I bought a toy for my wife on December 12th 2025. 3 weeks later the toy no longer charged. I figured since it was under 30 days I could go and exchange it for a new one. Nope they said I had to contact the manufacturer. I was not trying to pull any scam, I just wanted the $60 product that I bought to last more than 3 weeks. I will never visit this store again. Their reward system for return customers is a joke. First it is outdated with your rewards coming in the form of a coupon on your receipt (you seriously have to have your receipt present on your next purchase in order to use the rewards). Second if their POS system doesn't register the coupon but still lists it on the receipt without taking the money off of the total, you will now have to wait the amount of time it takes for your bank to return the money to your account. Which I understand once it is out of their hands this part of the process is standard but the company doesn't do much to help return your money that they so irresponsibly handled. read more

My partner and I keep coming back to this location thinking things will get better sadly it doesn't. We get ID checks every time even though we've came to this location multiple times and have even carried conversations with the manager. Upon our newest visit we were basically followed. Every time we went to another section in the store an store associate wasn't too far behind checking to see if anything had been taken. The only positive thing I can say is that most of the same associates are well informed on products and that they have decent pricing. This recent experience was very uncomfortable and we won't be returning ever again. Very upsetting!!! read more

I've been in this Fascinations store a couple times now, and I really like it. The employees are all very helpful and make sure I get just what I need when I come in. My favorite stuff to buy here is the pajama sets and pants, they're so soft and light. (This is super important for someone with Fibromyalgia).
