I think that I will have to notify the police of the situation In case of any negative situations. I have cameras everywhere, but just in case. He's NOT an honest man. His service used to be good, but not anymore. We established in the beginning what needed to be done and the price...but those basics are not getting done anymore. After almost 2 years EVERYTHING IS severely lacking. He only mows the lawn and we have to beg and plead to trim bushes etc......for what we're paying it's just not worth it. He likes to remind me that he only charged me for part in a sprinkler system. I would have gladly paid him labor but he said it was a ' favor' . If I thought it wasn't going to be done properly, I would have preferred to pay. When my family came to visit, the yard was NOTICEABLY poorly cared for. I WAS EMBARRASSED!!! Why? because they failed to mow or tend to the trees and scrubs . At the time I was in poor health yet and still I've had to trim trees and scrubs and still have to pick up what is CLEARLY BLOWN trash!!! HE was angry because I didn't want his service anymore more and he kept threatening me if I left a bad yelp review, so he wrote: ( mind you this is the man that LIES about everything) ~"you. Be careful-l am a child of God and His servant. Be careful, because my Father might punish you for what you're doing!" AND: ~"You better pay or I'll call collections "His workers scraped up and threw away the landscaping rocks because they didn't feel like sorting out the seeds that fell into them. I asked WELL IN ADVANCE, suggesting that they either replace them or I could take it out of the bill..... weeks in advance. Mind you, he's paid under the table ... I have proof. He was concerned about ICE and I told him not to worry that he could stay here awhile etc.. ~"if you post on my page ( YELP)I will take you to court for employee abuse and for making threats-because you *are* threatening me by saying that if I don't do what you want, you'll leave comments." ~Yesterday, I spent money on gas and paid a helper to fetch stone, and I gave it to you as a bonus just to make you happy. But even that wasn't enough. Reminder, HIS EMPLOYEES THREW THE OTHERS, but he was given the option, if I buy them I'll have to pay shipping, if you choose to bring them ..... you won't. ~"you. You'd think we would have developed a relationship by now but not true. He wrote me a note detailing all FIVE XTRA Things that he's done over a 2 year period. Since he's NOT an honest man, I could guess at least some of it's true....it's NOT. His workers used to come at a decent time of day. Now they come late and stay 45 minutes at most I have been I poor health lately yet and still | have to trim and pick up what is CLEARLY BLOWN trash!!! See pictures I'd rather pay and get it done correctly than half done for FREE! I've caught him in so many lies. He won't answer texts or phone calls. So if I need something done or have a concern.....l can never get in contact.. UNLESS IT HAS TO DO WITH GETTING HIM PAID. He likes to remind me about that one time he cut down a bush but forgets that he's being paid $100 per visit JUST TO MOW THE LAWN!

We went with CST bc Chad was responsive, pricing was reasonable, and he had stellar reviews. I now understand why they are so good. On the day of install his crew showed up and were professional, detailed, and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and inspected every section of the artificial turf to ensure precise application. Unfortunately we had an issue with our window flare causing problems and this is where Chad really shined. He acknowledged our concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve it. Transparently I was being a bit of a Karen too when the issue happened. Despite this Chad stayed professional, understanding, and was doing everything he could to make sure we were happy. The experience humbled me and reminded me that not everyone is out to take advantage of you. There are still some really honest, kind, and reliable contractors out there. Chad is definitely at the top of this list. I really appreciated that his goal was to do right by us. I will definitely be referring, praising, and telling everyone about CST and Chad. I know our backyard alone will speak volumes with how beautiful it turned out.

When I called to complain, they said they are not an arborist, and I am left with large holes that I can trip in and break a leg. We hired Ivan's Masonry for two jobs: driveway renovation and a new stairway with walkway. From onset it was a long journey for us figuring out what material we will be comfortable with. Ivan patiently consulted us on every available material: concrete, stamping, coloring, and many styles from different providers of concrete pavers. None really resonated with our vision. After a month of research we ended up selecting clay pavers for their traditional look and lasting quality. The problem was that no contractor in our area would even consider working with clay pavers. Initially Ivan also refused but with some prodding he actually agreed to install clay pavers and did an amazing job. The team would start consistently punctually at 7 am and worked full days. Ivan, the owner, would work on the job 100%, including operating the equipment and setting the pavers. The site was kept reasonably clean and the process was well organized. We love the results.
