Although I feel like acai and smoothie bowl prices have increased everywhere, Bare is still worth it and I'm glad I gave it another try! My first time at Bare, I ended up creating my own which didn't come out great so I went with their winter menu Cannoli smoothie bowl this time and it was the most yum!! Their cashew butter was so delicious and the smoothie bowl itself was not lacking on the toppings either! Everything was blended so smoothly and I was so satisfied by the end of it. I'm still thinking about that bowl today and it definitely made me want to try their weekly features and download their app for more deals! I ordered online and it was ready in the fridge when I got there and was super easy to get! Love the location as well as the one in Albany which is close to lots of great shops in the plaza. We had to wait a bit for our drink orders. The two girls working there were busy taking orders and prepping drinks. I ordered the Tickle Pickle and it was good. But our other juice was bitter and my friend couldn't even finish it Forgot what she ordered but it sounded like it should have been sweet from the name. read more

I tried the Cloud 9 smoothie (added kale) and did the banana cauliflower base. It was delicious. A little thicker than I look for consistency but good enough I had 3 of them during the week I was in town. I also tried their vanilla almond and PB overnight oats. Both good. The PB one is a little sweet for me, so the container lasted 5 days just having a little each day. I also tried the chickpea mash, cookie dough and caveman balls. They're all vegan and GF. It would be nice if there were two smoothie sizes. I don't think the price was bad. It was on point with my home area (CO). I do like Bare Blends a lot and they are convenient to my location BUT they need to be more consistent. I feel that each time I go, the quality becomes less good and consistent. I love acai bowls and juices but they are quite pricey for the quality. They also miss customized bowls and don't always make everything from an online order. They are also slow but don't inform you of it. I ordered two juices and it took over 45 minutes to get them. I was one of 3 customers in the store, patiently waiting, and the employees seemed annoyed when I asked how much longer it would take after I waited for 30 minutes. Like I said, I will continue to go there but they need to improve their customer service. read more

I got a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee both were disgusting and the service was horrible it took them 40 minutes to make my sandwich and I was peeking over the counter because they weren't even making it and the girl comes over with the biggest attitude and was like we're waiting for the bread to toast and rolled her eyes. I ordered from the Latham Bare twice this week. Once online 30 mins before I got there and when I arrived everyone working didn't say hi or what was going on. There were 4 people waiting and each time something came out they were just shoved in the refrigerator and no one bothered to look up. I was in a rush to get to a meeting so I tried to get someone's attention which was impossible. It took another 45 mins to get my leaking smoothie. It was shoved in the refrigerator again with no acknowledgment to anyone there. It was filthy and sticky at all tables to wait. Every other customer was frustrated and confused. My second time I ordered a smoothie I had the same experience. I thought in person may be better to order. It again was like a total bother to be there. I finally got my smoothie and there was a pile of granola not blended on the bottom that I could have choked on drinking. I went up after hesitation and asked for it to be be fixed. It was then dumped back in the blender. I got it back half full still all chunky. I threw it out as it was disgusting to me to toss it in the uncleared blender. People itching their hair and then touching food. Sticky everything. Feel like you're a burden for coming in when vocal noises are made like oh great another person. Not once was I ever greeted. I was greeted right away and my order was taken by the kind, welcoming boy who was working register. The menu can be overwhelming but everything was explained and he even let me swap out some ingredients. The order was made with good time by the same employee who took my order. I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of the smoothies made. Everything ordered came out perfect and the bowl was packed with toppings. A great first impression of the company.
