She lied thorough numerous times throughout the whole process denying the following claiming: 1. carbon monoxide and smoke detectors aren't necessary 2. she tried to deny our final walkthrough 3. Refused to professionally clean the place 4. Tried to get more money from us and our realtor 5. Lied about her realtor Experience and house history We were forced to cancel our contract with her because she would not sign documents in the alotted time and lying about her getting signatures . SHE IGNORED THE CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT! Complained to Kirk numerous times times BUT he did nothing It got so bad that the Title company ended up refunding some of our closing costs because Kim lied to them. Found out later her mom who owed the house with her, was Trying to help Kim out because she got involved in some illegal activities,where the police were called to the place. Sellers and Rob did not disclose the home was a rental, had been smoked in, was behind on taxes, utlities etc. Home was even on septic and they tried to cover it up to avoid replacing after it was neglected for ten years. This firm will do anything to close the transaction and take a commision, regardless of the details of actual properties they sell. Avoid buying or selling with this agency. No attention to detail, careless, dishonest. Update: They even lied during mediation to avoid paying for contractually obligated reapairs that were already agreed to before closing in the inspection resolution!
