It seems like they are actively trying to fix it, which is great...I just noticed that this is a discussion on the internal office Slack but not mentioned on Yelp, so I wanted to add it =) Other than that, as it's starting to fill up, it's becoming harder to find a room to a take a call in / have a quick in-person 1-on-1 conversation. This seems to change over time depending on if any sales/larger software companies might be taking up space that tend to have a lot of meetings.

Only $200/month ($250 later) includes a "hot desk" (4+ different unreserved desk options), a beautiful covered rooftop patio working option, a small basement gym, a wine or beer pour per day, an attached easy small cafe, WiFi, a business environment, a phone booth for private/conference calls, options to use the conference room, and options to upgrade to assigned desk or private office. Some of these options might change, I don't know, but I wanted to do it just for the extras like the rooftop and gym lol. The Mgr who took me on the tour was not overbearing or obnoxious or trying to up sell, very easy to talk to. Great hours and 24 hr access for some options. It might fill up fast, but the $200 open seat option seemed excellent if u have enough business to make renting a space worth it or if u don't have a good work space at home. Corner bldg, right across from The Coffee Tree, and new free parking structure down the street! I haven't checked out any other options but I'm sure we don't have something this loaded nearby.

The inside room has a wood floor, exposed bricks, giant windows that allow natural light and a great view of the creek, and just an awesome juxtaposition of vintage and modern atmosphere. The food from the attached restaurant is incredible. I highly recommend Fuse for any large events (networking, business meetings, etc in the large room) because the room is just perfect for that. But also I recommend it for happy hour with friends, date night on the creek, and you can even go to the room upstairs to get work done during the day.

This is a bright and cheerful office space. We use it mostly for meetings (they have several sizes…read moreof conference rooms) rather than individual work. The front desk is always staffed, usually by the owner, Heather, and she always greets us and does her best to keep us happy. She also routes the meeting attendees to the correct room. The staff are always very helpful and bring us water, free coffee, and any equipment we need. The meeting rooms have big-screen TVs with HDMI cables that you can use to display things from your computer, as well as a speaker phone, and some video-conferencing capability (we haven't used that). The WiFi is free and good. There's an on-site printer and copier, although you have to pay by the copy. There's a small kitchen you can use for cooking or heating up, and some of the local restaurants will deliver here. You also get a post office box and a mailing address here. The location is very good too, in an office park with easy access from I-25. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

The weather that evening was nice, so we had the garage door open which gives such an inviting feel. The string lights that are permanently hung in the warehouse add to this great atmosphere. It was a bonus to have a separate room (normally a conference room) for art that was for auction and a wine bar. We even used the phone booths to watch videos in private. I have used a variety of venues through the years both for Reintegra and other events and I don't think I have ever worked with a venue management team that was as easy to work with as Kira and Tom. While it is industrial space it was cozy and just the right size for our group of ~120. We live in Seattle so planning an event remotely can be challenging, but Rebecca made it very easy for us with her excellent communication and great recommendations for party rentals and bartenders. Day of the event we were able to gain access to the space with plenty of time to set up and be prepared for our guest. We had a Studio staff member on site during our event for any support we needed - she was great! Plenty of parking for guest and a quick Uber (10 min from our hotel). I highly recommend The Studio for an event. We would definitely consider it for another party.

The people here are helpful and friendly, and everyone that uses the space also seems very friendly. I enjoyed my day working here! My only drawback is they are a little bit pricey. Someone who is utilizing the space out of pocket, or a small company with not many resources, may find the prices a bit out of budget. It was $30 for the day to rent a space, which is not bad at all; considering rent prices in the Greater Denver Area for business and residential alike have skyrocketed. But for someone on a budget; it might not work out if you just needed to use the space intermittently. They do have different options, though, and its also a great opportunity to network. I was here on a Friday and it was pretty quiet and not many spaces taken up; it might be different on a busier weekday. I would definitely return if I need an office space for the day in Golden!
