Very overpriced, they do a good job, but not good enough for it to be worth your money. My friend paid $70 for clear polish on feet and hands... I paid $125 for yellow polish on hands and French tip. read more

This is the first time I went there. I got a pedicure, manicure, and a full face wax. The pedicure was immaculate, the one who gave it to me deserves a raise. The manicure was awesome as well, the guy who did it is very skilled. But the waxing I paid $50 for and the lighting in the wax room made me think all the hair was waxed off. But when I got home and looked into my mirror, I saw that she missed so many hairs on my face. She could've done better and sat there and made sure that every piece of hair was gone off my face. Everything was good, the $50 pedicure was worth it. The $60 manicure was worth it. But the $50 waxing was not worth it at all. If you go get a wax there, make sure to pull out your flash light to see if any hairs were missed. read more

Overpriced galore! I asked for one service, think that's what I got but they charged me for a different one $30 more. Cost was $200 for a mani/pedi and then daughter to have refills with no special treatments. Seriously?!! Best part, I left thinking the color they put on me was incorrect and after getting home and really looking at it, I knew it was. I went back to get a color change to what I wanted, and yes, it was wrong, they refused. So $200 for polish on nails and toes incorrect?! Don't waste your money! And I never do reviews so take this for every work given. Save yourself. read more

I was surprised by how busy they were and they still got my daughter and me taken care of quickly. The nails were beautiful and very well done. This is now my new place to go! read more

I love Vie nails. I've come here a total of 5-6 times now and they never disappoint. Their pedicures are fire & they actually take their time and thoroughly give you a proper pedi. I usually get a full set of acrylics for my manicure, I do simple nails nothing crazy and they came through every time. The shape is always sharp and perfect & they actually listen when you speak up if you don't like something. I'll always come back. read more

First terrible experience here. Tech did not follow hygienic standards. She did not do a clean job. She literally cut me. & when I tell the lead guy, he proceeded to make me feel as though I'm in the wrong. He said she's been here for a long time & that he'd tell her. Which means nothing to me. How is that good customer service? read more

Vie Nails & Spa - Pedicure! - Nail Salons Near Me - Spring, Texas

I visited the salon twice. I was the only customer in the house both times. The business model is such that you choose services and technicians are assigned to you. I went for a color and cut. One person only does color. A second person only does the cut. It's pretty impersonal overall. I didn't feel welcomed as a customer, in fact I kinda felt like I was an imposition. While the color in my hair was processing, the colorist did something to my eyebrows that I didn't ask for, and I was charged $12 for it. That in itself was galling. But the color came out nicely, so that's a good thing. The cut was not good. Not good at all. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience, but since it was my first time, I thought I'd give them a second try. Same experience the second time. The haircut person had left so they just gave me a new one. The colorist didn't even speak to me. Very cold and impersonal. They also have a policy whereby they keep your credit card on file and if you don't give at least 48 hours notice of a need to change the appointment, they'll charge you anyway. That is not a customer friendly policy in my opinoin. I didn't make an appointment for a third time. read more

Very clean salon. Friendly staff. Quality of service is good, not great, but for the most part my nails were fairly well done. One problem for sure is their charges. I got a dip refill on my nails and asked them to also clean up my cuticles, which would be about $5 more. I don't really understand how cutting my cuticles costs $5 but a lot of places charge that. I'm ok with that. I didn't think much about it when the nail tech put lotion on my hands and arms. When I got ready to pay I found out they charged me $17 extra for a manicure. Apparently, putting lotion on my arms counts as a manicure, warranting almost $20 more. The next time I went they tried that again and I said no. Then, they tried to charge me $5 for taking off the dip. How is that not part of getting dip/powder nails done?!!! Right before I paid, someone else was arguing about her extra charges. I have decided not to go back, because of the so so quality of the nail service and the constant extra charges they try to slip past their customers. read more

I'm very skeptical about trying new nail places but was totally blown away by this place, service was awesome. Kent was the one who did my nails exactly how I wanted them and Jessica was the one who did my friends and we left completely satisfied w our nail. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Nail tech did a great job in the beginning , good customer service. This was my first time. But , my nails started to lift within a week or two. I never had lifting problems at the nail place I usually go to. My usual nail techs that I go to I can have my nails on one month and they won't lift. I won't be back here. read more

i just want to preface by saying i never make reviews unless they are positive but i'm pretty upset. the last time i came to this nail salon (the orange nails pictured) i had kingsley as my nail tech and had a great experience! he was super attentive and through with his work and made sure i was happy every step of the way. i planned on making this place my new regular spot and made an appointment requesting him. however when i arrived today he was with another client and i don't like to be difficult so when they had another tech over i didn't think anything of it. i asked for almond french tips and showed a picture, but once he was done shaping he began to place thick non shaped white polish on my nail and asked if this was okay, i requested that they are more shaped at the ends like the picture i showed and he became very unenthusiastic and told me it would be $5 instead of $10 because he had to paint each individual nail with the design, which i found confusing considering that is how french nails are done to begin with (at least in my experience) but told him that was fine. he then called two other employees over and seemed to almost be complaining while doing my nails which made me feel uncomfortable. then just kept repeating how it would cost more and had them show me the new cost of my nails, which i said was fine again. it was only after i left the salon that i noticed how uneven some nails are and how i have a dent in my pinky nail. maybe some of it could be attributed to me being in a pedicure chair instead of a regular one but combined with his attitude it just feels like he did a sloppy job. im especially upset because i have an event this saturday and was really counting on these nails and now i am left disappointed. pictured is my first set of nails with kingsely, the picture showing what i wanted, and what i got. i most likely will not come back here. edit for owner's response: it was not a refill nor did i care abt the price difference, and considering i was there earlier this morning i find it funny that they don't know what tech i had/assumed i had a refill service. read more

Everyone is great and very friendly. My daughter and I loved our nails. She got a full set with design and I got a shellac manicure. Our pedicures were amazing as well and the customer service is excellent! My only complaint is that they charged both my daughter and I an extra $5 each for shape and they charged $30 just for her design, so it is a bit pricy. read more

My friend and I have received very outstanding services from Vie nail. Horrible customer service. Terrible treatment. I am not from Houston and was staying here for holidays and was looking for a place to get my nails done. When I was all these good reviews ( I have no idea how they have so many good reviews, they must have bought these reviews) so I decided to go to this place. Not only I was stared at as if I am from Mars, then when I was seated I was asked by an older guy who wanted to get my nails done how I wanted the shape to be. I said a bit shorter and the same shape please to which he replied, it would cost more money if he filed um nails shorter and shape it again? Lol I have never been to a nail salon who charges extra for shaping or filing your nails. Mind you I wanted the shape I already had. And then when I asked why they said that's how it is. So I said just do what is the easiest for you cause I was so embarrassed that they were so rude and unaccommodating. Then when they were done, I saw that they didn't file under my nails where I still had stains, I politely asked if they could file under my nails to which I was told that I should wash my nails instead. All in all. I will NEVER go here again neither will I recommend to anyone who expects customer service. These people are a rip off. I paid 80 dollars for a fill and pedicure and didn't even get the shape I had before. Instead they cut my nails square so it's easy for them. Ridiculous! Rude! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. $39 for a "Deluxe" pedicure that only took 20 minutes max. I had acrylic on my big toe, and the lady who did my pedicure literally said "I have to hurt you" to me! Like what?! I nicely told her if she didn't know how to file down acrylic that she didn't have to, but she completely ignored what I said and continued drilling into my toe and began to speak in her language to a co-worker. You don't have to be a genius to know she was ranting about me. She was in such a rush, she left my toes super sloppy, and half ass done. When checking out, the guy told me it was $39, but when I checked my bank account.. it's was over $40. I get it if you have to tax, but at least tell me the REAL cost of this mess! I complained to him and all he did was laugh as if my bad experience was a joke. Overall, the staff is rude and they do not have any customer service knowledge. and the cost is absurd. Please don't give yourself a bad day by going here! read more

Today was my 4th visit to this salon and the service continues to be consistently 5 stars. My shout out was today as I needed to get in and out faster than normal and they worked it where it was accommodating without any other customers having to wait. Ken and Jessica were not only professional, their details to my desires on what was needed were taken care of. Ken gave me the best pedicure, I will say...and my nails look fabulous. read more

Disappointed, but unlike others who have had a bad experience AND spent their money I consider myself lucky to have not wasted a dime... only my time. I came in as a walk in with no appointment and was told the wait was 20-25 minutes. Only five people working. After waiting 45 minutes I decided to leave and make an appointment for the following day. The following day I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and proceeded to have to wait another 30-40 minutes before deciding to cut my losses and leave. read more

If i could give 0 stars i absolutely would! I asked for a pink and French tip. Everything was fine until i out my nails to dry and they came out to this ugly set. The nail tech's excuse was they changed color from pink to purple because the powder was glow in dark. It's very unprofessional for them to not label their powders correctly. They tried to argue and make it seem like it was my fault but, it was such an horrible experience. I've been sitting there for more than an hour and then they want to try to redo when I've been there for more than an hour it's unacceptable. Secondly, my daughter got a pedicure there and i specifically asked for a female nail tech for her pedicure they gave her male nail tech. Then to find out she felt so uncomfortable because he was laughing at her legs and making fun of her legs to other nail techs right in front of her damn face. That's so rude you come to relax but have the damn risk of getting made fun of your appearance right in your face. I paid $103 for this crappy service and will not come back nor recommend to anyone. BEWARE! I developed Folliculitis on my legs as a result from a pedicure I received at this salon. After numerous doctor visits and lots of antibiotics, my legs are finally beginning to heal. Nails came out bumpy. Didn't have the right color, started with powder wasn't coming out the right color brought it up to the tech went to speak to someone at the front desk came back ask me to pick a different color. Ended up with shellac didn't take off the powder color left it on and just coated it with the shellac color I had togo with. Not a good 1st experience. read more

I use to recommend this place. I think they are too close to Nails of America because they are doing the same behavior when it comes to lying, manipulating their menu and price gouging all the while laughing as you confront each instance and call them out on how they manipulate and lie. When did it become okay and normal to be shady, manipulative and outright dishonest? Very disappointed in the mail industry as a whole. read more
