Thank you Dr. Mazaheri and thank you to your exceptional staff! Needed a emergency root canal. I went to the Go Gilbert Facebook page and Dr. Mazaheri came up several times as a recommendation. I then looked at his reviews and again found great comments. I drove to his office with no appointment to try my luck. He's office staff is the nicest I've ever had the privilege to deal with. Analycia at the front desk was so polite and kind. Dr. Mazaheri was able to see me and confirm I did need the procedure. He kindly asked me to come back after his last patient and the whole staff stayed late for just me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that because I don't think I would have lasted one more day in the pain I was in. I needed a bridge replaced and was so happy with it I have been a faithful customer ever since. The staff is extremely nice and responsive. Dr. Mazaheri does excellent work. I recently needed a crown and again great job and he makes the crowns in his office so no second trip needed. My husband still goes to another dentist, and he just had a crown done with his dentist. He had to wait for his crown to come back to the office. He also paid $129 more than Exceptional Dentistry charged me. Every visit I've made to Exceptional Dentistry, they get me in on time, do a great job, explain things to me, laugh at my jokes and send me out happy. I am not affiliated with this office. I just love the staff, the cleanliness and the expertise of Dr. Mazaheri. They do have television shows on to watch while they are working on you and a huge aquarium that is centered between the rooms have a view of the aquarium that is awesome! Exceptional Dentistry is a beautiful modern office with efficient and competent staff, they are always very warm and welcoming. I live 30 minutes away and I continue to make the drive to see Dr Mazaheri for dental care. He has always been more than fair with pricing and has improved my smile significantly. Not only does he do his own cleaning and offer general dentistry but he is also quite skilled in aesthetic dentistry. He has a keen eye for detail, perhaps a perfectionist. I once had an urgent dental matter and they stayed late to accommodate me on the same day that I called. Dr. M. is an excellent Dentist. I have been going to his office located at Elliot and Cooper in Gilbert for several years and I have always received exceptional service. I would highly recommend Dr. Mazaheri and Exceptional Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a great Dentist who will really take good care of you. I recently went to him for a single porcelain veneer which had cracked on me. I was concerned the replacement would not match my other veneers. Dr. M. matched it perfectly. I was SO glad a friend referred me to Dr. M and I now have my whole family seeing him. Here are a few of many reasons. 1- When first saw Dr. M, I was seeking a diagnosis for what I now know is a very rare autoimmune disease of the mouth. I had seen 9 physicians and 3 dentists and each turned me away as making a diagnosis was too difficult and obviously not fast money. Dr. M was the ONLY one who sat down with me and went through a differential, educated me on the possibilities, answered all of my questions and had me referred for a biopsy which lead to diagnosis and treatment. It took 2 years to find someone who cared enough to spend a few minutes actually trying to help me, and Dr M was that person. 2- Since my initial experience, Dr. M has treated all my dental issues and I have had excellent results without any discomfort. What I find most unique is that he truly recommends the best treatment plan and not simply the most expensive. When I first saw him I was under the impression from a previous dentist that I needed 3 root canals. Dr M filled all the teeth with basic fillings and I have not had any problems since. I'm so glad I didn't go through all that suffering for nothing! It's HARD to find a dentist that doesn't second as a skilled salesman. Dr M takes his time, is extremely thorough and really takes an interest in his patients. Dr M is actually a "doctor" in the true sense of the word. 3- He does the cleanings himself. His receptionist told me that he has a hard time trusting the work to someone else. What other dentist cares that much? To think that most dentists do their exam in 5 minutes or so...it is so much more thorough of an exam this way. 4-The staff that works with Dr M is incredible. They remember me individually and I have such a good time catching up with them each time... It's like meeting up with old friends! They do a great job and also take their time. 5- The office has every little comfort in mind. There is a beautiful fish tank in front of each station which is calming and pleasant.
