I live in Miami and am sad that Mystic Coffee is not closer to me. This is probably a good thing because I would spend all my money here! Of course, the food is only half the story. Parking is super easy as this is located in a parking lot with plenty of spaces. We got two of the bingsus-- strawberry mango and the earl grey boba tea snow. Both were so good and catered to different palates. I really loved the earl grey one because it came with lychee jelly which was an expected but pleasant surprise. The mango strawberry is a classic and it did not disappoint. The inside was clean and the staff was super nice. They also had cakes here and some specialty Asian desserts. I spoke to the staff to see if I could get a replacement, even just a regular Americano, after taking only two sips, but they don't allow exchanges. Ended up throwing away a $7 drink, which was really disappointing. Overall, desserts are okay with upgrades, but the drink and lack of flexibility with customer service left a bad impression.

Paid cash since minimum credit card use is a $5.00 minimum - which is posted. Sat in the lounge and sipped my hot coffee. They offer beautiful pastries and freshly made empanadas or choripan sandwiches. One interesting item was the cooler full of separately wrapped big 16" frozen pizzas to grab and take home. They had the nitro tank and all. Today's coffee was from Guatemala and Indonesia. We had an amazing "tres leche" cold coffee, served with some sugar, which for me was the perfect amount, and sprinkled nutmeg on top. So flavorful, and hits the spot. We also had a hibiscus, lime mixed, with jalapeño, YES, jalapeño. This drink was not only beautiful, but also delicious. Served cold and so refreshing. I could taste and smell the aroma of the hibiscus while I enjoyed the spicy jalapeño. Was so gooooood.
