Lots of new gear too posted on their IG when they get it. Talked to a couple people there too who were pretty friendly and helpful in answering our questions. Everyone working here was always offering to help answer any questions which is nice. Very approachable. They also list the prices at which they buy too which is nice. I'm really disappointed with my experience at GameTower. I was sold two different Xbox consoles…read morethat were both defective, and instead of helping me, the staff claimed I "came back three times to cause problems." I came back because the consoles they sold me didn't work -- simple as that. I traded in a pristine Series S and paid extra for a Series X, only to receive a unit with a damaged USB port. They were able to exchange it for another but that one had a loose hdmi port. When I returned, Bobby did try to help, by tightening the HDMI port and giving me $15 in store credit but it doesn't fix the fact that I paid for a console that wasn't in proper condition. What makes this even worse is that I've been a loyal customer for years, even appearing in videos on their page. I've supported the store, recommended it, and spent plenty of money there. So being treated like I'm causing problems instead of being helped properly is extremely disappointing. I appreciate Bobby's effort, but I still don't feel satisfied as a customer. I expected honesty, respect, and real solutions -- not attitude and band‑aids. I won't be returning, and I hope others double‑check their purchases before leaving the store.

We had to loop around since they don't have a designated parking lot and all the street parking was basically full. Managed to find a spot about a block away and not bad of a walk at all. We were mainly here for the Baldur's Gate 3 blind bags for the beautiful oversized d20's but checked out all the other cool stuff they have here! I believe the owner is Mandie and she was super sweet and had great energy when my bf and I dropped by! We managed to pull a Rare (Mizora) and a Rare (Halsin) which was really cool from just buying two packs. They have other cool merch like pokemon, final fantasy, dnd, and even some anime stuff. Highly recommend checking this shop out and supporting local businesses! Great place to buy a gift for anyone. Prices are a bit more than retail but nothing too crazy. And right then and there, I knew I had to get my PS3 repaired from these guys, and it was for a pretty niche repair. It was to fix the wifi/bt module, which ultimately got replaced, with, in my opinion, a quick turnaround of two weeks. It's only been a day, but the PS3 is fully functional again, and I was informed of a warranty which truly reflects the confidence and quality behind their work :o). Thank you again !!

I came in looking for a PS2 for my boyfriend's birthday and, honestly, I know almost nothing about video games. I was a little intimidated, but these guys were great. They knew their stuff, explained everything, and actually cared about helping me find the right thing instead of just making a sale. I had my 8-month-old with me, and they were super welcoming. I walked out with the perfect gift, and my boyfriend was absolutely ecstatic. You can tell these guys grew up loving games and never lost that excitement. The people at work there were very knowledgeable about games and had great customer service. I initially only came in to get my Gamecube fixed (it was turning on but not reading the disc). I decided to check out the game selection while I was there and they had quite a few game titles to select from! I ended up buying a new game too. For the quality of the service and the time it took to repair my console, I highly recommend this place. The repair was reasonably priced as well.
