Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Every obstacle that presented itself has been cleared with no problem. We started with a request for service on a very old system, the response time was ultra-fast. As I had feared our system would have been extremely expensive to repair (outdated refrigerant), so we decided to replace the system. We were presented with several options allowing us to decide what fit our needs. I'm very pleased with the rapid install and the friendliness of all the staff we've had the opportunity to work with, you guys rock! I was told I had to pay for services up front, which I did (not knowing this would be a risky move). TWO WEEKS and multiple attempts to reach them went by and no one came back to fix my appliance. I finally reach someone earlier this week and asked for a refund, this was promised to me along with a promise of a phone call/email confirming the refund had taken place. NOTHING CAME. I tried calling them again and their business phone gave me a busy signal every time I try to call and no one picks up their alternative/cell number either. I finally was able to reach them after calling back a random Florida number that had called me earlier in the day after I started posting my reviews and Complaining to the BBB. They did come and personally refund me the money they owed me, in cash, tonight (2/27/15). So at least they made good, but was definitely a poor experience.
