Exceptional Real Estate Broker - A Top-Tier Professional Our…read moreexperience in listing our home with Estes Park broker, Bret Freedman, was exceptional from start to finish. His marketing strategy was far beyond what we expected -- he positioned our home as a luxury property and executed a campaign that truly elevated its visibility. Years ago, we worked with him when we bought our house. At that time, his use of technology was way ahead of its time and we remember being impressed. Now he is operating at an even higher level, leveraging modern tools and marketing platforms with remarkable skill that benefited us in the sale of this home. He works as a team with his wife, Melanie, who complements him perfectly -- a perfectionist with a remarkable ability to recall names, addresses, facts, and fine details. They care about their listings, going inside our house after every showing, inspection, and walk-through to make sure it was properly locked up, lights were out, and it was ready for the next showing. Melanie would even vacuum out the footprints in our carpet! The professional photographer they brought in produced stunning images. Then, Bret and Melanie curated a beautiful set of photos for the listing and a "3D virtual walk-through" that showcased the home's best features. Bret's contract knowledge is truly impressive. He paid meticulous attention to the details, approaching each step with astonishing precision and expertise and consistently alerting us to any missing or incorrect contractual points that needed correction. We felt they were always looking out for us and protecting us from future problems. Bret also spent time during many phone calls working with the buyers' agent to help keep the process smooth and professional. Bret and Melanie handled the listing with remarkable thoroughness, even guiding us on staging. They created listing comments that captured the strengths of the home and resonated with high-end buyers. Bret priced the property higher than we expected, and the market responded exactly as he predicted. His 25 years of selling real estate in Estes Park gave him the expertise to price our home exactly where the market would respond. From the day the listing went live, we were under contract and closed in 1 month and 3 days - which we attribute to Bret and Melanie's expertise. They handled inspections seamlessly. They kept us fully informed at every stage. We felt supported, prepared, and confident throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better brokerage team. They were always friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel comfortable even during the stressful times of selling. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the exceptional service Bret and Melanie Freedman provide and couldn't be happier we hired this powerhouse of a team.
