    Stay away from Sharons Heating and Cooling - they won't fix their mistakes. I paid for a new air…read moreconditioner and a few months later they sent out an unqualified tech to inspect the unit as part of a maintenance agreement and damaged it, leaving the frame dented and scratched. Spencer (Sharon's tech) told me he would get all of the parts to fix it and it is still not fixed. It has been since May 2025. Their slogan is "Here when you need us." That is far from the truth. They left my brand new unit in worse condition than when they found it. Spencer and the tech he brought that day were not qualified. They had a wire that was hooked up wrong on the cycling and was changed per the Bryant representative that came out. It was also listed in the report that Spencer was not certified by the manufacturer to work on Bryant units. I talked to the owner, Laura, many times about this matter and she blew me off and said she could not get the replacement parts. Laura lied and told me the replacement parts were not available. When I called another vendor about parts, the other vendor said that parts are available for the unit. Spencer offered my wife and I money back to settle on the damage. That is considered an admission of guilt. The owner, Laura, said that she didn't know that Spencer offered us money back, but he did. Sharon's has not given us any money back or given us the replacement parts that were promised to us. We had a unit that was working great, it was brand spanking new. It looked great and ran great until their unqualified techs took it apart. Now it's loud (no longer whisper quiet), and visibly dented and scratched. We spent a lot of time and money remodeling our outdoor living space in 2025 and now we have a loud unit that our guests comment on how loud it is when they spend time on our deck. Sharon's should have not taken apart a brand new unit that was working fine. I haven given Sharon's enough time to make this right. What a disappointment.

I immediately had problems with the furnace and central air conditioner not being properly wired to my thermostat. Also, less than 1 hour after they left upon installing the furnace, its 2 front panels fell off, opening the door at the furnace, and the 2 panels being in the hallway and resulting in my inability to access my bathroom and bedroom with my wheelchair. On November 18, 2024, a different contractor came to see what the problem was with my duct work as the airflow was low to certain areas of my home. This different contractor found and photographed the severely incompetent work done by Sharon's. These are the troubles found: 1) The new furnace sat back over 2 inches from the original furnace; 2) The plenum was 2 inches too short to connect to the main trunk line; 3) no effort was made to align the plenum to the trunkline; 4) Thus, my heat and airconditioning had been blowing below my home from 5/5/2024 until 11/20/2024; 5) Resulting in very high natural gas and electrical bills. First I paid for a new Furnace, AC unit, and tankless water heater. After the install I found out instead of installing the SER 16.2 I paid for they installed a 15.4 instead at my house. Both my father and I were told we had sign up for the service contract and that they would service our equipment for free. In the beginning it seemed like a great deal. I also had my water main break and that was all this initial call was for. I was able to fix the main break on my own and did not need the service. It took Whitney so long that they had already installed the AC and furnace but not fixed the water. When I told Matt I didn't need he stated he had all his profit wrapped in that portion and that I would need to pay another 4k... My father had an AC and Furnace. They did not give him the de-humidifier he paid for because the install tech had a dull drill bit and inadequate tools, it took him 4+ hours to drill through the wall. My father offered a better bit and drill, the employee refused. SO he did not get what he paid for either. Fast forward to the after the first winter and my fathers AC is not working. WHiteny comes out and tells him he has a leak, service plan expired (even though they never came out for wither of us) and he would need to pay them. He then called the office and spoke with the office manager who stated he would not have to pay. Later I call I have to my service completed that I paid for at install (more than $4350 after the additional extorted $4000. ) just to find out my service plan expired and I also will need to pay after they completed the service, not before. I call the manager explain the situation let them know I am not going to pay, they say that's totally understandable, the AC unit should not be leaking when barely a year old. THIS WHOLE TIME THEY BILL ME FOR EVERYTHING. My dads service, mine, just everything. I call ask them for the 10th time to straighten out our accounts, explained again the entire situation to Margot. She says she will fix it, and talk with the higher ups and get this resolved. Instead she then Billed my father for services from MY house and his house! This company is hot pile of crap and is the biggest mess I have ever seen. If they continue to harass us over their fraudulent charges and business practices, we will see them in court. You sold me a 16.2 and installed a 15.4 thinking you were slick. You lied about your service plan, and over charges customers because your employees had poor tolls and improper equipment (Install tech tried to drill through a 12" wall with a dull bit and dead right angle battery drill). My father and I expect an apology. Thank you.
