Please DO NOT go here if you have an allergy!!!…read more I visited, ordering something I have had before and letting them know of my nut allergy, asking for precautions. The cashier was nice but I literally went into full anaphylaxis 5 minutes after eating it and had to go to the hospital. They put cashew butter in it, which I didn't order and am deathly allergic to. I came back and let them know and got a cash refund, but ambulance and hospital bills are not $20. This occurrence is especially wrong due to the business literally having allergy policies- which I trusted.

This spot is a great quick stop for mornings…read more My wife and I stopped in a few days ago and ordered a smoothie bowl, a bagel, a smoothie, and a matcha. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The matcha was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care -- prepared in a proper bowl and whisked with a bamboo whisk. I asked for a bit of honey, which really pulled the entire experience together. Honestly, I'd give this place a 5/5 based on the matcha alone. The smoothie bowl (I go the one that has banana, peanut butter, honey, and some other toppings) was great overall, though I did have one small complaint: there were a few large chunks of ice mixed in, and I accidentally bit into them. Aside from that, the bowl was flavorful and enjoyable. My wife ordered a smoothie, which was just okay. I didn't particularly care for it, and she unfortunately didn't end up finishing it. The service was excellent. The woman who took our order was very friendly and helpful, and she even recommended the matcha -- which turned out to be a great suggestion. One last note: we had visited this spot about a year ago, and it looks like the interior has completely changed since then. The new layout is bright and welcoming, no longer dark, and features a mostly gray palette with accent plants and furniture that bring everything together nicely. It feels much cozier than before.

Emma barely…read moreacknowledged me, took an unusually long time to assist me, and then refused service because of an allergy that I have safely managed for years. My explanation was dismissed, despite receiving this same service here many times before without issue. Turning away every guest with an allergy, regardless of how it is managed, is concerning. The interaction felt ignorant and uninformed. It was also difficult to watch Emma be warm and welcoming to other guests while treating me differently, which made the experience feel discriminatory. After years of being a loyal customer, I expected better and I will advise anyone I've recommended to no longer support this establishment.

Loop is a smoothie and café spot that focuses on healthier options like smoothie bowls, avocado…read moretoast, coffee, and fresh drinks, with a bright and modern space filled with greenery and colorful presentation. We walked into a café where the relaxed atmosphere makes it a nice place to stop for breakfast or a quick break, the kind of space where the environment is just as much part of the experience as the food. The interior has a fresh, airy energy with plenty of natural light and seating that encourages lingering, though finding a spot can take some patience during busier hours. The smoothie bowls were the main highlight. The texture was thick and well blended, and the fruit combinations worked well together without feeling overly heavy. We tried a few options and found the bowls balanced, with the toppings adding texture and flavor without overwhelming the base. The avocado toast was also a solid option, especially with the toppings adding more flavor instead of making it feel too basic, and the bread held up well against the spread. The drinks are another reason to visit, with smoothies and matcha options fitting the overall concept, and the coffee menu gives a good alternative for anyone who wants something less fruit-focused. The café also has some creative drink choices, which makes it feel more like a full café experience rather than just a smoothie shop. The biggest thing to keep in mind is the wait time. The food is made fresh, so orders can take longer than expected during busy periods, and allowing extra time is worth considering if you are visiting during peak hours. Service is friendly and the staff handle the flow efficiently, but the pace of the kitchen can slow down when the café fills up. Seating is also limited, so the experience works best when you are not in a hurry. Loop is a good option if you are looking for a café with healthier food choices and a nice atmosphere. The smoothie bowls and drinks are the main reason to visit, and the bright, welcoming space makes it easy to spend some time there. It is not the fastest stop, but the quality and overall experience make it worth checking out.
