Super excited to see this place open in dallas. I spent a ton of money and really expanded my wardrobe!! Lots of sale items and specials, and the quality of the clothes are great. Wish they didn't charge for bags, and the service could be a bit better- staff could be more friendly and offer more help overall. Would recommend coming here!

It's not the Japan prices- but the clothing options is still really good. Plenty of staff moving around that are actively being helpful. I caught some pretty good sales. Love the two story setup with the men's clothing given its own full space. The book nook area has some good options that I haven't seen in other places.

Two-story store with so many options! first floor is women clothing, and second floor is men clothing. In each of the aisles, there are some sale items towards the ends, as well as some in between. I wish they had all sale items in one area though. The sale items are really affordable. I was able to get a business casual blouse that was $10 off, as well as some long sleeve tshirts with breathable fabric for $5 off each. There was a tank top with a built in bra that was only $10, but it had a large red stain on the bottom, or else I would have definitely bought it. The service is okay. While everyone was nice, the workers I encountered were lazy, both at the fitting rooms and in the cashier. They encourage you to use the self-check out stations, but they miscount the number of items and overcharge, and they also do not show the right prices for some of the items. They also charge 10 cents a bag. Overall, a great place for some casual and business casual clothing with some good deals. Service could be much better.

The line to get in on day 2.

UNIQLO is finally here in TX!!! I am a UNIQLO super fan- there's really no other brand that straddles the worlds of chic, timeless silhouettes with affordability. Before I dive into my personal experience at this location, I want to give you a glimpse into what makes UNIQLO so special. For real fashion bona fides, take note the current Creative Director Clare Waight Keller is fresh from her tenure at Givenchy. Her influence is starting to make its way into the collection and you can really count on some great silhouettes that you can effortlessly mix season after season. This is just one of the reasons I love UNIQLO. I've shopped at UNIQLO all over the world and have amassed pieces that are perfect and are long-lasting. The materials used by UNIQLO are excellent. On one hand you have great cottons and on the other, the. Have some impressive synthetics that are very breathable. I'm a huge fan of their HEATTECH AND Airism lines. I cannot function in 65 degree or below weather without a base HEATTECH layer. This has been a game changer, and I've stocked up on these essentials over the years. The Airism line is amazing too. These are impressive performance pieces that have been ageless and hold up extremely well. That being said- I take care of my UNIQLO items and I gentle wash everything then hang to dry. If you properly care for these items, you will no doubt get above and beyond the value of the them. Another great thing about UNIQLO are the capsule collections and collaborations. Currently there's a great UNIQLO x Marimekko collection that just launched. Last year I was in Tokyo and visited the UNIQLO flagship store in Ginza (9 stories tall!!!) and snagged some unbelievably cool tees from collabs with Basquiat and Warhol. There's always surprising and memorable collabs, so keep an eye out for what drops next. Okay, let's talk about this new Galleria Dallas location- IT'S FINALLY HERE, and I'm really happy to report I got terrific service! I arrived the second day they had been open and there was a very long line to get in. I'm totally fine with them limiting the amount of people in the store at a given time. This makes it so much easier to shop. I got to the store about 15 minutes before opening and waited nearly an hour to get it. It was totally worth it! The store was nicely merchandised with easy access to complete size runs. I was approached multiple times by associates offering assistance which was appreciated. In the fitting room they had a helpful overview of their in-store alterations process. This level of service at this price point is unbeatable! Last- one of the things that really propels UNIQLO to legendary status in the retail world is the innovation with their use of RFID chips in their price tags. These are chips that emit a radio frequency that allows shoppers to put their items in a bin and it will automatically total the purchase for you without having to scan each item. This ultimately is not only a breakthrough in ease of use at self checkout for the customer, but a realtime accuracy of inventory in stores!!! Whoa- so ground breaking! Also, you can save a few cents if you bring our own bag. If you use a UNIQLO shopping bag there is a tiny charge. Great opportunity to think about the environment and always carry a reusable bag. Overall- so thrilled the wait is over and the amazing service and product at UNIQLO. I've shopped their stores the world over in places like Sydney, Singapore, London and Tokyo, and two things remain the same- an overall excellent product and experience. Also, download their app for more discounts, notifications when new styles drop and of course access to online shopping. We're so fortunate to finally have UNIQLO in TX!!!

I have been shopping at this place since they opened a couple of years ago…read more I would shop there a couple of times a year but always had the same issue every time I'm not sure who they had purchasing the in coming clothes from the sellers but who ever it was they had some really bad taste in the buys. Even my sister has said the same thing every time. when we would leave the store "there is some really ugly stuff in that store". Which is out opinion BUT... Today was a whole different experience I found a lot of cute clothes this time around spent almost $200 and got a lot of items that I'm really happy with Thank god they fired the old purchasing employee I'm not sure if that's what happened but the store was full of cute items this and I will be going back soon to finish what I started. ( I still had 2 more rows to dig through. lol I ran out of time to shop today Also a couple of years ago I went through my closet and gathered up alit of cute designer clothes and a lot of shoes (almost 60 pairs of shoes ). Most of them were brand new never been worn I was alittle disappointed on the girl only picking a couple of shirts and 3 pairs of Nike tennis shoes from my pile. So I was detetemed not to bring all that back to my closet so I dropped all the remaining things off at goodwill down the street. They were VERY happy for the donation I was in disbelief she didn't buy anything else from my pile But oh well I at least got a tax write off from goodwill

Of course style is subjective & experience will vary, but here's my thoughts: - It's been quick & easy to sell, but they keep offering store credit only. There's no way to know this unless you call ahead or show up. - I found 2 pairs of shorts and 1 pair of jeans that I like. - Lots of old, dingy graphic tees and shoes (thrift store level). Not anything I would want to purchase over $5. - Small section of larger sizes (XL+). I go back every few weeks and often see the same thing - not much new. - I wish they had baskets or something to shop with. - Styles feel like they're for an older demographic. I probably won't return once I use my credit.

This experience confirmed exactly what countless online reviews already warn about: inconsistent…read morequality, poor customer service, and a frustrating return process. I placed a $250 order and received a pair of pink shorts from the limited Special K-Pop Demon Hunters one-time collaboration for my niece's birthday. The item arrived visibly stained, snagged, and pilled. It looked unmistakably like a worn return that had been carelessly repackaged and resold at full price. This was not a minor flaw. It was obvious damage. Because this was a one-time collaboration piece, it is now completely sold out and will likely never be restocked. That makes this situation significantly worse. The only "resolution" offered was for me to return the item for a refund -- meaning Zara's error cost my niece her birthday gift, and I am left scrambling to replace something that cannot be repurchased. I contacted customer service twice -- once via chat and once by phone. Both representatives repeated the same scripted response: return it. The phone representative was dismissive, audibly annoyed, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though expecting basic quality control was unreasonable. A global retailer should not be reselling damaged returned merchandise without proper inspection. And if this reflects broader fulfillment practices, that is deeply concerning. A quick search of Zara reviews shows that complaints about inconsistent quality and poor customer service are not new. Unfortunately, I can now confirm this firsthand. I hope this review reaches someone in leadership who is willing to address what appears to be a recurring operational failure. It is unfortunate, because Zara appears to have a strong selection of children's clothing and exciting collaborations with major brands and cultural franchises. However, partnerships of that scale deserve fulfillment standards that reflect the value of those names. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering again.

The associate verified his phone number. He never received a text receipt. I called the ZARA customer service 6 times! They were absolutely NO help. Each time they said that would follow up. They did send me a receipt with the cardigan, which I kept, but sent me a receipt from another customer with their master card number. How irresponsible! I asked the manager if I could just get a store credit ..her reply was No without a receipt. She told me I could get something for $13, nothing in that store was $13 at that time. I was in there today,Feb 10 to take care of this matter. I work retail and understand how important customer service is. I'll never shop at the Galleria ZARA!

Cutest frickin clothes EVAR. This places throws out any other boutique I've been to in a loooooong…read moretime. They're a bit pricey but totally worth it! I was on my way up to Plano yesterday for a happy hour at Ringo's and I hated what I was wearing. I needed a new shirt ASAP and I only had 10 minutes to find one. A girlfriend recommended Melanie Gayle and I went in with the real expectation that I just may not find something I like. I was wrong! Way wrong! The two girls working were entirely too sweet and super duper helpful. I told them of my dilemma, and they started pulling shirts left and right and throwing them into the cute changing room. I tried on about 8 different shirts - and I'm not even kidding - I wanted to buy all 8 of them. I've *never* found stuff like this in other boutiques! They carried dresses, pants, skirts, party tops and all kinds of other things. I think I spotted accessories somewhere, but I was in such a rush I didn't really take time to notice them. And the best part? I got 15% off if I spent less than $100, and 20% if I spent $100 plus. Now I'm no mathematician and I *know* that's just a marketing ploy to get you to spend more, but it just so happened that I couldn't decide between two shirts so I bought them both. So I got my 20%. I promptly changed into the new shirt while one of the girls rang me up - all I did was run up and sign the receipt and everything was already wrapped up nicely to go, including my old shirt. Thank goodness there's another location in Snider Plaza that I'll be visiting frequently, because I would so be going to Plano more often for Melanie Gayle.

The staff was a joy to work with and the checks I received for items sold was certainly worth it. NOT ANYMORE. I took a basket full of items recently and a separate bag of wooden hangers so I could hang them up before presenting them for review. As I walked through the door, I was first chastised for not having them on hangers (I should have walked out immediately), but instead pointed out that I had a bag with hangers and was going to put them on hangers for her to go through the clothes. I was by myself and it made it easier for me to carry in the basket, then the hangers. With a cursory glance at the first three items, she rejected the entire lot of designer labels. ReThreads is not the same- at all. It is unfortunate. It was once a great destination to sell and shop. I don't know if it changed ownership, but the former staff is what created returning customers.
