All good work, but my quibble was follow up on some outstanding issues (mainly with a knocking noise that they didn't seem to get to the bottom of and didn't follow up) which led me to explore other companies - which unfortunately were no where near as detailed or close (actually most further) from a solution and I came them another chance and I'm glad I did. Justin helped work through some more detailed troubleshooting and provided a solid quote (detailed and quick) for solutions in a quick manner. He listened and cared. After doing a incomplete diagnosis, he…read moremade the incorrect determination that the condenser coils were dirty and that caused the compressor to burn out. He didn't look at the evaporator coils inside or even put gauges on the system to see how much refrigerant was left. Had he done that, he would have seen the oil stained hole in the evaporator coil and there was very little refrigerant left in the system. The low pressure was the reason the compressor wouldn't kick on, it wasn't even burned out. Due to his incorrect diagnosis, the warranty company denied my claim. He actually called me a retard!
