Outstanding team, exceptional service, and an incredible result!…read more We worked with Audio Impact on a major whole-house audio, networking, and technology installation during our home renovation, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They installed an Atlas Atmosphere system throughout the house, and the result is absolutely phenomenal. The sound quality is incredible, the system is beautifully integrated, and they really took the time to fine-tune everything and make the whole house sing. On top of that, we now have fast, reliable internet throughout the entire property, with seamless connectivity everywhere. Everything just works, exactly as it should. No cables anywhere to be seen. A huge thank-you to Ryan L., Kyra M., Josh L., David O, Tom Q., Nick G., and Julia in scheduling. Every single person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things right. With a renovation of this scale, there are inevitably moving parts, unexpected challenges, and plenty of coordination involved. Audio Impact was consistently on top of things. They communicated clearly, followed through on commitments, paid attention to the details, and made what could have been a very complicated installation feel remarkably seamless. It's rare to find a company that combines this level of technical expertise with such outstanding customer service. They didn't just install equipment; they delivered a thoughtfully integrated system that genuinely improves how we experience our home every day. We have a smart home that's easy to use by everyone including our guests. We couldn't be happier with the result. Five stars, without hesitation!
