First and foremost they sent over 2 inexperienced college aged movers in a truck that was extreme…read moreold..but turns out the 2 kids doing the move were great, worked hard and got the job done...unfortunately they put a 10 inch scratch in an originally priced $2500 LED TV...among other small damages..we chalked those up to just the inexperience..a deep scratch on the screen is not repairable and the tv needs to be replaced...we filed the necessary claim form with their insurance company (they offered a small discount but it was hardly the cost of repair/replace of tv)...after filing claim we did not hear from anyone for 2 weeks. When i contacted the same individual that helped with the initial claim...he advised the claim was denied because what they submitted and what we submitted wasn't the same...seems hard to believe the manager would submit a an error filled claim without coming to see the damage or speak to us or show us a copy of the filed they claimed. We are not aware of what they claimed..did they include the fact the driver had to make a stop for gas...didn't travel the fastest route because they were told to stay off the highway. That being said, we know the cost of tv drop dramatically. We did not ask for full reimbursement...just the cost of current similar tv...which is more than fair for the damages. They don't fully disclose what's required and please ask for a copy of not only the insurance from the company but also of the vehicle they are using. Finest Fellas completely ruined my cross country move, from the moment I sent the first deposit to…read morethe moment I finally received (most) of my belongings weeks late. I was completely bait and switched both in price and in service. They don't advertise the second and third party transfer of your items, the storage in a warehouse, the $3000 added charge "post weighing", etc. They didn't answer one ounce of communication--calls, emails, BBB claims--nothing. My belongings were held hostage upon delivery (two weeks late) unless I paid an additional $3000. Some items are missing, some were damaged. I have received not one response from this scamming, shitty company.

These people are crooks. We hired them for a move. Went over everything and they still almost…read moredoubled the price after they picked up everything. Several boxes were even missing when they finally delivered. They said they dropped them off and the guys remembered putting the box in the garage. It was a lie. They stole the boxes. These guys are horrible. Read all the reviews. Why anybody will used them now is beyond me. The good reviews must be employees acting like customers. These people need to be closed down!
