We worked with Turf Innovations after using Yardzen. The team was fantastic. They were incredibly communicative, gave us a straightforward estimate at the beginning, and made sure that everyone knew if something needed to change and why. We were extremely picky and changed our minds a few times at the last minute. God knows what they thought but the answer was always "Ok great, this is how much that will cost and how much time it will add. Are you ok with that?" Thanks to Fernando (the owner), his younger brother Jorge Antonio, Diego and the rest of the crew for converting our backyard into a beautiful yard. Fernando and his the does excellent work and service. I consulted several contractors to get my backyard done with pavers and synthetic turf. Everyone else dismissed the design I had in mind and just provided me with outrageous quotes. Fernando was the only one that took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and quoted us with the most reasonable price for the project. Fernando was patient with the several design changes we wanted before we sent the plans for approval to our HOA. During the actual work, Fernando and his team were professional. We had no issues whatsoever. Fernando would also check with us before finalizing the borders for the pavers. We recently had our front and backyard done by Turf Innovations and we are 100% satisfied. Taking on a big project like this was a bit terrifying but the entire crew made this experience easy on us. We had turf placed in the front and back yard, pavers placed in the front and back yard (approximately 2500 sq ft of pavers placed around our rock pool and this crew managed to make this tedious job look easy and it looks amazing!! So many cuts made to make it look perfect and they didn't quit until they were satisfied...again this is years of experience and pride in their work. Positive comments: Very efficient, on time every day during the entire project, cleaned their work area every day at quitting time by placing all their tools in a specific area, very polite and considerate towards us and our neighbors, kept us involved with decisions and gave us their expert advise when we were unsure of what to do, very precise with their work and this crew takes PRIDE in their work and it definitely shows. I was looking for a bunch of turf and landscape companies all over riverside, orange county and inland empire and everytime I tried to ask for an estimate theyre always either not responding or will respond after a day or 2. Me and my wife are getting frustrated when we came accross with this company. Guess what? My wife called them in the morning, theyre already here at our house at noon. I met Jorge and he did the estimate right away. He's the foreman of the company and the one who deals with most of the home owners. Jorge was very easy to talk to and wont give you a hard time or BS suggestions. They did our front and backyard, both with artificial turf and lanscaping that includes pavers and plantar walls wc i can say did an excellent job!. I cant thank them enough for a job well done and seamless work ethic. They're always on time and wont waste any minutes of their work time. They finished my front and backyard for 3.5 weeks and we have a decent size yard with 4,000 ish sq/m. Highly recommended for homeowners who are planning to have their yards done.
