Any Vicky Bakery has the ability to take you to an imaginary sparkly world of cafecito and pastelitos. This location was no different. We ordered our favorites: pastelitos de guayaba, queso, pan de bono, tostada and of course a nice and strong cafecito to get us through the day. It's conveniently located in the Sedano's plaza so you can get your Vicky's fix before or after grocery shopping. We absolutely love Vicky's!

If you crave Cuban flavor, this is the place! They're a family run business since 1972. Over 25 locations. A friendly, bright & delicious atmosphere with everything from pastries, cakes, sandwiches, empanadas, cafecitos (Cuban coffee) & more! Breakfast & lunch. Simply delicious/deliciosa!!

We enjoyed our time here. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered a box of assorted pastries. They were all fresh and delicious. We tried guava and cheese, cheese, coconut and pumpkin and cheese. Our favourite was the coconut ones.

Beautiful Vicky Bakery in Hollywood with super friendly staff. I have been to several locations in Broward County and this one definitely stood out. Came in this morning to get my first cup of coffee to start the day. The Cafecito was only $2.00 and was made fresh. Took my liquid gold and sat at a table amongst other customers. While sipping my coffee, I was salivating at the lovely cakes and pastries that were evenly lined in the counter displays. The bathroom was equipped with an odd locking mechanism which had a drawn example how to properly unlock the door to exit the very clean room with large modern cement tile flooring.

The set up is nice inside. The service was great and fast. But the food was ok. I ordered of course pastries my favorite, but the filling wasn't a lot. It was more dough than anything and I prefer more filling. The croquettes were not tasty. They were more on the burnt side. But hey its a Vicky Bakery in Hollywood. We will take it

I loved coming here at any time this Saturday for breakfast and did not disappoint, the staff was very attentive and super nice the service was on point. The food was freshly made and the pastries were super yummy. The vibe was very fast-paced and they were very busy which tells you how good they are.

Just some of the croquetas we had for Noche Buena.

Five stars. No doubt about it. Service was exemplary. Croquetas were as tasty as ever. On any other day, I probably would say four stars, because this is a chain and I can be difficult to impress. But on Noche Buena? These ladies stepped it up! In typical fashion, and as a person that never hosts for Noche Buena, I forgot the croquetas. How can you celebrate in style this evening that only comes once a year without croquetas? When one of my guests was telling me this, I knew I had to rectify the situation immediately. Lady Luck, God, a leprechaun, whatever, was definitely on my side. I found this Vicky Bakery that recently opened relatively nearby and off I flew. When I arrived, the parking lot resembled a zoo and let's not talk about the inside. I saw they were supposedly closing at 3 PM, or so that's what the sign said, but the line inside practically went out the door and the food just kept getting made. I felt so bad. By the time I ordered, I mentioned this, and the lady at the cash register told me that they would keep working until they could. SPEECHLESS. That's what I was. I ended up getting a pack of 25 croquetas for around $8 as it was way cheaper than getting individual ones. Wasn't a bad deal at all. We ate croquetas, the party was consequently super Cuban, and I inhaled croquetas for days after. All in all, all's well that ends well.

Look at these - soggy is not the word. Supposed to be fried

Please have a little pride in the food you prepare! Or stay home- Whoever sent this out should be fired. Hair in the food, undercooked great fries, cold coffee. Don't waste your time or money this Vicky's is straight up trash, a dumpster fire waiting to happen. I might go over and throw this plate at someone.

Delicious birthday cake! Very creamy!

Ladies at the register are nice but horrible waiting time. More than 35 minutes for a croissant with egg. I definitely do not recommend it.

Had the worst experience ever! Bought bocaditos de pasta and they were all covered with mold. Be careful with what you buy.

Super disappointed with this place…read more Pros: The potatoes and eggs were good & the hot sauce has great flavor! Cons: First thing I did was use the restroom which had a horrible smell and the toilet needed cleaning. The service was good at first then fell off after we ordered our food- which was strange because it was not busy at all. We ordered the screwdriver & peach Bellini to drink. Steak & eggs and the Untoasted breakfast + side of ham. The screwdriver had an odd taste & the ham was extremely soft/squishy/seemed uncooked internally. The steak was not cooked well- but acceptable enough to eat. Our server never checked on us after we got our food which sucks because we needed a few things. A different server ended up walking by much later and asked if we needed help which is when I told her I'd like to send back the ham and screwdriver- both of which I barely took a bite/sip out of. I just told her I didn't like them and she got a bit of an attitude and wanted specifics as to why I didn't like it. I just reiterated i didn't like it and won't be consuming either so please take it back. We finished our food and no one ever came to our table again- while the workers were walking around helping the 5 other tables or talking amongst themselves. After sitting for 15+ minutes with our finished food, I just went to the front and waited for someone to check us out. I don't recommend this place and will not be back.

I did opt for a pretzel bun instead of the normal bun, and it was very good. The cheese, the aioli, everything just came together perfectly--and I'm not usually a fan of cheese on chicken sandwiches. I'll try the normal bun next time, though. Not because it wasn't good, but just because judging by the way the flavors came together on my sandwich, these people obviously know what is best when it comes to food! I opted for the side salad instead of fries, and the salad was huge! Dressing was good as well. So of course, I went back and tried their coffee the next day, and I was equally blown away. So glad to have found my go-to coffee shop near Dania Point, because Starbucks' burnt-tasting lattes are such a disappointment. Dress light, because it was a bit warm inside, but the heat index is 105 degrees, so I can imagine their air conditioner is struggling just like the rest of us in this heat! We'll be going back tomorrow for breakfast and another coffee!
