The store was bright, clean, the merchandising was appealing, and they had a great selection of lingerie and toys. I did not feel worried or awkward the way I did at another adult shop I recently visited. What a breath of fresh air. The store was very clean and had a great vibe. The Groove associate was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and knew the appropriate space to give the customer. That's key and an excellent sales quality. The merchandise was well presented and the lighting was good to showcase everything available. This was an all around pleasant shopping experience. The employee was friendly, there to help, but not hovering. She was great, I felt comfortable with her. The location is strategic and needed in the area. Groove is a non-intrusive adult store located within the community! I saw several customers enter the store after me, which was nice. I want this place to stay. Side Note: if you come in with a backpack, you'll be asked to check it at the counter. I found this refreshing because unfortunately, some people can be shady and you really don't want that kind of clientele shopping next to you. I did appreciate her asking to hold the backpack.

I called the store, and the associate said they didn't have the ability to issue a refund (???) so they'd have a manager call me back. Fine. A manager called me back a week later and said they would not only issue a $10 refund to the card I used, but also that they'd have a $20 gift card waiting for me the next time I came in as an apology for the inconvenience. This was a really nice gesture! However, when I went into the store and asked the associate about the gift card, she just stared at me slack-jawed and said she "wouldn't know anything about that." End of discussion. Didn't say she'd check the back office, didn't offer to call her manager, nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Going to these types of stores can already be uncomfortable, and Groove makes it worse. Go to Castle instead, where the associates genuinely care about ensuring you have a positive experience.

The interaction felt dismissive and quite rude. Given that this is a high-end boutique selling very expensive bras, I expected a higher level of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a potential customer and will not be returning. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I'd like to clarify that my concern was never about your appointment policy. If fittings require appointments, I completely respect that. What I did not appreciate was the manner in which I was spoken to when I walked in. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is why I left feeling disappointed. After leaving, we sat outside at La La Land for quite some time and did not see a 3:00 appointment arrive at or shortly thereafter. Regardless, whether a client was scheduled or not, professionalism and courtesy are what I value most in a retail experience -- especially in a high-end boutique setting. We all have challenging days, and I genuinely understand running a business solo. However, it's never okay for a customer to feel spoken down to or unwelcome. I stand by my experience and wish you well.

    BUYERS BEWARE: I…read morevisited Fascinations Store #14 and was assisted by the store Asst. Manager located at 8367 W McDowell Rd. Tolleson, Az. I purchased multiple items/some clearance. Prior to paying I noticed the signs posted at the registers. The signs stated: " FASCINATIONS NO RETURNS An EXCHANGE or IN-STORE CREDIT will only be issued within 15 days of original purchase on Apparel Items, Lingerie, Dancewear, & Shoes if items) show no damage or wear. A copy of the receipt must be present & all items must be in original packaging with tags attached where applicable." I paid for my items & departed the store. Once home I recognized 2 of the items I purchased on clearance did not fit (tried both items on over my personal clothing due to being a Germaphobe) tags still attached. I returned to the store well before the 15 days as stated on the signs. Upon entering I showed my purchase & requesting an exchange per the sign. I walked to the clearance section looking for a size up/no availability. I opted for 2 other clearance pieces at the size I needed & brought them to the register. I knew whatever I purchased was not returnable per their logistics. I spoke with a Manager & was told they do not offer exchanges on Clearance Priced items even if tags were still attached and the items were unused. (Mind you - I was still willing to pay $30 more than my initial price of the original pieces for the exchanged pieces). I pointed out their sign verbiage and no where in the store does it say Clearance items are Final Sale but was told to look at my receipt. On the receipt AFTER PURCHASE it states no returns or exchanges on clearance items. I requested to call someone who could potentially help and was given a number to call their Corporate: Marsoner. I called and it is just an answering service where you leave a name & contact info so I opted to leave a voicemail with my name and contact number. About a week or more later, I received a call: Erick who stated he was a Fascinations Rep and handles all their customer service complaints and inquiries and would be able to assist me. I was told I would get a credit for the items & told an order can be created for me by visiting their online sites: TooTimid, DreamGirlOfficial, FunLove etc.. While on the phone Erick asked me to visit the sites and share with him about the specific pieces I wanted to order. He stated if he ordered them, they would be shipped and delivered to me. So I gave him the ordering info. He said he would have the order placed the next morning (and for me to confirm with him by texting the number he called me from). I sent him a text as instructed (which I currently still have in my phone), but No order ever arrived. I called again - no answer. I decided to call Marsoner again and left another VM & still no response. It's been a month now and Today, 10/16/25 - I called Marsoner again: left a VM and still no response. I decided to leave a review on the BBB website as well as Yelp. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
