I had originally ordered it online, but noticed that is was shipping from the Phoenix store, so called to ask if they would hold the order for pick-up. They happily obliged. In short, I needed a MacBook Pro for music/film work and looked around town for a good place to start. A hard drive swap and few minutes later and I was out the door. More importantly, the laptop is in near-perfect condition with specs I couldn't find online or in person at the price Jack quoted.
