On 11/10, I had a piece of a tooth separate. I was able to get an appointment on 11/11 (Yeah!!). How was I able to get in so fast? Office is well organized with seasoned staff and professional Dr.'s. Thank you Olivia, Francisco, and Dr. Poelman for taking good care of me. I know my regular dentist will be upset with me going here, but I could not wait weeks for a crown. My entire life I've never had a good experience at the dentist office which has made me apprehensive about going. Since moving to Chandler I had to find a new dentist that took my insurance and decided to try From the time I got there my dental hygienist Lilly, Dr. Lin, and the rest of the staff were great and took very good care of me. My first time there my dental hygienist Lilly was very kind, and made me feel at ease. She's been the same on the multiple trips I've been there after as well. Dr. Lin was kind, patient, explained everything to me and was able to give me options so I can make the best decision about my oral health and I appreciate it so much. As a hater of the dentist I appreciate them making this experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend. read more

I've been coming to this Dental Office for years. I've had nothing but good experiences up until a previous root canal has caused severe tooth decay in which I was trying to get seen in December of 2024. My tooth is rotting away under the gum line. I attempted to get seen and was pushed off to a specialist rather than just getting me in for an exam. I was able to get my access drained and took 2 courses of antibiotics. Now that it's 2025 I tried to get help scheduling a cleaning. I was charged a $25 fee for a missed appointment that I canceled due to this issue. Now my access is back and I wanted to get see since my insurance has began again for this year. Monica their front office worker has been nothing but rude to me during multiple interactions over the last few months. I am planning on suing this office for malpractice and causing my tooth to rot away from the inside due to the root canal being done improperly as well as the crown ontop is too large causing a flat ridge where the canal and root connect. This allowed for build up under the gum causing decay. Now I am burdened with this once again and will need treatment. I simply wanted to see Dr Berkloff there who's been my Dentist for a decade. I need to get this fixed. Since I am not getting the help I need I will be filing a formal complaint to the Attorney General's office and seeking legal help for this matter. I may have to get this tooth pulled all together and that will cause other issues for my teeth and the cost of an implant is too expensive for me to afford. I am severely disappointed. read more

These folks are amazing! I came in for an exam and found I needed to have 2 Caries filled. Dr Lin was so informative and presented me with a couple of different treatment options, and I had the work done. They use great tech here and they do have a CEREC machine so that can produce same day crowns for back teeth if needed. Side note unrelated to my care, dr Lin is so handsome and charming! And everyone in the office is the same. So happy I found a dentist I can trust. read more

Called in today to discuss my insurance card I sent over on 10/14. They constantly brought up my wife and her insurance than hung up on me when I asked at least three times to talk with an owner/manager. Wow! So you take my money! You waste my time! You have someone other than myself's insurance information which you want to discuss, but you do not want to discuss my insurance. Nope the answer is hang up! My first visit to this office. Kind of picked it at random based on who was close and excepted my insurance. I had a crown come off and needed someone fast. I called this office and they saw me in 1 .5 hours. My first impression was that the waiting room was clean and modern, always a good first sign. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I waited about 10 min before I was called back to the procedure room. The technician listened to me and proceeded to take x-ray's. The doctor came in and talked to me, examined me and told me what my options were. She was very friendly and more importantly explained exactly how long it would take and what each step of the procedure would be. I was very happy to finally find a dentist that I feel comfortable with. I will be going back. read more

Went here because they were open on a Saturday, and I needed to get in immediately. They were so kind and got me in right away and I ended up setting up my teeth cleaning with them and have been going there for a few months for all my dental needs. They are super friendly, the dentist I saw was amazing and so was the woman who cleaned my teeth. They have great customer service, the office is super clean with all state of the art equipment. And most of all the dentist is super honest and super friendly! If you are in need of a dentist I would highly recommend this dental office. I do not dread going to the dentist anymore. Very disappointed with this office and their staff, first off I always pay my fees before service and I received a bill for 165 dollars. I called the office and was told that my insurance denied a crown buildup from February, I was never called and told this information so that I could call my insurance for clarification. Then I was charged a 50 dollar missed appointment fee, I honestly had no clue of this appointment. I asked for the fee to be waived, the staff denied me, please keep in mind I have been a loyal patient for years. I let the lady know this would cause them to lose me as a patient, she did not care. So a 50 dollar fee is worth more to this office than a loyal customer! I hope the dentist reads this, because he should know how I was treated and why he lost me and my wife from ever going back. My son, off from school, needed an annual checkup so he tried Provinces. We have medical insurance through my company. But when we tried to set up an appt, the company's rep demanded a social security #. I declined, citing fears of ID theft, and asked if we could use something else-I could also provide a Visa card # for assurance. That way they'd be protected if for some reason they didn't get paid (BTW-my credit score is very high and no one in my family has ever not paid a bill). But she persisted, insisting on a Social Security #. (Legally, no one has to provide a SS #-it was never meant to be used as an identifier # for private businesses who see it as a convenient way to collect bills). We finally gave up, so my son's now searching for another dental practice. This tells me a lot about the company's (lack of) ethics, and lack of interest in serving the local community. To Melissa's response below: I doubt if most customers would choose to provide their social security #'s if they weren't forced to in order to get dental service; and many may not realize the personal security dangers. As I said, the federal SS # was never meant to be used by private businesses as an identifier # and to make it more convenient to collect on claims. With me, you have a national dental insurance company, and a billing code and process, so I'm sure you can pre-guarantee payment with a quick phone call to MetLife. Sad that you put profits over customer service and working with people like us. UPDATE: my son did find another dentist, and this one only required the last four digits of my Social Sec #. For the most part, nice place. However my family and I are going elsewhere. They gave us a $50 credit then when we went to use it said "sorry you can't use this", so why give it to us? It's not even about the money, fortunately $50 does not put us in deep debt, it is the principle of the matter... I felt lied to and I am not okay with that, is it so hard to find good honest dentists... When I informed the girl at the front she said "OK I will make note that you are leaving", so you could care less about your clients, Great! Usually you get an "I am sorry, is everything okay?" Response to the reply: when my husband received during his appointment, he confirmed if it was for our use and then I double confirmed when I came in for my appointment that we can use it. But my point is that there was attitude and we we're treated poorly. End of story. The $50 is not that big of a deal, it was the lack of concern for this wrong information that we both received on separate occasions. read more

I'll start off with this: I hate going to the dentist. So three stars is about as good as it gets, unless something seriously changes. You know, like me not having to sit with my mouth wide open while some one scrapes on me with sharp objects. As long as that's a part of it, three is as good as it gets. But these are nice folks. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The hygenist was pleasant and tried to put me at ease, even though I'm sure I told her how much I loathed her profession. The best dentist office I have ever been too!! The staff is extremely kind and organized. They explain everything and billing prior to any service. I really like how they explain possible issues if services are not complete. I had a tooth pulled and the pain was only in the pain medicine shot. I was back to normal the same day! I went in with severe tooth pain and provinces was able to get me in that day. I thought that was a good sign but turns out it wasn't. After a quick evaluation and xrays, the dentist came over and said "you need a root canal". No options no explanation nothing. I told him I was against root canals and why. He proceeded to argue with me and tried to make me feel like I was bothering him by asking questions. It's a huge deal between an extraction (which I had to suggest) vs a root canal. I decided on extraction and went over pricing with an equally 'I'm in a hurry let's get this done employee'. I even had to ask for a minute from her hovering so I could think about what I wanted to do. I feel that by me speaking up for myself and being my own advocate made me appear difficult. Which, in turn, affected my procedure. The dentist had terrible chair-side manner and was far from gentle. I'm not sure if my wound is healing properly but I dread calling the office or having to see that dentist again. I would never recommend this office to anyone. It's overpriced (they didn't honor a new patient discount) and underwhelming. Buyers beware take your teeth elsewhere read more

As many people will admit, the dentist is not my favorite place to go. It gives me anxiety and is normally uncomfortable. Well, after my experience at Provinces Dental, it's safe to say my opinion has changed. My experience was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk women were very friendly and explained all the costs associated and my wait time was nonexistent both times I've been. When they took me back on my first visit my hygienist, Karen, was phenomenal. She was very friendly and extremely gentle. The cleaning was actually relaxing, opposed to uncomfortable and awkward. After my cleaning I saw Dr. Diquattro and he was very knowledgeable and personable. One feature I liked was that they took pictures of your teeth so they could explain what they were talking about with a visual reference. They were able to show me the tooth that the filling had fallen out of. They helped me get in for another appointment for my filling in less than a week (which was quick compared to other places I've been). On my second visit, for my filling, I saw Dr. Bergloff and his assistant. I get really bad needle anxiety and was nervous about them numbing me before I even sat down. They both calmed my nerves immediately and were very gentle and talked me through everything. They were funny, friendly, quick and efficient and their work was seamless, like a machine. Provinces Dental is hands down a 5 star practice. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next cleaning. Thanks Provinces! read more

I Googled dentists near me and found this place with a lot of great reviews. I'm happy to say I wasn't misled. I started coming here last year during the pandemic and didn't feel uncomfortable in anyway. I took a little COVID survey and they took my temperature before the appointment. The staff in the front office and in the back are all wonderful and friendly. I had a cleaning and let me tell you they were THOROUGH! It felt like my mouth got detailed. I thought my teeth got cleaned at the last place I went to, WRONG! I was super impressed. I appreciated that they numbed me before the cleaning because I have sensitive teeth so I got to sit back and relax as much as you can at the dentist. They provided very helpful materials to help me keep my teeth in check and also a referral for wisdom teeth removal which turned out to be great too. They don't keep you waiting too long and for the little amount of time you do wait, they have Netflix to keep you company. Keep up the amazing work Provinces. read more
