I was in a terrible accident and needed emergency services to fix my broken front tooth and Vibe Dental has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They got me right in, placed a temporary crown and worked with a shade match company to get the permanent crown shade just right. Subsequently, I have moved my entire family over to this office and everyone has been more than happy. I think the best part is the "vibe". They play music videos in the lobby and exotic destinations travel vids in the each of the individual rooms. Its a little girly with hot pink furniture and decor, but I love it! Everyone has been amazing from the front desk to the dentist! I am forever grateful to you all for helping me through one of the lowest points in my dental history. read more

(1 star) I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vibe Dental, specifically with Dr. Lee. Two weeks ago, I had a wisdom tooth filled, but the condition got worse after the treatment. Because of the pain and concern, I returned to the office. At my follow-up visit, Dr. Lee recommended extracting the tooth. I agreed, but I also pointed out that if extraction was necessary, it should have been addressed during my previous visit instead of putting me through additional time, cost, and discomfort. After I said that, Dr. Lee's attitude completely changed. He made a negative facial expression and then refused to continue any treatment. I was left without care and felt dismissed as a patient. This is not just poor communication -- it is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider. Although I ended up receiving treatment from a different dentist at the same office, this experience left a very negative impression. I would not trust Dr. Lee again and would strongly caution others. Patients deserve respect, clear treatment planning, and professionalism. Super cute environment almost feels like going to get lashes/nails very modern and welcoming! Not your parents dentist. The staff is friendly and professional and the environment is clean. This is my second 5star review for Vibe Dental, and honestly, they continue to impress me. I recently added my whole family to be seen here, and once again, I left feeling genuinely happy with our choice. They truly go above and beyond every single time. I got my teeth cleaned by Sky, and as someone who actually loves getting their teeth cleaned, I can't say enough good things about her. She took her time, was gentle but thorough, and gave me one of the best cleanings I've ever had. When I told her how much I appreciated it, she said she cleans her patients' teeth the way she wants her own teeth cleaned and that sold me. Sky is absolutely my hygienist from now on! I also want to give a shout-out to Stephen at the front desk. His energy is so positive! The moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and such a welcoming attitude. It really set the tone for the whole visit. I'm truly looking forward to having my husband and children seen here as well. I had a very disappointing experience with VIBE Dental and would not recommend this office to others. Originally, I was told that I could come back in four months for a free cleaning. This information was given to me by the manager at the time, Wendy. When the situation first occurred, I even went back the following week to have the doctor check my teeth and asked if I should have the cleaning done then, but Wendy specifically advised me that if she were me, she would wait and return in four months instead. Recently, I called the office because I had missed a call from them and wanted to confirm my appointment. During that call, I spoke with Dena. Instead of helping clarify the situation, she was extremely dismissive and essentially implied that I was lying about what I had been told. Wendy may no longer work there, but at the time she was the manager and representing the office when she gave me those instructions. Dena even confirmed that she could see a note in the system stating that I had been granted a free cleaning, but then dean said that because it had been four months I could no longer be seen -- even though the manager, Wendy, was the one who specifically told me that four months was when I should come back. The conversation with Dena was very unprofessional. She raised her voice, talked over me repeatedly, and made the interaction unnecessarily confrontational. No patient should be spoken to that way when simply trying to confirm information that was previously given by the office. I followed the exact guidance that was provided to me. I also have the encounter recorded when Wendy told me to come back in four months for a free cleaning, as well as the phone conversation with Dena. Because of how this was handled, I will not be returning. I also have several family members who currently go to this practice, as well as friends I previously referred, and they will no longer be choosing VIBE Dental either. Patient care and respectful communication should always come first, and unfortunately that was not the case here. read more

Vibe dental is devoted to keeping that smile! They did that for me and much more. All staff has been extremely friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Ladies at the front desk get you checked in make sure you're comfortable even have a water if you need. Shayla the dental assistant is so gentle and accommodating. So friendly, professional and efficient. She goes over treatments and also makes sure everything is well planned. (Yes they do rotate doctors) but everyone I have met has been very friendly, extremely professional and very gentle. Dr. Palmer especially has some jokes and makes the visit feel like a breeze and to be honest STRESS FREE. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and confident. Definitely a great experience to say the least. I appreciate everyone I have encountered and would recommended this dentistry to every single person I know. Such a great environment A+ all around. Vibe dental hands down took very great care of my root canel, work was professional. The team that worked on my teeth was awesome and very fast a very efficient and root canals. Usually there is some very much discomfort. I felt almost 0 pain or even pressure at all. They really knew what they were doing and the front desk is also very awesome and to give a chance for payment options or to work out something with plans that they'll help you to create as well. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! First, they got me in as a new patient the same day, I left a chat message at 8:50am, got a call back at 9 and was in the office at 10!!! I LOVE the aesthetic!! It's beautiful and the care quality is superb! The dentist was very considerate of how I would feel after the numbness wore off and he was as gentle as one could be extracting a molar! Very friendly staff, and the assistant was wonderful. The experience was great. The in house staff is knowledgeable about what THEY offer IN HOUSE. Our issue is with their back of house/financial team. We opted to pay out of pocket with the option for a payment plan. The staff at the office wasn't known about their parties policies, how to set up the plan, etc. I've been harassed by Vibe Dentals financial team for the past week & when I do return the financial teams phone calls, the financial team is unsure about the procedures, payment plan, etc. I've talked to 5 different people and have each been given the run around. My favorite quote has been "let me talk to ___ and I'll give you a call back"... have they given me a call back with updated information? No, they start the harassment process from the beginning. read more

Vibe dental gave me one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very kind receptionist and I didn't end up having to wait that long for my appointment. The staff there are so kind and patient with you, they answered all of my questions with a warm smile. I was also surprise they were able to get me a crown the same day! My experience here was phenomenal. I was welcomed with a smile and great hospitality by Cat, lovely gal. Check in was easy and didn't have to wait at all for my cleaning. I got an overdue deep cleaning from Brandie and my teeth shine! She made sure that I was doing okay during the cleaning since she noticed I was clenching my hands together (anxious dental cleaning person here folks). I would definitely come back here.
