her pedicure in her first pair of open toe baby heels, only for it to be ruined. I told her we'd go & fix it tomorrow. When we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman who asked how he could help us. Turns out he couldn't, as soon as I started explaining that we were just in yesterday & that her polish melted off in the shower, he proceed to accuse my 10 year old of having messed them up intentionally or for being negligent stating "I don't know what she did to her toes, we don't guarantee regular polish". He was so rude and unprofessional about it too. I hadn't even gotten to where I ask how much to repaint them, mind you they already charged me yesterday $30 for a kids pedicure & $60 each for two adult "spa pedicures". Money wasn't the issue, I wanted to voice my frustration & see what they could to do rectify, but before I even got to that point he started accusing my daughter of ruining them herself. When I asked him how many times has a person left with completely dry perfect nails & returned after a day with "melted" off polish? He said none, which proved my point that it's not "normal". I've been getting pedicures for a long time, and I do not like the wear & tear from gel polish on toes, especially my daughters, so I am aware sometimes we leave in a rush & chip or smudge our polish, I've done the walk of shame back to the chair for a retouch, and even came back the day after. I don't know if it's a San Francisco thing, but my ladies laugh at me & repaint them with little to no hesitation. Thankfully I have learned to be patient & avoid this problem, and have taught my daughter to be patient & kind to her pedicure too, but this IS NOT A NORMAL OOPS I MESSED UP MY PEDICURE. What horrible experience I had with this supposed "manager" who antagonized my mother in law & me, made fun of my mother in laws broken English, and kicked us out after having been "forced" to fix for free when the lady who helped us yesterday confirmed that we in deed were just in & it wasn't "NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES". I would've paid the $12 he tried to charge me & wrote this review either way. I hope the owner realizes his potential & this "manager" get a course in customer service. Unfortunately, he's lost a potential new customer & other potential guest that are arriving this weekend for the quinceañera. read more

I've been getting my manicures & pedicures from Vie Nails since they have opened the salon. They always welcome with a kind greeting and offer a complimentary beverage. There are so many different color option, dip powder options & full set options as well as color options to match for pedicures. Personally, I like to experiment with nail colors & finishes and they embrace my creative spirit! I always leave feeling refreshed with beautiful hands and feet. I've had broken a nail with shellac polish on top. They saved my nails countless times! You won't be disappointed here! read more

I usually hate going to nail salons because they NEVER come out good. But I decided to do this one because they had good reviews. They sat me down in DT's chair and it was the BEST nails I've ever gotten done in a salon! I can trust DT with my life lol If his work is as good as the first nails he's done on me. He will have a returning customer. Love this place so far! read more

I got my nails done yesterday at Vie. I've been here before but another lady usually does them and she's great. This lady, not so much so it's probably my fault for not going to my usual lady (I haven't been in a while and forgot her name) but regardless all techs should be decent at their job. I'll attach a picture of my nails but I probably won't be back unless my usual girl is there read more

3rd visit and my experience remains consistent-very good to great! Hard gel/Poligel nails are not very popular here in America yet but Tiffany (and Tina beforehand) both can create beautiful designs, effects and shapes. Yes, it did cost a good bit more for the work I wanted (lots of bling and glitters) but the effect and results speak for themselves! I've already booked my next appointment and am grateful for the chance to relax under their soothing hands, and pretty spa decor! Tammy did a superb job on my pedicure to match today too! read more
