I was in a terrible accident and needed emergency services to fix my broken front tooth and Vibe Dental has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They got me right in, placed a temporary crown and worked with a shade match company to get the permanent crown shade just right. Subsequently, I have moved my entire family over to this office and everyone has been more than happy. I think the best part is the "vibe". They play music videos in the lobby and exotic destinations travel vids in the each of the individual rooms. Its a little girly with hot pink furniture and decor, but I love it! Everyone has been amazing from the front desk to the dentist! I am forever grateful to you all for helping me through one of the lowest points in my dental history. read more

I was also repeatedly told that if I was not satisfied with the results, they would refund my money. I trusted what I was told and paid $6,000 in cash for my treatment. Unfortunately, my experience throughout the process was very different from what had been promised. I had problems with the bridge, pain, and ongoing discomfort, and I had to return to the office multiple times. For a treatment that cost $6,000, I expected to receive professional and consistent care. What was especially frustrating was feeling like I was not being treated by the level of professional I expected for this type of cosmetic dental work. At times, different dental assistants were involved in the process, and I felt that a dentist was only brought in when problems had already developed. The way I was treated toward the end also made me feel like they did not even want me there. Eventually, I had to go to another dental office to have my situation evaluated. I ended up needing additional treatment, including a root canal, and I had to pay additional money out of my own pocket to address the problems I was experiencing. And the most frustrating part is that THEY NEVER EVEN FINISHED THE WORK I PAID $6,000 FOR. I am still left with a temporary restoration. After everything I went through -- the pain, the dental problems, the additional treatment, and the extra expenses -- I am honestly afraid to go back to this office. I do not want to experience that again. I also contacted Vibe Dental about my concerns and requested my money back, especially because I had been told that I would receive a refund if I was not satisfied. After I provided information and documentation regarding what happened, they stopped responding to my emails. I have documentation related to my experience, including receipts, X-rays, clinical notes, invoices, and emails. This is not simply a case of being unhappy with the appearance of cosmetic work. I paid $6,000, experienced significant problems and pain, had to seek treatment at another dental office, incurred additional expenses, and ultimately did not receive the completed treatment I originally paid for. My advice is to do your research before paying a large amount of money for cosmetic dental work. Ask who will actually be performing each part of your treatment, make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for, and consider getting a second opinion. All looks no substance. First appointment I got xrays because supposidly the ones I sent to them from my dentist werent good enough. Then it took two X ray techs just to get my xrays done. The machine was painful and it dug into my lower mouth and left a soar. Then I saw the dentist asking one of the xray techs a question about my appointment?? When the dentist came in, & I told her about my jaw clicking and pain, she had me try to bite down on her fingers and I told her it was difficult and my jaw is trembling. After me doing all that she said my bite was fine & all she did was grind my crown down and grind my night guard. As she tried to rush out of the room I stopped her and tried to talk to her about my overbite which was looking pretty bad. She told me that if I fix it I wont have to wear a night guard and I said OK Id like to explore that. They had me go to the front to schedule another appointment for next week for a consultation. At the next appointment, they didnt even know why I was in there. They had me back in the xray room & I told them I already had an exam with them last weekend. They take me to go get a panoramic picture and the tech tells me is it OK because its gonna cost extra. I told her its fine. She asked again & I said yea its fine. She made me take my piercing out (which no other dentist has ever had a problem with). Then when the dentist came in all he asked why I was here which Ive already told all these people at least once now. Then he looked at my teeth with just his fingers, said I have a small overbite and they're gonna do something called smileset. I have no idea what that is, no one explained out of the 7 people I encountered in all. Then at the end of the appointment Im left with we need to see if your insurance will cover something and we will get in touch. They never called & Im glad they didnt. I went to a back to my old dentist and got referred to an orthodontist. turns out I have a 90% overbite & needed braces with bite turbos. Stay away from this dog and pony show if you care about your time, sanity, money, and most importantly teeth. This place is All looks, no substance. (1 star) I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vibe Dental, specifically with Dr. Lee. Two weeks ago, I had a wisdom tooth filled, but the condition got worse after the treatment. Because of the pain and concern, I returned to the office. At my follow-up visit, Dr. Lee recommended extracting the tooth. I agreed, but I also pointed out that if extraction was necessary, it should have been addressed during my previous visit instead of putting me through additional time, cost, and discomfort. After I said that, Dr. Lee's attitude completely changed. He made a negative facial expression and then refused to continue any treatment. I was left without care and felt dismissed as a patient. This is not just poor communication -- it is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider. Although I ended up receiving treatment from a different dentist at the same office, this experience left a very negative impression. I would not trust Dr. Lee again and would strongly caution others. Patients deserve respect, clear treatment planning, and professionalism. This is my second 5star review for Vibe Dental, and honestly, they continue to impress me. I recently added my whole family to be seen here, and once again, I left feeling genuinely happy with our choice. They truly go above and beyond every single time. I got my teeth cleaned by Sky, and as someone who actually loves getting their teeth cleaned, I can't say enough good things about her. She took her time, was gentle but thorough, and gave me one of the best cleanings I've ever had. When I told her how much I appreciated it, she said she cleans her patients' teeth the way she wants her own teeth cleaned and that sold me. Sky is absolutely my hygienist from now on! I also want to give a shout-out to Stephen at the front desk. His energy is so positive! The moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and such a welcoming attitude. I had a very disappointing experience with VIBE Dental and would not recommend this office to others. Originally, I was told that I could come back in four months for a free cleaning. This information was given to me by the manager at the time, Wendy. When the situation first occurred, I even went back the following week to have the doctor check my teeth and asked if I should have the cleaning done then, but Wendy specifically advised me that if she were me, she would wait and return in four months instead. Recently, I called the office because I had missed a call from them and wanted to confirm my appointment. During that call, I spoke with Dena. Instead of helping clarify the situation, she was extremely dismissive and essentially implied that I was lying about what I had been told. Wendy may no longer work there, but at the time she was the manager and representing the office when she gave me those instructions. Dena even confirmed that she could see a note in the system stating that I had been granted a free cleaning, but then dean said that because it had been four months I could no longer be seen -- even though the manager, Wendy, was the one who specifically told me that four months was when I should come back. The conversation with Dena was very unprofessional. She raised her voice, talked over me repeatedly, and made the interaction unnecessarily confrontational. No patient should be spoken to that way when simply trying to confirm information that was previously given by the office. I followed the exact guidance that was provided to me. I also have the encounter recorded when Wendy told me to come back in four months for a free cleaning, as well as the phone conversation with Dena. Because of how this was handled, I will not be returning. I also have several family members who currently go to this practice, as well as friends I previously referred, and they will no longer be choosing VIBE Dental either. Ladies at the front desk get you checked in make sure you're comfortable even have a water if you need. Shayla the dental assistant is so gentle and accommodating. So friendly, professional and efficient. She goes over treatments and also makes sure everything is well planned. (Yes they do rotate doctors) but everyone I have met has been very friendly, extremely professional and very gentle. Dr. Palmer especially has some jokes and makes the visit feel like a breeze and to be honest STRESS FREE. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and confident. I have also had times ive needed to go in like today I reached out because I broke my permanent retainer while flossing and they got me in same day to fix it and pricing is always reasonable. They always are transparent about pricing before doing work, thorough and answer any questions and explain things well and tell you what they are doing and why. Highly recommend! read more

The experience was great. The in house staff is knowledgeable about what THEY offer IN HOUSE. Our issue is with their back of house/financial team. We opted to pay out of pocket with the option for a payment plan. The staff at the office wasn't known about their parties policies, how to set up the plan, etc. I've been harassed by Vibe Dentals financial team for the past week & when I do return the financial teams phone calls, the financial team is unsure about the procedures, payment plan, etc. I've talked to 5 different people and have each been given the run around. My favorite quote has been "let me talk to ___ and I'll give you a call back"... have they given me a call back with updated information? My experience here was phenomenal. I was welcomed with a smile and great hospitality by Cat, lovely gal. Check in was easy and didn't have to wait at all for my cleaning.
