It started with a warm welcome from Ashley getting me checked in. I then get taken back and see the hygienist Janet. She was full of wisdom and knowledge and very thorough in her examination communicating every step of the way!! We then made our way to the star of the show, Dr. Mark Brouillette. This man was the most caring doctor I have ever met. This is a man who genuinely wants to help people and isn't in this field for the money like everyone else. He was incredibly honest and beyond fair. So much so that this man literally brought tears to my eyes. He made me feel soooo comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. He not only was going to be able to fix everything, he also showed me the teeth that needed to be fixed in the other places opinion was a complete attempt to rob me, as I didn't know any different. He is one of the few people I healthcare that are in it for the right reason and not money!!! He then went to work on a price with Daniel, who was an absolute dream to work with. Daniel came and let me know and it was a cut in literally half for more work than the other place!!! This place deserves 10 stars and have earned my business for life!!!! I'm so glad that I listened to my instincts and got a second look from Dr. Thomas. The office was super flexible in getting me scheduled during a convenient time, and everyone I interacted with was so courteous and kind. During the exam, I was praying it was nothing because I would have done ANYTHING to avoid a crown! After a closer look, however, Dr. Thomas found that the situation was even worse than a cracked tooth. The 10 year old filling was simply never done well enough to begin with and resulted in underlying problems that caused me pain and cold sensitivity for almost a decade. The way Dr. Thomas put it: "They did a half measure back then, but we will give it a full measure so you don't have trouble with that tooth again." I couldn't believe my last dentist never saw that this was an issue. I'll spare the details on a public forum, but once we went forward with a root canal and crown, all of Dr. Thomas' findings from the initial exam turned out to be correct and the work he did very likely saved my tooth, and saved me from so much more suffering. Now that my crown is in, I have had no sensitivity or pain and I honestly didn't realize how much discomfort I had been in for so long until it was corrected! Even though this office is further from my home, I will be looking to move my whole family to the trusted care of Dr. Thomas + team. Things are a little messed up, so I need an oral surgeon. I set an appointment to meet up with him. Pain was easily managed by some ibuprofen so I was able to wait 10 days until the oral surgeon was gonna be in. He works between a few different practices. No biggie. I've had dental work done before so I knew what to expect. I was quoted a price upfront. No surprises. Pain-free as possible. Of course it's gonna be a little bit of pain when you get the shots but only for a few seconds. Only issue is the Post-Operative Instruction are a copy of a copy of a copy. Need to type up a new one. And the gauze they give you to take home in case there is bleeding later, not individually wrapped. I know it would cost a little extra but it would be appreciated.

Her ear was hurting. Her face was even more swollen by Sunday September 14. I told her I wanted to take her to the hospital she said to let her call the dentist in the morning I said OK, so they got her in at 1 o'clock September 10 to check it out, we got there they took us back and the dentist that was on the schedule that day looked at her mouth and said everything looked fine. We explained to him the amount of pain she's been in and that the painkillers and everything that they gave to her, didn't seem to make a dent in it at all, but then he just replied back that he wasn't the surgeon and he would just prescribe her more painkillers and that she would be fine. That is when I step in I was done. We were nice. We explained to him that we didn't want pain medicine that wasn't working. That was a whole point of her being there and her whole side of her face being swollen, then the receptionist came back in telling us that the surgeon who did the surgery is not always There and I said OK well, can you get us in with another surgeon that can check her out because she's in a lot of pain she replied back. No it has to be the same surgeon. He is off for the next two days and working in Peoria. After that I said I don't care where he is. I will drive to him. She has not slept fully since the surgery, and she has a three year-old son. It is not safe, so please refer me out to another surgeon. If he is unavailable, she walked out of the room, that came back and handed me a blue piece of paper with an address on it and said here go here they're expecting you. It was another Dental place off of power Road. I said thank you. You walked out with my daughter. We got there and they were super nice at the other Dental place, to find out that no the surgeon was not off for the next two days and in Peoria he's been working all day at this one right up the street on power Road, he was super nice. He did not know what was going on and why they said that, then when he looked into my daughter's mouth, he looked and said oh my God, you do have dry socket, and there was some debris stuck in there as he flushed it out. My daughter is fitting out blood and chunks into a cup in so much pain, after he got everything cleaned out, she automatically started feeling better a little bit, when we got her home a couple hours later she was sitting there saying, thank God. I finally feel human again. The swelling was causing so much pain even in her ear, the surgeon was the nicest person in the world, but I do not recommend ever going to this dentist and using the other dentist in the office, they overlook you and then throw pills at you like that's what you want so please read this and listen to my warning, cause also I took pictures and I will post them the room. They put her in the floors and everything were absolutely disgusting human hair debris all over the floor completely unacceptable no wonder why she probably got an infection.

For a treatment that cost $6,000, I expected to receive professional and consistent care. What was especially frustrating was feeling like I was not being treated by the level of professional I expected for this type of cosmetic dental work. At times, different dental assistants were involved in the process, and I felt that a dentist was only brought in when problems had already developed. The way I was treated toward the end also made me feel like they did not even want me there. Eventually, I had to go to another dental office to have my situation evaluated. I ended up needing additional treatment, including a root canal, and I had to pay additional money out of my own pocket to address the problems I was experiencing.
