Everyone was very personable and the prices were great. I travel a lot for work so I haven't gone back since November, but I did place two orders online recently, and the online experience was just as good. I received free shipping, and still got my orders in a timely manner. I will definitely shop there again soon. I don't write reviews often but if you need trendy clothes or accessories TopNotch Boutique has it, and they have great customer service to go along with it.

The only thing that I didn't like was the price. I'd say the prices were pricey on some items. I got a cowboy hat. We were going to the Houston rodeo. The cowboy hat was $35. Honestly I think that was a bit pricey and the earrings were $19. They weren't offering any sale on those items. I think both could have been a better value. They did have a good sale section. For example, a 2024 "Mr. And Mrs." Wine glasses were still like $10! If you gave me that for $1, I wouldn't even want it. There was a huge selection of men's, women's and children's clothing. Not so much home goods. There were some bedding, and curtains, but I did not see any kitchen gadgets or appliances. You have to have patience to go in here and dig through the racks!
