I got a pair of cargo pants and the sensor wouldnt come off. The male cashier kept trying and trying and the sensor wouldnt come off. It was a struggle and then it finally it came off. He shoved everything in a bag all messy. So I decided to double check my items when I got outside. Oh look...... a nice hole was starting where the sensor got stuck and wouldnt come off. 1 wash and the hole would get bigger. Went back in the store and I looked at the placement of the sensor on all the pants of the one I got. All the sensors are placed not on the seam. Theyre going to become a hole....bad worker that censored them. That ruined all of those pants you know. I used to work in retail and you just don't place sensors on clothing items in random spots. I was super impressed with their selection and wondered why I hadn't been in sooner! They had great options from basics to more in style pieces, at a fraction of many of the other box stores. I also love they have multiple cuts and styles in the same patterns, making it easy to find something for everyone. Their jeans have been quite impressive and extremely comfortable and flattering for. They also have a great athletic line, though I don't have many of their pieces. Lastly, their kids line is also great and always hits the mark when I'm looking for a gifts or items for the kids in my life. Overall, I feel like I make out really well and don't feel too upset if something gets ruined or only lasts a few seasons, though I have found most things have held up well. Staff is always friendly and returns are a breeze when necessary!

They do have an amazing selection of clothing from shirts, jackets, jeans, hats, etc. Upon entering, we were both greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. Levi's is always quality, and help make the best jean battle vests if you are looking to make a punk, metal, etc. battle vest. It will last for years to come! This time, I was picking up an online order. When I arrived after work during the week, it wasn't too busy. There are always really good sales and deals here, plus this store has a sale/clearance rack. I was helped immediately by someone and was in and out in less then 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this American Eagle store, and will definitely be back.

I wasn't interested in a purse so I went for a wrap, I love wraps...I have to own a variety of wraps! I chose a wool/silk blend wrap, brown with the signature that they're known for! The wrap is a nice light weight with a nice sheen to it where you can see the signature in the fabric... love it! For coming into this store 30 minutes before closing we still received great service, thankfully because that can definitely make or break a sale! Then the next day I was completely blown away because I opened up my email & found that one of the Coach store associates, Ciselly wrote me to thank me for our visit to their store! I've never received such an email ever from Coach & I used to shop @ the main Coach @ The Falls in Miami not the outlet! To me that speaks volumes on this particular store as a whole & how we were treated from the moment we entered until we checked out, then to get an email from Ciselly.... this location will definitely see us again!!

Once, I walked in with my husband and they must have thought "here comes the checking account along with the customer". That day I was spoilt rotten by the staff to the extent that I ended up buying two outfits at full price. The next time, I was alone and looking for deals. So I hopped over to the SALE section. That day nobody bothered to throw a glance at me. Talking about the clothes, I love their designs and cuts but the materials that they use are just not upto the mark, especially the winter-wear. They use a lot of faux materials and charge you for pure wool, leather or cotton.
