My next piece of furniture will be an armoire for my cardigans, lol! I walked in & was in cardigan heaven of some beautiful pieces, then I was greeted by the lovely associate Marcy who was rearranging some clothes. She offered her help in me finding any pieces that I was in search of as I told her I was looking for some nice cardigans for my visit to my Aunts & Uncles in Boston this November. Well once I mentioned Boston we hit it off as she reminisced on her younger years & her visits to Boston, Marcy helped me along the way finding some amazing cardigans that will last for many years to come! J. Crew had a special going on with everything in store at least 40% off; so being that some items can be a bit pricey that does help save a few coins in your wallet for the next store you visit, lol! After deciding that I was going to stop at three cardigans & my husband picked out his selection of jeans, Marcy couldn't help but tell me to take a look at the final sale items in the back of the store! Thankfully I found some nice short sleeve pastel t-shirts for 60% off which you can't beat! Everything that I purchased I just love & can't wait to wear... don't know which cardigan I want to wear first, love them all so much! What makes this store great isn't just the gorgeous, high quality clothes that they sell but the people that are there to help you! They're not there to hunt you down but they're there whenever you're ready for their assistance & they're so nice without being pushy to make a purchase you may regret later! There's so many stores out there that can use more associates like Marcy because it's also those associates that can help to make or break that sale!

I spotted a cute necklace displayed up on a shelf (see photo) that was the last one in the store and Emma got a ladder and got it down so I could buy it. Thank you!!

I leave my house instantly to go buy the remaining 3 Volcano candles.. The employee sees that I'm holding them and says the candles aren't included in the sale. I ask her where it says that there are exclusions to the sale on the signs posted throughout the entire store. She replies that corporate didn't send those signs with exclusions. I explain that my friend had just bought 6 candles and received the 60% off discount. Later I found out that my friend had asked if the volcano candles were included in the sale and the employee said yes they were. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she was one of the managers and her boss was unavailable. The employee said her name was Jessie. Francesca's should have made things right and honored the 60% off the entire boutique as their signage advertised instead of being selective on what is on sale and what isn't, it almost seemed like Jessie wanted the remaining candles for herself instead of selling them to a paying customer.

Ashley is favorite part/ she's always so helpful & picks stuff out that fit my body & what I'm shopping for. I genuinely enjoy seeing her everytime i go!! My favorite part about this store- they don't carry multiple quantities of the same thing so you really are getting unique pieces you probably won't see on someone else. They have the BEST dresses. At boutique pricing but staples- I have multiple dresses I've accumulated over the years i still reach for & still in perfect condition!!

What used to be a cute, organized, and friendly place to shop has become unkept and never has the selection that it used to. The service aspect has changed so much under this new manager, it seems they do not understand what it means to run a business. The last few times I have been in here, there has only been one employee working! Today I finally asked what is going on because she was running around trying to help five different customers at once! Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. It is really sad to see a great boutique turned into a mess because of one manager who is incredibly selfish and careless. Really unfortunate, and I will never shop here in the future ever again.

The shoes were in perfect condition, with the tags and receipt, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. When he attempted to return them, the employee acted as though they no longer accepted shoe returns. My husband has an accent and is not originally from this country, and the way he was treated made us very uncomfortable and concerned that he was being treated differently because of that. I called the store afterward to clarify the return policy and was assured that there was no policy preventing them from accepting a return on shoes. Then traveled out of the country. Before leaving, a manager had assured us that they would take care of the situation when we returned. Unfortunately, by the time we came back, we were outside the return window for receiving the money back on the original payment method. The new manager we dealt with was not understanding or considerate of the situation. In fact, she told us that even the store manager might not be able to do anything, but that manager would not be back for another five days. After everything that had happened, we were left wondering what the purpose of waiting another five days would be. We ultimately accepted store credit just to resolve the situation and move on. Then, as we were leaving, we could see the three employees together through the window, laughing shortly after our interaction. Whether they were laughing about us or not, that is certainly how it appeared, and it was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. This entire situation could have been handled so easily with basic communication, understanding, and customer service. Instead, it became a frustrating experience from beginning to end. Nordstrom has a reputation for taking care of its customers. Unfortunately, this particular experience was the complete opposite. I sincerely hope management reviews what happened, because every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity--regardless of their accent, background, or how they communicate.

I found a great one that retailed at $168 that was on sale for $35. What a deal! This is what I like about true outlet stores. They can have real bargains. However, one can often find the same deals at the regular store if you shop the sales. Well, the coat was the wrong size. That is why I found myself looking for a local Phoenix Express outlet store. I headed over to my least favorite local mall, I still occasionally frequent, ARIZONA MILLS. The employees were friendly and quickly exchanged the coat for the right size. I did a little more shopping while there and could not not find any items priced right and also the right size. Express targets the 20 to 30 year old customer. I generally shop there for going-out clothes and some daily-wear casual items. I find them generally in the middle of the design trends for stylish club wear. I like their men's dress shirts. I find them on the quality level of the Gap. I find their quality slightly overpriced for their retail prices. Therefore, I generally only buy Express clothing items on sale or at their outlets like the one at AZ Mills.
