I was made to feel like a criminal just for making an inquiry on a product. Trying to reach an in store Manager via phone is a waste of energy and time . They have a grading system for appearance (A- great, B-couple scratches, etc). In my opinion, they are hard on themselves. I saw what they would grade a C and they looked great to me! I walked away with a fast MacBook Air and I'm in love! I invested in the 2 year warranty that covers everything- except loss or theft. Everyone was friendly and helpful. In short, I needed a MacBook Pro for music/film work and looked around town for a good place to start. Went to a few places with less than solid results- expensive and prices change every few minutes if you speak with the wrong people. Found AmpleBay and swung by. Jack had me set up within minutes. A hard drive swap and few minutes later and I was out the door. More importantly, the laptop is in near-perfect condition with specs I couldn't find online or in person at the price Jack quoted.
