First breakfast on vacation. They had us at hello! The biscuits are the best in all the land. Seriously we tried others because it's ridiculous that they set the biscuit bar so high! And it is true and trustworthy that you will have an outstanding breakfast here. Needless to say the craving to return is strong. Don't fight it just go and enjoy! read more

Visited twice while in Mount Pleasant. AMAZING!! We did not have to wait on either visit. Helpful team answered all our questions. The Flame Thrower was fantastic and bursting with flavor. The sweet potato biscuit was my favorite and out of this world good with the maple bourbon butter from the butter and jam bar. YES, I said butter and jam bar. Do yourself a favor and try them! read more

So disappointed with the Gravy Train. Maybe a teaspoon of actual sausage. Basically milk Gravy on a mediocre biscuit. Honestly McDonald's sausage gravy is better. Insert sad face read more

Amazing breakfast. Just what all 15 people in my family needed. Thanks. I will definitely be re visiting when we come back to Mertyl Beach.

This place is super delicious. Just the basic biscuit makes you want to swoon & eat every crumb.

Good breakfast option... I had the shrimp and grits which had a little too much sauce on it.. I didnt expect that from the previous pic/post that didnt have the same sauce on it .. Nevertheless.. I still enjoyed it.. I wasnt able to finish all of it read more

Great location in Mount Pleasant! All the menu options are good. The staff is always friendly. The biscuits are large and tasty.

We've been to vicious biscuit at least 6 times now and we have loved it every time! There's a reason there's always a line. I've attached photos of our food that'll convince you. We've tried almost every biscuit on the menu now but the Flamethrower and the Babe are our go-tos now. The bacon is thick cut and seasoned just perfectly on both sandwiches--best bacon I've ever had. On top of that the biscuits are big, buttery, and have just the right amount of crumble. I always order a side of biscuit with my sandwich too so that I have something to use for the jam and jelly bar. On top of the food being great, the service is quick and friendly. read more

10/10 no notes! The food was phenomenal and the COVID handling was on point. Huge tent set up in the parking lot (ok one note - the chairs are super uncomfortable/awkward to eat in) with tons of outdoor and well spaced seating. Wear your mask inside to order and then enjoy the outdoor dining on incredible biscuits and breakfast foods. I'm like "Callie who?" read more

In town visiting for the weekend and saw the almost 5 star rating. Arrived to get one of the last spots, and a line out the door. Then line moves well and gave us time to look at the menu and see what others were having at the outside tables. Between the 4 of us, we had the biscuits and gravy, crab benny, fire starter and make your own sausage biscuit. All 4 were delicious! The biscuits are huge yet so fluffy and light. Definitely try the maple bourbon butter on your biscuit, you won't be disappointed. read more

Food was good, a little different spin on a southern classic. Luckily we arrived at the right time as we were 3rd in line. After eating I noticed that the line extended into the parking and this was on a Tuesday morning around 10. I had a bacon and egg biscuit and g/f had a waffle that she liked. read more

Came here from California for a wedding and had to try a southern dish while here. This place did not disappoint. Their Vicious biscuit was AMAZING! I would return back to S Carolina just for their biscuits. Highly recommend! read more

What a great little find and can't recommend showing up early enough. This is evidently is the place to go as I got out of my car 5 minutes before they opened and immediately was followed by over 30-40 people. Food....omg....let's just say comfort food at it's best. Vicious biscuit, don't think, just get it. The flavors were amazing and fresh. Will be adding this as a permanent must have when in Charleston. read more

Love this place! Went for the first time with a big group and tried the fat boy, crab Bennie, and the flame thrower. All were amazing. I like the niche this place has carved out for itself. Really the first place to specialize and enormous biscuit sandwiches, and they do it oh so well. The only downside is that they get crazy busy, but can't fault them for that, right? I'll definitely be back soon! read more

Dee-lish-us!!!!! Go early and watch the sun rise on the beach and head over for a yummy meal. It may have been the best tasting thing I've ever had- ordered the shrimp and grits biscuit. read more

We tried this restaurant for brunch while visiting Charleston and really enjoyed the food. They have a lot of different types of biscuit sandwiches as well as a few non-biscuit menu items. I tried the bird and the Belgian which was really good. The sweet potato waffle was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the fried chicken was so, so good. Our drinks were yummy and the staff was all friendly. read more

Long line on New Years but moved quickly. Hostess handled our large order with multiple substitutes very well! Shrimp and grits was the group favorite. Biscuits were fluffy and flavorful, the gravy was delicious, and the grits were very well prepared. All the staff were courteous and hospitable. Tables/bathrooms were clean. Great spot for a group! read more

The food was amazing! First time ever having a sweet potato biscuit- it was delicious.

So I waited in line to get a biscuit... and I would do it all over again!!! So impressed, ready to go back tomorrow. All four in my family got something different and we got to sample each. My favorite was the Fried Green Tomato and Pimento Cheese with Bacon Jam ... it wasn't what I was expecting, it was even better! I took of the top and tried the Apple Pie Jam and Blackberry Jam from their Jam Bar. Just try it, I know you'll like it! read more

This a place to go when you need that delicious and filling southern biscuit. No complaints about either order we selected.

My wife and I both had The Vicious and coffee this morning at 8:00 am. The food was delicious and the coffee was freshly brewed and rich with a deep taste. Ava was courteous and friendly and attentive to our order. We were reminded that we could ask for "to go" cups of coffee. The ambiance was great--filled with people from all backgrounds: beach goers, business types (even on Memorial Day), families, etc. This was not our first visit nor will it be our last. read more

My mom and I walked into another breakfast joint and decided we wanted something more substantial so coming here was great. The biscuits are huge and delicious! Fabulous breakfast biscuits... Nashville hot chicken w/ white Cheddar!!!! Incredibly fast service!!! Outdoor seating always available!!!

Amazing food creations with yummy biscuits! Very popular place as seen by the lines out the door.

I hate to say bad things about a biscuit but...these taste like Pillsbury biscuits from the store. And maybe it's just me but both give me the same sort of itchiness in my mouth. This place's menu looks good but don't come for the biscuits.. 2 thumbs down. read more

This place was awesome. We only had about an hour before we visited Patriots Point and I was worried we didn't have enough time, but we were in and out with enough time to spare. Biscuits are large so portions are big. Sausage gravy was delicious. read more

This biscuit was AWESOME!! I got it without the pimento cheese that comes on it & added an egg to it. The biscuit actually falls apart when you touch it, and the chicken is cooked perfectly!!! But, I think the best touch was the spicy honey drizzle... it added a bit of spice and sweetness which was wonderful. read more

Absolutely Fantastic! The perfect Crab Benedict... I highly recommend it! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and even quickly exchanged the Cold Brew that I ordered (was good, but far too much octane for me) for an Iced Coffee, without complaint or hesitation. The jams, jellies and butters were also superb. The experience is well worth the price, and I even walked away wishing I had purchased one of their "Son of a Biscuit" T-Shirts (ironic and fun.) Will definitely visit again and proudly promote their brand. read more

SADDENED we absolutely love vicious. We usually get takeout almost every other weekend. Haven't been in a few weeks so when ordering I specifically asking if still doing curbside pickup (due to health inside is not an option with covid on the rise). Husband and kids went to pick up. Husband was waiting at side door. No assistance. Called they told him he needs to come in to receive the food. He mentioned that he cannot come in and has kids in the car (restaurant was PACKED). Restaurant refused to bring food out to side door. Left hungry without order. Unfortunately we will not be going back. Sad day to loose one of our neighborhood favorites. read more

Great food, good drinks, but overbearing staff. Please train your table staff not to try and rush diners by attempting to take their plate (multiple times) while they are clearly still eating. We get you're busy, but let us enjoy our meal without being rushed. read more

What a TASTY, WONDERFUL casual breakfast spot! We are new to the area, and tried Viscious Buscuit this morning (Sunday). There was a line (moved fast) out the door when we arrived, so we knew it was going to be extraordinary. The buttermilk biscuits are the BEST I have ever had. My husband had a biscuit with fried chicken and pimento cheese. It was also the best pimento cheese I have ever tasted. They had amazing jellies and the honey butter is fabulous. The facilities were very clean and the staff was plentiful, very helpful and often smiled though they were very busy. Highly recommend all around. We will definitely return!! read more

I have no words to describe how amazing this place is. The pimento cheese is the best thing in this world. You have to get the fat boy biscuit. Everyone that works here is so unbelievably nice. I give this place a 1000/10 read more

From the moment I walked in, I knew they were the right pick. The atmosphere is great, clean and very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I was asked twice if everything was ok. I got the Vicious biscuit with hollandaise and two eggs. I don't eat hsm so I left that off. It was superb, very smooth and rich in taste. I sealed the deal with OJ and it was chilled and fresh. I'll absolutely come back and try other options. Bravo Team read more

Awesome place and the manager was super nice and kept walking by to pick up plates and check on us. Delicious food. Wow
