I love Vessel Kitchen and had never been to this location before. I thought this location was brand new, but realized there reviews from here from 2022, so I guess I was just late to the party! I got my go to order which is one of their chocolate chip cookies, the Med 6.0, and a kombucha from Mamachari. The Med 6.0 took a little bit longer, because they freshly made the falafel and the pita chips. I didn't mind waiting at all, and they were both worth the wait because they were deliciously fresh and warm when I received them. The staff was super friendly and communicative, as they are at every Vessel location. I would definitely come back here again if I'm in the area. This is a take out only location, there's no seating at all in this particular spot, so it's a lot different than the other locations I've been to. On a hilarious note: My kombucha did completely explode on me when I opened it in the car, which was obviously a fluke and to no fault of anyone's at all. It made for a hilarious story to tell, and I was too embarrassed and drenched in kombucha from head to toe to go back inside and ask for a replacement lol

Vessel is in my top 10 favorite restaurants! If you want healthy food that tastes amazing this is the place to go! This location is darling but doesn't have anywhere to sit inside, only outside. The staff is super nice and prepared our meals super fast!

I love Vessel Kitchen and this one is just opened closer to my house. Didn't realize it was mostly a takeout-only joint, though. No indoor seating, only a couple tables outdoor (though probably not in winter). They were still friendly and happy to take our takeout order. Healthy and filling comfort food that hits the spot - maybe a little pricey but prices for eating out are going up everywhere. I like the State Street location for dining-in but this one is good for takeout.

The food is fresh and flavorful. I had the cauliflower, sweet potatoes and the trout - it is super salty - but I like that. My husband had the shredded chicken bowl and then falafel on the side which he LOVED. No inside sitting but we knew that coming and LOVED the outside tables as they have a sweet view of the mountains. Over all a great experience. The gal working was nice, patient but quiet and could use a little more training in helping people through the menu.

Good good. Too bad it's not a restaurant at the Sandy location. It's been a great stop for to go food.

The drinks were superb, the surf and turf is incredible and the funeral potatoes were out of this world!! I also have to mention the lobster Mac is worth the trip here alone, the crab cakes are perfection and the house made bread and spread are 10/10. I truly have no notes, this place just does it all right.

Their menu changes weekly so it's always exciting to see what their new burgers are every Thursday…read more My friends ordered their "gyro" burger and I ordered off the menu along with a few appetizers. I didn't try the gyro burger because it was very raw on the inside. It was lamb and wagyu but I prefer my burger meats to be cooked all the way through. My friends said it was sweet and it's probably because they glazed the bun. The fat bastard oysters were too big for my liking. There's also gelato on top which was weird because it made the oyster taste like it was partially frozen. I don't recommend this. The rolls tasted like biscuits. It was crumbly and it wasn't expected for a nice restaurant. The heirloom tomato pastry was my favorite dish of the night. The half sashimi trout was more like a stew in sweet sauce. The baby yellow potatoes were just added without any seasonings. Assuming it should soak in the sweet juices? I didn't care for it. Trout was good, but preferred that the skin was crispy, which was extremely soggy, drowned in the sauce. Server asked if I wanted bread to drink the sauce and sure. Why not. It may taste better with regular bread and it wasn't. You can also skip valet parking if you just walk an extra minute down the parking lot. I forgot what one of the desserts name but it was the one with butter cake. This was extremely sweet too with the gooey caramel sauce. The donut was ridiculously expensive at $16 with a little honeycomb decoration. Nothing special with the desserts. Overall, everything is sweet here. Their menu is a lot and I feel like the burger menu can be a little too much and trying too hard to be fancy.

The meal was delicious. We started off with the crispy Brussels sprouts - to say it's the best Brussels sprout I've ever had would be an understatement. The texture of them is out of this world, the apple cider vinegar that glazes them is perfect. The sweet acidity of that glaze is an incredible accompaniment to the sprouts, almonds, and cheese. Next we shared the celeriac blue cheese emulsion and wedge salad. The emulsion was delicious. The herb vinaigrette on our salad was delightful. I ordered the wagyu for my entree and to put it simply - it was a joy to eat. The plating was beautiful. Every part of the dish was sensational. My boyfriend ordered the lamb shank and the lamb fell off the bone and the potato it was served with was unbelievable! I felt so joyful during my entire dinner service. It is most certainly one of the best meals I have ever had. Highly, highly, recommend. Cannot wait to come back.

Not a single open table. PACKED. And honestly... now I get it. I'll be real--I went in a little unsure. Most of the reviews are a few years old, and while there are photos posted by the owner, they don't say what anything is (which made ordering a bit of a guessing game). A few things I asked about were actually old specials... which was a little disappointing. BUT--this is where it turned. Our server went out of his way to ask the kitchen if they could recreate a taco salad I saw in one of the photos... and they said yes. Immediate gold star. And when the food came out?? Massive. Like... borderline shocking portions. My taco salad was on a giant Navajo taco base and LOADED--cheesesteak-style meat, fajita onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, avocado, chipotle dressing, salsa... every bite was so good. And somehow it all stayed in place (which if you've ever fought a falling-apart taco salad, you know matters ). My husband got the fish and chips and I'm usually not a fish and chips girl--but this?? I'd order it myself next time. Flaky, moist fish with the crispiest, lightest batter. So, so good. We finished with cheesecake (raspberry key lime + blueberry sour cream). They were good and fresh, but not quite as wow as the entrees--just wished they were a little creamier and the key lime had more tang. But overall? We walked in unsure... and left already planning what we'd order next time. Safe to say: totally unexpected, totally impressed, and 100% coming back.
