I visited for a gel manicure on Monday after work. They seated me right away and did a great job, even consulting on my accent nail color when the gold sparkles I picked didn't look that great. I appreciate that the painting was very tidy and all the way up to my cuticle, which is the thing I care most about. Will return and recommend. read more

I decided after 20 years to get a basic manicure with gel polish. A week and half later the polish started to come off so I had the rest removed. After the polish was remove, I realized the nail tech messed up my nails when she was filing them with her electrical tool. I was so shocked. My nails were fine and the one time I decided to go, they mess up nails. I did find out the nail tech was new and in training after she finished my nails. They need to make sure the staff is trained properly before dealing with clients. read more

OMG! Guys 2 months ago I went to this spa and salon and I had impeccable service from Jessica! Also two months ago I had impeccable service with Nancy! I never would have thought in two months I would change my mind about this place. Today at 10 o'clock I had an appointment when I called I should have known things have changed and then it took me three phone calls at 9:30 AM to get someone to answer the phone. When I got There was only one lady getting a pedicure. Then I began to get a pedicure and powder dip. During my service the other ladies that work in the spa started talking and laughing so loudly I got a headache. My nail tech (Sony) asked them to be a little quiet and they did for about 5 minutes, but then continued laughing and talking loudly again. The music was playing and the being so unprofessional was too much. I could not even relax. Jessica, Kevin, and Nancy are gone, so this place has gone down in just 2 months. I'm never coming to this place again! There are too many nail spas to choose from to stay at a place that is unprofessional. read more

Don't waste your time! Expensive for nothing....paid for $100 for my wife's and my pedicure she still had dead skin on there. We were offered refreshments so that made it more pleasant i guess. I will not come back here again which is a bomber because i moved from cypress to spring and is desperate to find a nail salon close to home. Back to searching i go. This thought me to NEVER believe the reviews on Yelp, Cus y'all be lying lying. -_- read more

Reading reviews and looking at photos, this place looks amazing! But my experience wasn't quite amazing. Although the staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating to my late arrival, the work was subpar. I got a simple shellac polish manicure and each finger is visibly bumpy. The application wasn't smooth and was painted too far from the cuticle. So within a week, it looks like I'll soon need to redo them. She also didn't apply polish fully on the nail and missed the edges. There's a border around my nails where you can see the matte polish that didn't get the top coat. It's all so bothersome to me because I'm so detailed and notice these things. I wouldn't go again, but if I had to, I'd pick a different person to do my nails. Inflation is crazy and prices are rising. So when you spend $100+ on a mani & pedi you want to walk out happy and satisfied. Like it was worth every penny. I walked out disappointed! read more

Currently getting a classic pedicure and i am enjoying it greatly with my complimentary mimosa! Came in on a Sunday when they open at 11am on the dot. There was about 5 people walking to the door behind me! The staff was speedy to get us all started and have great customer service. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for my next pedicure! read more

My assigned nail technician was Nikki and she was fantastic! Nikki spoke good english, she was welcoming and took pride in her work. I went back a second time and this time, booked Nikki for both a manicure and pedicure. The place was clean, the price was reasonable, and the check-in and check-out was painless which was nice. No hollering across the salon in Vietnamese who will answer the phone and wait on the next customer which topped off my experience. Overall, quiet, relaxing and consistent service. read more

I don't normally do this but my nails are soooo bad. I went in for a full set about 2 weeks ago and let's just say 2 weeks is all it took for ALL my nails to lift and pop off. They are extremely nice and the place is nice but for the price i paid for my nails they should have lasted way longer than 2 weeks and should not be lifting the way they do. I paid 2x the price i normally would for a full set, they charged me for the coffin shape but didn't shape the nail at all just used a stiletto nail and cut the pointy tip off. Then i was charged an extra fee because of the length of my nails. Great place but horrible application and very over priced. I gave 2 stars because the pedicure was okay but the service was great. read more

If your expectation is to relax and be pampered in a professional, relaxing setting, Vie Nails & Spa is the place for you! While I didn't have an appointment, a girlfriend and I decided to "walk-in" on a Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were served. There were several clients being served but we were ushered to our spa chairs no more than 10 minutes after arrival. We chose the Spring Relaxation pedicure (not sure of the exact name but the charge was $46) and enjoyed it very much. Jessica was detailed and skilled. I will definitely be back!! read more

Totally satisfied with this nail salon. Yumi took her time, is quite meticulous, but I'm super happy that they used pre-packaged disposable equipment (file, buffer, etc). read more

Bad experience with them. They don't stand behind their work and products. (The extra star is for the building and atmosphere.) Will not be returning. If you decide to try them out, Don't use their dip products Dip should last 2-3 weeks. Not 3-5 days. read more

I honestly don't know why this place isn't more highly rated. I'm super picky with who I choose to go to and due to Covid I was spending over a month visiting my bf and staying with a friend of ours. My friend and I went and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted warmly and welcomed in! They offered us drinks. My friend had Tina and I had Amy (I think) but they were both very meticulous and detailed in how they did our nails. I requested matte and Amy (I hope that's her name) did an amazing job! My nails came out so clean and polished and beautiful! She took her time even though they were closing. I felt super pampered and they were all so nice and lovely! I also found out that Tina does nail art! So if you're looking for beautifully clean done manicures and pedicures go here! Deserves 10 stars honestly. Definitely going back when I'm in the Houston area! read more

I was there on Friday with an appointment for refill and French manicure and a pedicure. I spoke to the technician several times letting him know that I was not satisfied with the way he did my French manicure. I told him several times I wanted it pink. Instead it was completely see through and showed a dark circle under my nail. I talked to the manager owner and was told that I would get a call to come back the next day to fix it but never heard from anyone. It's been almost a week. This was my second time there. The pedicure was fantastic. read more

It all truly depends on who you get to do your nails if you want acrylics, but basic manicures & pedicures, everyone does extremely well.

Unfortunately, I thought I was enjoying my experience whenever I was getting my pedicure she was extremely thorough. But I was at the salon for a total of 3 in a half hours while being the first to show up with no fellow customers. I'm very displeased with my experience :( read more

Rarely do I stop to write a review, but this experience was so bad that I'm still in the parking lot! This older tech was so rude and dismissive, I had to ask her to stop doing my nails in the middle of my service! She wouldn't listen to me as I tried to explain how I wanted my nails, and although another tech tried to fix it the best she could, they still charged me close to full price knowing that I will have to get my nails done over in about a week because of their mistake. I will NEVER return to this nail salon!!! read more

Usually love this place, but my friend and I went to go get pedicures and manicures and our nail tech named Kingsley had the biggest attitude towards us both. First practically yelling at my friend to wait two minutes before using her hands when all she was doing was sitting there. And not making my nails shorter after I told him multiple times I need them Short. He seemed to make fun of me for wanting short nails. He seemed rushed and not interested in our business . We will not be coming back. read more
